Excellent! Roy quickly found the problems with these appliances. He fixed the oven, but the washer needs to be replaced. He gave good recommendations based on the repairs he does.

Corey came out to look at our dishwasher that was not working. While the repair would be too expensive, he gave great advice on if it was worth it to make the repair. He also told me the brands he would consider purchasing and how much I should invest in a repair. Would use again in the future.

Called Bonnie late on a Monday and she scheduled Mark to come out between 9am - Noon on Wednesday. Mark arrived just after 9am, diagnosed the issue and fixed it before 9:45am. First Class Service!!!

We were overjoyed when the repairman, Mark, told us that our leak could be fixed with a simple adjustment to the door seal. He made the adjustment and the leak is now fixed. We are so thankful that the employee was honest, professional, and friendly. It’s refreshing to know there are still good people, and good businesses.

I will say that Mark was excellent. He was very friendly and he arrived during the time window committed and it turns out I did not need a new garbage disposal! It was just a a jam and he fixed it and made sure the water drained and the disposal was un-jammed. I am very pleased and super relieved.

I emailed All American Appliance on a Friday evening about servicing my refrigerator that would no longer stay cold. Bonnie followed up with me Saturday morning and asked several diagnostic questions to better steer the service tech and ensure he had whatever parts he may need; we scheduled the service for Monday morning. Technician Mark gave me a 30-minute heads up that he was on his way and arrived promptly. As this was during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, Mark showed up sporting a face mask and booties, and respected social distancing. After only 5 minutes of diagnostics, Mark identified the issue as being out of freon given a coolant system leak. He poked around a bit more then let me know he thought the unit was still covered by the original manufacture warranty – by just two months - and wrote down exactly what I needed to relay to the warranty representative. Mark made a point to tell me I needed to ensure they first identify and fix the actual leak and not let them simply fill up the freon as it will only dissipate again with time. In total, Mark spent about 30 minutes diagnosing the issue and writing up all the information. When I mentioned the 30-minute service visit to the warranty representative he commented, “Wow, you certainly got your money’s worth; that’s a legit diagnostic”. Throughout the job Mark was nothing but professional, courteous, and thorough. I will certainly utilize All American Appliance if/when I need another appliance serviced!

Mark was dispatched and arrived promptly at the agreed upon time. Courteously and efficiently he diagnosed and recommended that we should replace our unit rather than spending money to repair the compressor failure. We will certainly keep AAA at the top of our call list based on our experience today. Thank you for the prompt and well priced service.

Great, something was stuck in the pump, the tech removed it.

Oven only failed once after several attempts. Tech sanded igniter. So far oven is working

Corey the technician, was very kind, patient with my questions and generous with his advice for a replacement refrigerator. We're replacing side-by-side refrigerator with a freezer top model that is only 4 cubic feet downsizing of capacity. Our Tenant was so impressed with Corey that she requested a business card, which Corey furnished, for her sister's house in Springfield Virginia.

Great! Repairman was able to diagnose the problem. All American Appliance was able to find the part and order it. Our oven was repaired the next week. We though we would have to buy a new stove so were extremely pleased that our old one was repaired.

Corey was AMAZING!! He was able to diagnose the problem with my washing machine and was able to get it fixed within the week! The parts came in super fast! I would highly recommend All American Appliance Service Inc. for future appliance repairs!

Workman arrived on time, diagnosed a 3 possible issues and suggested the least cost alternative for solution. Replaced an electronic switch and advised to allow 72 hours for the refrigerator/freezer to settle. If issues still were taking place we were instructed to call them for a return visit. Refrigerator and freezer temps have been holding perfectly since the repair. The Angies list discount was applied to the invoice without asking and the workman cleaned up the space and departed. Everything continues to work fine and we would use them again in the future.

Excellent. Mark was experienced and knew where to troubleshoot and identified the broken part and replaced it quickly. He is professional and friendly.

Excellent Service, Scheduling was easy, Corey called ahead, was on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, procured the part and finished all in a little over an hour. Price was very reasonable as well.

He had to undo the mistakes the previous plumber had made. He had a very good sense of humor and explained every step.

We were helped by Umar and Jason- they were quick, responsive, and professional. I do think they charged a premium though. It was a $50 part, so $200 for labor for less than an hour seems a little steep. Still, they got the job done and I would use them again.
