Second time I have used this company and highly recommend them - I think they are honest and thorough and good overall.

An email was sent to company via Angies list. I also called and spoke to a nice lady, Bonny I believe who scheduled an appointment to repair a GE Cafe dishwasher. I was subsequently contacted by the company to move up the appt to earlier in the day. In the mean time I received an email response via Angies list from the company saying that my dishwasher was difficult to work on and that I should call another GE repairman. Oddly I believe that Bonny was the person I spoke to and replied to the email..I have subsequently hired another company. C grade was for the conflicting responses on the ability to work on a GE dishwasher (replace a water valve) A grade was for the initial quick response to the work request.

Roy called ahead and let me know he was on the way, and he arrived promptly. He quickly diagnosed the problem with the dryer not heating properly, and he removed and replaced the bad igniter. Roy was courteous and worked fast, and honored the Angie's List coupon.

They replaced the 2 parts that were broken on the dishwasher. The cost was reasonable and I will use them again.

Came out today and corrected an issue with my GE dryer for their minimal service call fee where others might have recommended much more expensive replacement of control boards. Made sure I had his name and number in case the issue returns but so far so good. Would definitely recommend.

I was so happy that they repaired my cook top stove quickly and efficiently. I had originally called the store from where I bought the appliance. I had so many problems with that store and my cook top never got fixed. All American came in and allowed me to cook again quickly.

The washer was taking a very long time to complete the drain cycle and was stopping with an F02 error, which meant having to constantly keep an eye on it while washing clothes. It was taking about eight hours to complete one load. The water draining from the washer was foul smelling. The F02 is a known problem that can happen when the drain hose in the rear is clogged. I snaked the hose out, but there wasn't any clog. I tried to open another drain behind the front panel, to see if that drain was clogged--but couldn't, there was too much resistance. There was a small hole in the bellows behind that drain that was dripping water--a needle had punctured it from the inside. We called AAR to arrange the necessary replacement and to fix the F02 problem. AAR didn't bring the replacement bellow with them on the first visit, which is a practice not unknown to me (ordering the wrong part can be an expensive mistake), although I had been hoping they would. They were professional and courteous and showed me how to open the drain behind the front panel by gently nudging it with a tool. It was full of debris (but isn't any longer). On the second visit they replaced the bellow. Now our washer takes a normal amount of time and doesn't leak.

They called yesterday to schedule a service window. The service provider showed up near the beginning of the window today. After I showed him the dryer and problem, he immediately started working on the dryer. Within about 20 minutes, he found the problem (a sock was jammed in the motor), removed it, and had the dryer working again. This was obviously not a complicated repair, but he was quick and professional and we were quite pleased with the result.

I contacted All American after seeing their stellar ratings and reviews on Angie's list to see if they serviced Sub Zero refrigerators. I received a quick response from them letting me know they unfortunately do not handle this brand. Most responses I receive on questions I have sent in past to various vendors end there... but not with All American. Pauline also provided me with the Sub Zero customer service number and wished me well. That is going the extra mile for customer service. I will most definitely keep All American's contact information on file as they will be my first call/email if I run into any problems with any of my other major appliances.

The provider showed up when he said he would and had the part we needed in the truck and replaced it right away-- which was very nice.

My Kitchen-aid dishwasher leaked. The technician diagnosed the problem as a failed pump motor. There was also a problem with the computer control board (unrelated to the failed pump motor). The technician provided me with an estimate to fix the problem. Unfortunately the cost was close to what a new dishwasher would cost. I elected to not repair and purchase a new dishwasher. The technician provided advise on what to look for in a new dishwasher - the model I have is prone to such leaks - he suggested another model. I checked consumer reports and ended up purchasing a BOSCH.

Timely, professional, honest and explained everything very well. Would use again for appliance repair.

Our refrigerator stopped cooling on a Thursday. I called All American on Friday morning. By early afternoon, the refrigerator was repaired. The service person was obviously scheduled promptly and arrived on time. The repair took about 20 minutes. The $150 or so cost of a visit is not uncommon I'm sure. The service person was very cordial and got the job done promptly. It was a very smooth experience.

Got three bids for the repair. This bid was most competitive and they did a wonderful job. Recommended them to another friend already that had a similar washing machine issue.

As of today parts ordered have not come in yet but I have been informed of the status.

It went great from start to finish. Called and spoke to Bonnie who set up the appt.She was very nice over the phone. The Tech. who came was on time and called to say when we would arrive 10 minutes out. I thought I was going to save some $$ so I purchased a door seal from an online Appliance Store after watching UTube.I installed it but it still leaked.That's when I called All American Appliance Service Inc.The tech open the door of the dishwasher and saw I installed the door seal backwards. Showed me the rib on it and how that need to be turned around. Told me it was a common mistake if you do not know what your doing. He installed it and we turned on the dishwasher. It seem to fix it and I told him so when suddenly water was leaking again. We quickly turned off the water and said it was the valve.He had one on the truck. We talked about his childern,old job, and come to find out I knew his Dad who work for the Cnty. when I did.He was very friendly.He spoke very highly of his companyand like working for them.I would call them for any appliance work I need again. I was not charge for re-installing the door seal just the valve, which I thought was very kind of them.After installing the valve the tech. stayed to make sure it did not leak and told me if it did to call him and he would come back as soon as he could. I did not have to do that. NO LEAKS. Happy wife Happy Life.

Came promptly, friendly and helpful, performed small repair to take care of the problem and didn't go for a larger, more expensive repair to fix the same problem. Very professional.

So far, so good. Now my food stays cold, not frozen!

Technician was knowledgeable and did a great job.

He was the one who answered phone and also showed up as tech. He had no uniform car with company name etc After three days he had not cashed check and stop payment done.

Great! The wonderful repair guy came back 2 months after he fixed it as it had started to leak again and didn't charge for the visit. He found that it needed something else to fix it and it has been fine so far. They stand behind their work and I will call them again. judy

Mark called before he came, showed up right on time and explained - in detail - what the problem was and how he corrected it. My husband and I are extremely satisfied and will absolutely use All American Appliance Service again.

After the initial call, they came out within two days and were very responsive, came first thing in the morning. They diagnosed the issue almost immediately and provided research into purchasing the parts. The part was more inexpensive through another provider and they matched the price and passed on the cost to us. After the part came, they rescheduled another appointment to replace the part, and ensured it worked properly before closing out the order. They also provided a 90-day warranty for the part if anything should go wrong with it.

When the technician arrived all he had to do was turn on the machine I was dissappointed that the dispatcher or the technician had not called ahead and asked if we had tryed that day due to the weather conditions.

It could not have gone better. It all started with a nighttime email message to the company via their Angie's list page after we arrived home to a "dead" refrigerator after a vacation (a most Unwelcome home, for sure). First thing the next morning, All American had called me to set up an appointment based on my stated preferences. She told me Mark would be my serviceman and that he would call 15 minutes before arriving. He did that, just as promised. He diagnosed the problem quickly, called in the order for the part and came back as soon as he could pick it up to do the repair. It was an impressive operation, start to finish - and while he was here, Mark also diagnosed two other appliance problems! One he was able to fix immediately (a second refrigerator door issue) and the other (my broken stove top fan) has a solution in process. He ordered the new motor it needed and we will be rescheduling that repair once the part is in. I think I have found my appliance repair company!! I highly recommend All American Appliance.
