Dryer stopped working. First the inside light went off, then the drum wouldn't stop when the door was opened mid-cycle. Finally, it quit altogether. Called on Saturday, they scheduled me for Tuesday (earliest appointment), and called to move me up on the Tuesday schedule after a cancellation. The repairman called 15 minutes before arrival, giving me time to kennel the dogs. He was polite, professional, diagnosed the problem as a bad dryer door switch (apparently the switch controls the world) within about 10 minutes. He showed me how it was broken. Fortunately, had the spare part in the van. Fixed within about 20 minutes. Discount for being an Angies List member - 10 percent. Thanks, Angie! This is the second time I used this company (washer repair last time), and have been extremely pleased with the service.

He was professional and prompt and explained that the board was fried and, unfortunately, was no longer in production so my machine was not able to be fixed. I thought something like that might be the case but it was worth a shot to have someone come out and look at it. I will definitely be using All American Appliance again!

They were excellent. They came when they said they would come, I think their final charges were less than what they estimated. They were highly satisfactory.

FANTASTIC - Mark called on his way & came at beginning of time window provided. Fixed washing machine quickly & then took the initiative to show me how to do it in the future. Replaced broken ice maker coil for the fridge quickly & showed me his work. Very professional, very polite, excellent service. Good price. (found them on Angie's List and would use again)

I have a GE Profile refrigerator that's just over three years old and began making a loud machine gun noise when I would use the water dispenser. I found All American Appliance on Angie's List and gave them a try. When I called to make the initial appointment they seemed friendly, but very inflexible on getting an appointment time. It was almost as if I had to work my schedule around theirs. The repairman came out and quickly diagnosed the problem which was the filter housing unit. Since this refrigerator is typical of what you find around here I thought they would have the part, but he didn't and I had to wait a week for them to order, get the part and get back out to my house. Again, the appointment had to fit their schedule instead of mine. He came back out and did a good job of replacing the needed part. The servicemen are friendly and knowledgeable, but you need to be willing to work around their schedule. Their price is also slightly higher than the other estimates I got, but was offset with the Angie's List coupon.

The company dispatcher scheduled the repair visit for a date sooner than I expected, was very professional in explaining their pricing and warranties, gave me the name of the tech (Mark) who would be doing the repair, & told me what time period he would be arriving. Mark called 15 minutes before he arrived & got here right on time. He wore "booties" to keep our floors clean, was very friendly & professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem with our icemaker, checked & found his van did not have the part but he said he would have it that afternoon & would return. The dispatcher called after he left to confirm that he would be back. Within a short time, Mark called & said he got the part already because he had finished the next job faster than expected & he could return to fix our icemaker that morning instead of the afternoon if OK with us. We agreed & he arrived soon after. He repaired the icemaker, double checked to make sure it had no other issues, explained to us what we needed to do re the first ice "dump" & said to call again if there were any problems & he would be back that afternoon. We were very pleased with the quick responsiveness & confident professionalism of this company & Mark. We plan to use this company to service all our appliances in the future.

In short, it was perfect. I had researched the issue we were having with our dishwasher and knew that it was a 'known' problem with this model. Called to request an estimate, which Bonnie was able to provide down to the penny after some part research. The appointment scheduling was easy and reasonable, although they do have 'windows' which I wish were a little narrower or more flexible - but that's standard for the industry. I ended up having to postpone the appointment due to a work emergency, and that was effortless. As promised, the technician called 10-15 minutes before he arrived. He was friendly, professional, and efficient. Well spoken and clean cut too, things that aren't always a given. Replaced the heating element and advised that sometimes the control board gets affected too, so I should watch out for any further problems. He did all the work without leaking water all over the place which I half-expected, and cleaned up what did drip out from the pipes. He was done in an hour or so, and charged the exact quoted price. I frankly can't ask for or expect any better service. 3 thumbs up.

The repair of the heating element was fine but when it came time to reattach the vent the repairman said "Oops I don't have any duct-tape so you will need to do this part". When my wife called to complain they made excuses and said it was already detached. We explained it was detached because we were investigating the issue and that because it's in a very small closet the repairman would have had to detach it anyway. They refused to make it right and they had had no issues with us complaining here on AL. So NO I WOULDN'T USE these guys again. Little things matter!

Receptionist was friendly and helpful when I scheduled appt. Technician called 10-15min out; as I was told he would do by receptionist. He entered, put on the booties they wear nowadays to keep from getting floors dirty. He gave me his name right off and assessed the problem. Gave me the estimate before doing the work and let me use the Angies' List discount. He fixed the problem with the machine after telling me exactly what the problem was. He was in and out of here in 20 minutes.

It's a Jenn Air built-in microwave. The controls all still worked, but the microwave would not turn on and cook food. Bonnie returned my weekend call on Monday and was very polite and helpful in scheduling an appointment for later that week. The technician called before he stopped in (as promised). He quickly diagnosed the problem with the microwave and fixed it with parts he had on hand. He was polite and efficient. I couldn't be more happy with how this repair went. It also cost less than I expected. (We did get a 10% internet/Angie's List discount.)

