He (I wish I could remember his name!) arrived right on time. He was very friendly, personable and KNOWLEDGEABLE. He pretty much walked me through every step of the repair. Was done in no time. My dryer lives on thanks to his expertise!!! In the future, I will always use All American Appliance Service for repairs and maintenance of all my appliances.

He was great. He answered all my questions. He also gave me some alternatives to consider. He was very professional and efficient.

Both office and service personnel were knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Service was performed on time at the price quoted. Service personnel also diagnosed a problem with the dishwasher that they did not recommend fixing, telling me it would be more cost-effective to just replace the dishwasher. That honesty is much appreciated!

I called another appliance repair company who didn't seem enthusiastice about making an assessment. I called All American Appliance Service, Inc. who immediately made an assessment appointment for me. I was told someone would contact me after noon today, and sure enough, the technician, Mark, called - before noon (!) - to say he was on his way. Mark was efficient, capable, and honest in his assessment of the state of my washer. Although sad that the prognosis was that the machine isn't worth repairing, I am grateful that someone was willing to look at the machine (the other firm I contacted demurred) and provide me with answers to my questions. Thank you Mark and thank you All American Appliance Service, Inc. Your magnet is on my refrigerator.

It went super. I have a Kenmore range which we bought about three years ago. After the original propane conversion, the "power burner" never worked right. I had Sears techs out three times to deal with it. It never worked right and I just gave up. After a little internal "family pressure" I contacted All American. Mark came to the house. He instantly agreed it wasn't working correctly. He ordered a new conversion kit and promptly installed the correct orifice. It now works great. Their office staff is friendly. They are prompt with their appointments. Mark is a great service person. GOOD JOB! They had every opportunity to charge me excessively for parts I didn't need. I so much appreciate the honesty.

The technician was very helpful -- was honest about the benefit of repair versus replacement. I appreciated the industry insight he gave about potential purchases and different brands.

The technician (Mark) was very professional. He was very quick to diagnose what was wrong with the washer. When he checked with his supplier regarding a replacement sensor and learned it would not be available for a week, he promised to check in with the supplier on a regular basis and do his best to return as soon as was possible with the part. He was back within a week and the washer was fixed. We would use this company again.

They took my call and provided service the same day with a 30 minute notice. The Technician was on time, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Price was quoted upon diagnosis and repair was done in an efficient manner. This is a great little company that specializes in appliance repair only. We would use All American again for any appliance repair. They are flexible in scheduling and really seem to care about their customers. I never feel like I'm getting talked into anything. Definitely an "A".

I don't recall the price. I know that I was told before I made the appointment what it would cost and that it seemed fair to me, so I made the appointment. I've actually had All American Appliance over before BECAUSE they are so good. They are very prompt and efficient. In my case the cost of repairing my machine cost almost as much as the new one I ended up buying. The repairman was very helpful when I asked his advice about which machines he has better and worse experiences with. I really like All American Appliance and don't want a machine that is difficult to service. So I really appreciate his input.

It was hot and I'm afraid of electricity! I'm really glad Patrick and Phillip were there to route the wires needed and install the new switch. I needed more power for my new dryer and they were able to provide me with what I need. I especially like the fact the company is family owned; all the kids are knowledgeable, from appointments to quotes and on the job, that I have full confidence that everything will work great for years to come. Thanks for the great work! I'm going to call again for some ceiling fans and lights :)

The repairman came as scheduled for the initial visit; he looked at the microwave and told me that it needed to have the entire touchpad electronic unit replaced; it would be a very expensve part that had to be ordered from the manufacturer. He would order it back at the shop and I'd be contacted when an install could be scheduled. I didn't hear for a while, but when I called to check, the part had just come in and I scheduled the installation. The repairman came again promptly as scheduled - he called a half-hour before coming, as promised; he explained the part was even more pricey than he had estimated, was I still interested in having the work done. Since my alternative was to replace the microwave entirely, I went ahead with the work. The repairman was very personable, knowledgeable, and capable. The company owner (Bonnie) spoke with me on the phone several times and she is very professional and courteous. Definitely will contact them again if I need appliance work - although I hope I don't anytime soon!

The technician was very professional. For the first visit, he checked out the machine, said he would have to check on the availability and price of parts, and then provide an estimate. For the second visit he replaced the parts, but instructed us not to use the machine for 24 hours because the replaced parts were glued in with a high temperature adhesive. He could not test the machine for the same reason. When we used the machine, it still vibrated. Two days later, the technician made adjustments and the machine is much more stable. Not perfect, but it is 27 years old.

All of the people from All American Appliance Service were great! We started having issues with our Fridge/Freezer not cooling so we researched all of the repair place and called All American Appliance Service. They schedule our appointment, the service person call before coming out just as we were told. Mark our service technician was very professional and completed the repair very fast. We also found the price for replacing the relay very reasonable. I would call them again for other appliance repair we may have and would recommend them to everyone.

They responded quickly to my request for an appointment.

I really like them, and would use them again in a heartbeat. They were on time, and called when they would be here.

Mark, the technician, was wonderful. He was very professional and courteous. He put booties on his shoes when he came in the home and took them off when he went out. I had someone look at the fridge previously who told me it was not repairable and not worth replacing the part. However, Mark found the problem in a short period of time. The part was $100 to repair. We were very impressed with his service and we would definitely use them again.

I had 2 tasks. One was to replace a burned-out bake unit in a wall oven. The repairman, Mark, had the part in his truck and was able to replace it immediately. Second task was to diagnose problems with the freezer unit of a side-by-side refrigerator-freezer, where frost was building up inside, and the freezer has occasionally leaked. He diagnosed it as a clogged drain in the freezer, which he unclogged. He explained everything completely as he worked and said that if problems with the freezer persist or return, I should call him back. The whole job was done quickly and cleanly.

The repairman was friendly, professional, technically knowledgeable and provided explanations and advice as he did the repair. This was a much better experience than I was anticipating.

They were excellent-off the charts. They were on time and did their job. He answered my questions while he was working. They cleaned up after they were finished.

Roy was very punctual and called when he was 15 minutes out from arriving. He convinced me NOT to fix the dishwasher because the repairs would exceed the value of the machine. He also made recommendations for a reliable replacement. He repaired the dryer and was done in no time. I think he charged me a very fair price and was extremely efficient with the repairs. I would highly recommend this company.

AAA was very responsive and sent out a repair technician within a few days of my call. The technician was very professional and repaired the problem, but unfortunately the problem recurred within a week of the initial repair. I called AAA back and they quickly said they'd send the technician back out at no charge to me. He returned within a day or so and again repaired the machine. He noted that he should have used an adhesive to fix the machine the first time around but since it is not always necessary, he hadn't done it. With the addition of the adhesive, the repair was made. it has been at least a month since the repair and the washer works fine. Although it took two visits to get the repair done, I would recommend AAA to others for their professionalism and courtesy.

On Sunday evening we noticed a problem under our kitchen sink. Water was leaking from a drain and there were bits of food indicating a possible problem with the garbage disposal, a possible clogged drain, a hole in the drain, or both.. We began researching Angie's List re Small Appliance Repair services and Plumbing companies. Decided to call All American Appliance Service, Inc. an A rated Appliance repair company. ALL American's telephone operator was extremely helpful and honest. She was certain any appliance problem they could fix. However since we were not sure our problems were with the garbage disposal or caused by clogged drains and leaks in the pipes , she thought we might be more comfortable and save money by calling a plumber who did both. We asked for a recommendation and were provided with Chandler's Plumbing . She was correct , it was mostly plumbing problem.
