I thought the price was reasonable. They were very courteous and knew what they were doing.

When I called for an appointment, the owner answered, and was very flexible with our odd schedule and patient with my requests. The repair guy, Corey, called 20 min or so before arriving, and was SO nice! He explained everything and showed me the problems in a way that even completely mechanically challenged ME could understand lol! Bottom line, we need a new washer, sadly. But he never pushed us to try o fix it when it wasn't financially smart, and was just great with all my questions. I put their number in my phone for future use, lol! They were that good!

All went very well. I called and made an appointment. They responded quickly (just a few days) and showed up as promised. They repaired the refrigerator and it is working fine again. I am very pleased with the repair service as well as the customer service provided by the office. I believe All American does an excellent job for the money - a great value.

All American appliance were very professional and showed up when they said they would. My choice was to get the unit fixed for about $300 (after discount) or to get a new unit which costs about $800 at Sears. I decided to get it fixed and parts took a few weeks to come in and schedule a repair date. The service was good and they even came back when I was worried about a burning smell (it turns out there was lint backup from the vent tube). Good service. Would definitely use again although large appliance repair is always expensive in general.

I was given a quote of $225.00 for the dishwasher repair. I asked if this included the service call ($49.95 charge.) and was if the repair was considered a "total repair." The contractor said yes to both items. I then told him I was an Angie's List customer, and said I had a coupon from the website which gave Angie's members the $49.95 off for the service call and an additional $40.00 off for the repair. He said since I called and new what was wrong with the dishwasher (it needed the coil replaced), that the service call didn't apply ("He said that they usually make two trips for problems, so since the technician already knew what is wrong it would only take them one trip.") He also said the best he could do is 10% off or 23 dollars. Nix the $40.00 off as well. In other words the contractor RAISED THE PRICE WHEN THE CONTRACTOR HEARD I WAS AN ANGIE'S MEMBER! Obviously I am angry! I have worked with contractors over 25 years, and I didn't expect to find one like this on Angie's list.

I wasn't home when they arrived. My husband dealt with them. They were on time & replaced the motor. The next day I didn't have any ice, so I called them up. They came out again and did something else. I don't know exactly what, but after another day of no ice I called back. They came out again & told my husband that it wasn't something they could fix as it was probably an issue inside the wall of the fridge. We'd probably have to buy a new refrigerator. For over a year I asked my husband what they did & he said they couldn't fix it. I finally contacted another repair service on Angie's List & guess what - it was repairable! After all this time I've got ice cubes! I wouldn't use this company again. One good thing about them is that they didn't charge me for any service calls.

It was great. The technician called ahead, showed up on-time, and was knowledgeable and friendly. He knew what the problem was and brought the part with him so he could fix the washer on the spot. I would definitely call the company for any future appliance repairs.

Good call back and set up. However, their web site advertises 24 hour service and I called on a Sat evening. Didn't get a call back till Monday morning. That was my only negative comment. Other than that, they were excellent.

I had recently taken a Maytag Laundry Center (stacked w/d) out of an 8 month storage. I held my breath and unfortunately a sensor was malfuntioning. I reluctanly called for repair and was so pleasantly surprised. The technician came out and diagnosed the problem keeping me informed all the time. The part arrived and they installed a couple of days later. I was so impressed - not only by how they handled everything - but of their honestly and compentence. I will referring all my friends.

Very pleased with his knowledge of the machine and ability to isolate and repair the problem on the first try. The only suggestion would be for the company to ensure that their staff are equipped with working vacuums to clean lint and the work area. I asked him to leave the machine open so that my husband could use our shop vac to clean out the remaining lint. I'm glad the machine is now cleaned out, but it would have been better if the provider had a working vacuum and could have cleaned out all of the lint. That said, I asked about lint in the drum fins and he kindly removed those and allowed me to wash them out, so they are now clean. Overall, I was very pleased with his knowledge of the appliance, quick identification of the problem, and effective solution. I will certainly call this company again for future large appliance repairs.

My experience with them was great. They were probably the best appliance repair service that we have used. He initially came to diagnose the problem and was here today with one of the parts that they had ordered. The first time when he was here, he was able to fix one of the appliances at that time and then ordered the part for the other appliance. They had a coupon for Angie's List customers. I thought that their pricing was good. I called a couple of different companies just to get an estimate on what it would be to come out. I went with them because I liked their motto best. I thought that their price was fair.

The main thing for me was how prompt they were in getting someone to come out and look at the dryer, plus he arrived exactly when he said he would. And then the other piece was that he had to replace a part and he actually had the part on his truck. I did not have to have him come back again.