Cory (the repair technician) came to your house this morning and did a GREAT job. I really like the fact that he took his time in explaining how the microwave oven works and why certain parts fail after a certain time period. The company also saved me over $300.00, because I was about to just by a new one. I'm so glad that I call All American Appliance, and I highly recommend this company before buying new appliances. Cory really knows his job and he and Bonnie (the owner) care about customer service. Thanks!

Highly recommend All-American for any appliance repair. Service was top-notch from my first call being answered by Bonnie, the owner, herself to the professionalism of the service technician, Roy. He was prompt, courteous, thoroughly explained the problem, how he was going to repair it and took the longer process to slowly melt my frozen coils than to quickly heat them and potentially damage them. Price seemed extremely fair. Would not hesitate to call on this group for any repair needs in the future.

Our dryer stopped working and it was Electrolux and only 5 years old. I called All American Appliance and set up an appointment. The technician came out, was very punctual and called 15 minutes prior to arriving at the house. He diagnosed the problem and ordered the part needed giving me a 10% discount and applying the $69.00 service fee. The part was ordered quickly and again the technician came out and called 15 minutes prior and installed the part and we've had no problem. I would definately use them again. The front office called 24 hours before service to remind me and it was easy to get an appointment in a short window of time. Very professional.

When we called for an appointment, they woman was friendly and helpful and gave us the earliest appointment available. Which was on Tuesday of the following week. She told us there would be a 59.99 charge to come out, but it would be waived if we used them for the repair. We were asked how we heard about them. When we told them Angie's List, we were told we would get an additional 10% off! They gave us the name of our service man, Cory, and confirmed a 3 hour window between 10am and 1pm, when he would be here. She also said that he would call 15 minutes before arriving. The day before the appointment, we received a call reminding us and confirming the appointment. The day of the appointment, we were predicted to get the worst snow storm of the winter, with up to five inches of snow being called for. We were worried that it would interfere with our appointment. However, Cory called at 9:00am and said that he was running ahead of schedule and would it be okay if he came a bit early, as he was trying to finish all his calls before the snow flew. We were thrilled they were still coming. He was there within 20 minutes. Upon arrival, he was nice, polite, and helpful. We had already taken the front panel off the washer, but he jumped right in and started asking questions, and looking at the machine. While we had cleaned out the filter in the bottom, apparently debris had gotten into the water pump. He was able to fix that, saying we didn't require a new water pump which was a relief. But he also located a small leak from the front door that we hadn't even notice. He fixed that as well, explaining what we needed to do to prevent this from happening again. He also took extra steps to level our washer so it would run properly. All in all, he was done in about an hour. The whole thing took about an hour. He was fantastic and we wouldn't hesitate to call them again for repairs. While he was packing up, we talked about an issue we had with our fridge, which has the water and ice on the front door. Our ice works but not the water. He gave us some tips on what we could try to fix it. But he also said if we couldn't, he could come out and look at it for us. SO HELPFUL!! We love this company and highly recommend them for your large appliance repairs.

My Bosch dishwasher stopped working and I called All American Appliance Service. Roy performed the service call and as it turned out it would be cheaper to buy a new dishwasher rather than do repairs. I will definitely use All American Appliance Service again. They are prompt, friendly and honest. Thank you!

Repaired relay on washing maching switch.

Mark, the technician was on-time, acted very professionally, and was very courteous. He not only corrected the problem of inadequate water flow through the system, but also instructed me as to how he replaced the part so that I might be able to do it myself if it happens again in the future. He explained that the problem is a common occurrence in refrigerator water filtering systems irregardless of the refrigerator make.

The engineer (Mark I believe) let us know that the machine was near end of life and that it would cost a lot to repair - he recommended buying a new machine. He was on time and very courteous and its refreshing to have a recommendation that was is the best interest of us the client So while they did not repair the machine, they certainly earned our trust in making a recommendation that was in our best interest - would highly recommend them to others.

Originally my dishwasher had no water flowing to it and I requested an appointment between Christmas and New Year's day. They were able to come out on New Year's Eve.As promised by Bonnie, Roy the repairman called when he was approximately 15 minutes out and during the promised window of time. He looked at the dishwasher and while the water staretd to flow, he noticed it was not draining properly. He began a systematic evaluation of the parts eliminating possible reasons for the drain problem. At one point he had difficulty remove a part and asked if we wanted to continue trying to remove this part and risk breaking it or if we were willing to try an uiexpensive home solution (pouring 2-3 cups of white vinegar in the bottom and letting it run). he indicated the slow drain may be part of a clog in the filter. As agreed we were only charged the service fee of 69.95 and he gave us an estimate of parts and labor very reasonable) if we continued to have the problem and he had to come back. He also communicated the service fee would be credited to the ultimate cost. Unfortunately he did have to come out again but again he was well within the window of time, and called shortly before arriving. At this time he was able to disassemble several parts of the dishwasher and confirmed it was primarily a clog in the filter that caused the drain. He was able to pull it out and clean it off thoroughly and reattach it. Thankfully this all worked and he made sure it was then working correctly. before leaving. Roy was fantastic. He was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. I would certainly use this service again.
