Explained what was wrong with the microwave and replaced fan using my spare fan. It was very quick. Looked at refrigerator. I think he adjusted something, but it wasn't a major repair. The $90 I paid was the base cost of having a repairman come out and look at the appliances. I was not charged any extra for replacing the fan. This is the second time I have used this company. The first time was back in June to fix a dryer. I have found them to be very honest and professional. They explain what the problem is and don't try to charge for unnecessary repairs.

Stove repair. Had to try several things, but kept with it and did not charge for additional visits until the problem had been fixed. Great to schedule and work with.

They call 30 minutes ahead to tell you they are coming. They are very good with setting a new appointment if you have to cancel an existing one. They are very knowledgeable and conscientious.

Our 2 year old refrigerator began leaking about a month or so ago, but just periodically and not in a way that looked like an actual line was leaking. I called and emailed All American late on Wednesday (after hours) and got a prompt response on Thursday and we scheduled an appointment for Friday (the earliest that I was able to be there). Waled showed up around 3:00 (window was 1:00 to 4:00) and within about a minute of my description of the problem he knew exactly what the problem was and explained it to me. He also explained how he would fix the problem and what I needed to do afterward. We gently worked the refrigerator out from between the cabinets taking care to not scratch the floors. Waled was very conscious of the potential for damage. He took extra steps to minimize the risk. After pulling out the refrigerator he got to work removing the piece, cleaning it out, and making adjustments before putting it back. He then thoroughly explained that I needed to turn off the refrigerator to allow the line the thaw (frozen drain line was the cause of the back up and leaking) and remove an built-up ice. We did that and by the next morning we were up and running as usual. He was done and gone by 3:30. I was amazed at quickly it went and appreciate his candor and professionalism.

The service was great. It was easy to reach them on the phone and schedule an appt. In one instance, they could come the same day and the other, there was a four day wait. The repairmen called ahead of time and were very well qualified to make the repair. The washer was a simple fix. The dishwasher a little more complicated but it worked out fine. The price for the service call was pretty standard rate. What liked most about the service was the responsiveness and efficiency of the company.

Once it was determined the same issue was happening, the technician informed me that he would recommend having GE came and do the actual repair, because he could not get the board to respond. I was not charged for either appointment. I appreciated the honesty and how he did not hesitate to recommend getting the manufacturer technician to come and look at my washer, which I did. I would have used the GE technician originally, but they charge $99.95 just to come out and that is why I used Angie's List to find All American Appliance. I would not hesitate to call them again with any other appliance issues.

It was quick and easy to set up an appointment for someone to come out and inspect my broken washing machine. The receptionist and technician were very professional. The technician called me 30 minutes before arriving and was on time. He looked at the washing machine and told me that the repair would not be worth it so I did not have the repair done. He also gave me some recommendations on reliable brands of washing machines. Even though the washing machine could not be fixed, I was very happy with the services and would use this company again.

I had avoided getting the repair done for nearly two months, because it is so hard to find a company that will send someone out, for a fair price, tell you the truth, show you the evidence, and give it to you straight. The technician was on time, professional, helpful, and informative. I would definitely use this company again for our appliance repairs, and would request the same technician. I will recommend them to all of my friends.

The technician arrived within the time window that was promised. He very quickly determined the problem. It was a broken power cord and burned out electrical connection block. The connection block is the point were the power cable from the wall plug connects to the dryer. He had to order a part and it came in a few days. He installed it quickly and pointed out that the probable cause of the problem was that the original installers didn't secure the power cord with the anti-strain clamp in the back of the dryer. This meant that moving the dryer around when cleaning the floor eventually resulted in a broken wire which shorted out the connection.

Mark came out and figured out the problem, and confirmed that I could have made it worse - but didn't. He showed me exactly what was wrong and showed me how bad it could have been, but wasn't. He performed what turned out be a minor repair, and showed me what to do in the future to avoid causing a problem again. I feel that he was very honest with me, and I would definitely hire the company again.

Service technician fixed it quickly. Will use again.

On the first visit, Corey diagnosed the problems and gave me an estimate. Parts were ordered after I was called and given an estimate and agreed with the price of the parts and labor. Corey was on time, courteous, and efficient on both visits, diagnostic and installation. I have received a 1 yr factory warranty on the parts and 90 day service warranty.

