The service repair man was very efficient and knowledgeable. He got me back online for the remainder of the weekend and came back with the permanent part 1st thing Monday.

After confirming the problem -- replacement of heating element needed -- the technician via phone found the part locally, went to get it and returned, installed it, and tested the dishwasher. My six year old Sears bought Whirlpool dishwasher broke down on August 6. After an extremely frustrating three week experience with Sears... (canceling appointments via text and saying the soonest they could repair my washer was 25 days after I first called them and saying it would be $600 to replace the pump unless I bought a warranty--which I did and they still weren't coming), I frantically called All American Appliance. Practically in tears, I tell the owner, Bonnie, my sob story (family of five without a washer for 20 days!). After a few phone calls back and forth (me checking the error code on the wash and she making sure she had a part), she schedules someone to come THE NEXT MORNING (happy tears here). I get a call the next morning (I can't believe it!), their repairman, Roy, will be here in 20 minutes. Roy (my other hero) is here. He comes with the pump, but he takes apart and inspects the washer and tells me it is just a clogged drain (hair ties and lint--embarrassing). Thinking it would be weird if I cried and hugged him, I paid him and thanked him profusely. All American Appliance is my new favorite. They are fast, responsive, friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. Just call them already. Seriously, I can't recommend All American Appliance enough for your broken dishwashers, disposals, ice makers, refrigerators, freezers, ranges- wall ovens, built in ovens, gas and and electric models, washers, dryers....

On time. Said it was s huge job requiring the oven to be taken apart. Quote $289. Took 15 minutes. I ask him to wipe off interior of front panel and he did not. Over priced and unprofessional

Perfect. He came, had the part needed with him, gave me 2 choices about how the work would be done, and completed the job quickly.

Roy was great. We called and he came the next day. Ice maker was not working and he determined it was broken and he replaced it right away.

Mark arrived on time and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem with the drain pump. He explained all that he had done and the price was very reasonable. I really appreciate a company that does not attempt to upcharge or make repairs that are not necessary. I will definitely contact them for any appliance repair in the future. This company cannot repair Samsung model. If this was the first year that Samsung had came out with a washing machine I could see this. This machine is over 4 years old. They did send me a message over the weekend that they could not work on it and also followed up with a call. Just giving folks a heads up to not even waste your phone call if you have a Samsung. Loss of business for them. They referred me to talk with Sears. Disappointed.

Fix for water dispenser/filter system required replacement of the system. It took three trips, but was well done. We now get a robust stream of water again rather than a trickle. - The bottom drawer freezer was accumulating ice on the bottom of the drawer which impeded the closure and required regular scraping. Since a new gasket was installed, the build up is gone! - I was very pleased with the responsiveness of the office and with the technician and his work. I will definitely use again as needed for appliance issues.

Very well. The technician fixed the washing machine, but gave a quote for the dishwasher that made it more economical to buy a new dishwasher. He was quite knowledgeable and helpful about many of our appliances. Very reasonable charge.

Coincidentally, both appliances malfunctioned at the same time. The technician, Mark, did a great job diagnosing and addressing the problem for both. Had to order parts to fix each, so it took two visits to complete the repairs. Scheduling was easy to coordinate. Would definitely hire again.

Our oven was taking 40 minutes to heat to 400F and we sometimes had a gas smell when it was turned on. The problem was a failing igniter which the service tech replaced. He provided us a demonstration of what was happening and a primer on how it all worked - including a tip on cleaning our top burners which occasionally need to be lit with a match. We also talked other parts and availability should other things go wrong in the future. So we will know when to call for repair and when to shop for a new oven. Arrived timely, diagnosed the problem to a defective electronics control panel. The manufacturer no longer makes the part, though, and there is no replacement part available. It was well worth the money to know I would have to buy a new oven, though. The repairman was very knowledgeable, polite and helpful. I would use again.

The technician removed the oven control board and found a bad solder joint. He fixed that, but the oven still would not head correctly. His assessment was that the oven control board had failed. Unfortunately that part was no longer available and I had to order a new oven. I was pleased with the service and got a fair assessment.

The repair man called before showing up and arrived about 30 minutes into the three hour window. He checked the machine to confirm the problem (broken water pump), had the parts on the truck, and completed the repair within an hour. The service call was on time, efficient, and professional.

Our dryer stopped working on Sunday, and we called and left a message. All American Appliance called back early on Monday morning and we were able to schedule an appointment on Wednesday between 11 and 2. On Wednesday, Mark called around 10:50 saying he'd be there shortly, and he was. He diagnosed the issue as being a broken heating element, which they needed to order. He scheduled an appointment again between 11 and 2. He called around 11:45 to say he'd be there shortly, which he was. He had the dryer repaired within 20 minutes or so. Mark was friendly, courteous, and punctual. They were extremely responsive and kept us up to date with the timeline for repair. Would definitely use again and would recommend to others.

Great company. Professional and quickly diagnosed the the problem, bad cut it card. Roy, super technician showed me the issue, had a replacement part on his truck. Fixed quickly. Reasonable price.

Tech was right on time, diagnosed the problem in a few minutes, put in the order for the replacement motor, and a week later all was working like a charm. Also, It seems the motor came in less expensive than what had been estimated, so I saved a chunk of money there also! Very, very pleased with the service.

This is the second time I have used All American Appliance. They are highly professional and responsive. The technician, Mark, did a thorough check of the fridge, cleaned some parts of it and determined that it was working properly and did not need replacement at this time. The cost of the diagnostic visit was very reasonable and well worth the price to know that I did not need to replace the refrigerator. I would highly recommend this company. I was able to quickly schedule an appointment and the technician was personable, knowledgeable, careful to not damage my floor in moving the fridge and very reassuring about the state of the appliance.

It took a long time for the part to come in, but otherwise the service was great.