Everything should be his easy. Tech arrived in the agreed upon time window. Promptly assessed the problem, explained to me what was wrong and fixed it. Very reasonable price to boot. I have had some nightmares of experiences with appliance repair companies but these guys are the total opposite of that! They're Angie's List ratings are well earned!!!!!

My 2.5 year old Kitchen Aid double oven stopped working in July 2013. I contacted Whirlpool, who now owns Kitchen Aid, to get the appliance serviced. Manassas Appliance was supposed to come to my home the following Monday but failed to show up. I went to Angie's List and found All American Appliance with its A rating. I called All American Service, and Ronnie came out a few days later. He immediately identified the problem. He suggested I check to see if the part was under warranty, and it was. He gave me the part number and the cost of the part. I chose to order the part myself because All American Appliance Service is not part of the Whirlpool service providers. I ordered the part which I finally received after a six week wait. I called All American Service who sent Ronnie back out within two days of my call. Ronnie arrived on time and replaced the part in minutes, then made sure everything was working properly. The total repair cost $124.00. Ronnie told me at the first appointment that the warranty for the part would be invalidated if I allowed All American Appliance to do the repair. I didn't care. I won't use the Whirlpool contracted repair providers as their service has always been poor - they don't show up or they fail to properly diagnose and repair the problem. I had a problem with the same part (error message on the electronic keypad) six months after the double oven was installed and under warranty. The Whirlpool contracted repair person said it couldn't be fixed, and I should leave it alone since the oven was still working. Two years later, the part completely failed, and the oven stopped working altogether. I will continue to use All American Appliance Service for all of my future appliance repairs. Ronnie was punctual, knowledgeable, and courteous as were the people I spoke to on the phone. I highly recommend All American Appliance Service.

Very happy with the service. We thought the issues were to be far greater then what we experienced. With little experience in appliance repair, it would have been easy for the technician to add additional services or fess. Ronnie, the technician was honest, upfront and even went so far as to explain in detail tips to keep the appliances in top condition. The charge was stated clearly up front and after the work, Ronnie did not charge us any additional fees for his work. Granted it was very minor but how many times have we all been nickle and dimed during service calls. Ronnie was great, understood our issues, listened and did a great job. Highly recommend these guys.

All of a sudden the electronic touchpad on our 5-year old Sears Kenmore Ultra Wash dishwasher starting doing strange things. Various lights would go on and off at various times after the Start button was pressed and the dishwasher wouldn't go through its cycles. It seemed to be stuck on the first cycle. Checked with Angie's List and found All American Appliance Service. Called. No problem getting through. Had an appointment within a couple of days. Tech came out on time and called before he arrived. He said it could be the circuit board and/or the touch pad unit. Provided estimate. Ordered parts. Company called in about 7 days to say parts were in. Made another appointment. Tech arrived on time and called before arrival. He installed the new touch pad assembly first and the dishwasher worked. So the circuit board was not needed. No problems. Nice people.

My washing machine started to turn on by itself. I contacted All American and explained the problem. A technician was sent out to determine what was needed and to give me an estimate. The technician was polite and very knowledgeable with regards to high efficiency washers like mine. The parts were ordered and the work was done very quickly. The service call went smoothly. I highly recommend All American Appliance Service Inc. They are professional, they actually have a human being to answer the phone and they were easy to do business with. The price was very reasonable too.

Rep was pleasant and explained all facets of work required and performed.

First time I had them out was in Nov. 2012. He saved my microwave with replacement parts. They were fantastic. This last time I had a small problem and they charged me for the service call. I will stay with them for my appliance repair. They are professional and courteous.

Called All American Appliance to get my refrigerator repaired. The refrigerator was blowing air but was not cold. I agreed to the service call charge because I knew it would be applied to the repair. However, the tech stated that it wasn't worth the repair because of sealed system problem. I was already spending $ for the service call and asked how much it would be for the repair but he said it wasn't worth it. ok...I'll get another opinion. Called another tech from an UNKNOWN company and he diagnosed the problem to be a faulty overload relay and low freon. 15 minutes later, my refrigerator is up and running. He also gave me 60 day warranty. I understand that repairs can get misdiagnosed but I felt ripped off when the tech said it's not worth it when I was willing to spend the $ to fix it. At least give me the option...

Scheduling was easy. Showed up when they said they would. Mark diagnosed the issue fast and repaired quickly. Great work and thanks.

Very thorough inspection and had me look inside the washer with him. Told me how to keep it maintained and I felt he was honest with me. I was impressed.

Both times the tech was on time and professional. Came when he said he would, returned with necessary part on the date/time promised.

Mark came on time, with a call 15 minutes before his arrival. Fixed the two handles and then showed me what tool to use and how to tighten them in the future. Quick, professional.