They sent two people in case the washing machine had to be moved from its current location on a set of counter-height cabinets. (This is a nine year old Frigidaire unit and a smaller size than the ones commonly sold. For us, it's ideal to be co-located at this level adjacent to the dryer.) The technician confirmed that it was the water pump and it had to be replaced. Because it was accessible at the front bottom of the unit, the washer did not have to be moved from its current location to the floor. Thus I paid for the second technician to be available, however it was necessary in case it wasn't only the water pump which was malfunctioning. I could have taken a chance that it was only the water pump, but... They were on time, fast workers, and professional. They were experienced and knowledgeable about the reliability of washing machines and other large appliances, including the industry, recurrent problems, trends, etc. I would recommend them and call this company again for appliance repair.

This was the second time I used this service and again was very happy. When I called to make an appointment they were available sooner than I was which was a pleasant surprise. They arrived promptly and the work was surprisingly simple. They showed me how to repair it and I'm the future saving the time and expense of future calls.

Ice maker not producing ice. Called All American Appliance on Monday and was given morning appointment 2 days later. Tech was on time and quickly diagnosed the issue. He replaced the icemaker. The entire appointment took about 20 minutes. Had ice within the hour. Felt price was a bit high but competitive. Received 10% Angie's List discount. Very satisfied overall.

ALL AMERICAN APPLIANCE SERVICE INC replaced the microwave control panel which problem they'd helped me identify via a phone call. GE graciously sent a free replacement to an out-of-warranty item. Installation was quick, courteous and complete with billing only for the service call. Control panel seems to be operating as it should. Most impressed with service provider.

1st time I've used Angie's List & I'm super pleased with this company. I called & it was easy to get appt in a couple days (Sears said it would be over a week), explained service call charge ($59 for 1st appliance, $20 for second), with a three hour window for appt & Roy called 15 min. before he arrived. This guy really knows what he's doing! While I was trying to find out how much a new control panel was going to cost, he has it fixed before I know it. Thanks! He also knew his way around my Maytag oven - the heating element was burned through. Had to order that part, came in on fifth day, they called then & Roy came out the next day. Quick repair! Roy gave me some advice on these & other appliances I might be replacing, and I really appreciated his expertise. Will definitely keep this number handy.

I would definitely recommend this company. FIrst they were very accommodating - on the way to meet them, I got stuck in traffic and called several times with my status. The tech rearranged another appointment and went to that one before mine instead of asking me to reschedule another day. The tech was friendly and thorough. He pulled out the oven to check the back and although it was nothing major - just a minor issue that the inside of the oven needed to be cleaned more - I appreciated him checking the back. He gave me alternatives instead of using the self cleaner and reassured me it was not a problem if a little bit of smoke came out of the vent eventually it would go away. I would definitely use this company again

I would highly recommend All American Appliance Service! First off, they call you 15-20 minutes before they arrive so it's nice to have the heads up. My ice maker in my refrigerator needed to be replaced. I was told 2-5 business days for the part to arrive. The 1st visit was on a Tuesday and they returned on Thursday with the part. He was done in about 10 minutes. The technician was very nice and knowledgable.

We had a very good experience with All American Appliance. They were very professional and polite, arrived right on time, and worked efficiently. They were flexible when I needed to adjust the appointment time, and their overall customer service was excellent.

All American Appliance Service, Inc, was very responsive to my need for a repairman to repair my freezer - stop the intermittent leaking. He arrived on schedule and after I explained the problem he immediately knew what was wrong. He then proceeded to take apart the freezer compartment to access a small rubber valve that was malfunctioning. He replaced the tiny value and put everything back together in about 15 minutes. The repairman was friendly and efficient. He explained exactly what he did to the freezer after he finished. A few days after the service call there was a rattle that seemed associated with the vibration of the compressor, but I was unable to locate or stop it on my own. When I called AAA Service, Inc, they immediately scheduled a return visit. Again the repairman showed up on time and within five minutes diagnosed the problem as the water line vibrating against the wall. He add a tiny bit of insulation to the water line, thus stopping the vibration. There was no charge for the follow-up procedure. The repairman was again friendly and helpful.

This is our second time using AAA this year, and we were very pleased. Cory fixed our washing machine and was able to save us from having to purchase a new machine. Our machine was old, but had been in storage for about 10 years, and he was able to special order the part and repair it within a week. He was very knowledgeable and professional, and as much as we like to use their services, I sure hope we don't have to any time soon. We definitely will call them in the future for all our needs! Everything went as planned. Consultation was scheduled, part was ordered and the part was replaced.

I called for service last Thursday for my refrigerator (non emergency). Tech (Mark) came out on Monday, within a few minutes he had identified the problem. Quick fix, quality service.
