First visit, Mark was on time and luckily for me, it was only the timer knob that needed to be repaired. He placed the order for the new one that day, but in the meantime, gave me a knob so I could use the dryer while I waited for the part. One week later the part was in, Mark returned, replaced the timer knob in about 5 minutes. I would call them again for any type of appliance repair again. Great job!

The company was prompt in scheduling my repair and called 15 minutes before the technician arrived to confirm I was home. Mark is the technician who came (he came for a previous repair in 2013). I can't say enough about working with Mark -- he is professional and always takes the time to explain what needs to be done. He put down Masonite to protect my hardwood floors before moving the fridge out to work on it. When he first came, he determined that he needed a gasket for the dishwasher that he did not have, so he ordered it. Mark came out a few days later and replaced the gasket. However, it appeared that the seal around the dishwasher door was not sealing properly. He left to get the seal and came back shortly to replace it. Once that was done, Mark noted that the bottom part of the door was allowing more water that may eventually leak out. To fix that, a new door may be necessary, which I did not pursue. Because he was not able to completely fix the leak, he did not charge me for the dishwasher parts or labor. Mark replaced the filter head on my water filter and now the water flows as it should and the ice maker works again. Thank you!

Great - second time using All American & Mark the engineer was very good, one of the replacement parts was leaking when he installed it, so he went and got another one which worked fine. In our opinion, you can always trust the engineers who come out to give you a straightforward, honest assessment of what the problem is and what you (as the client) best course of action is. Bonnie who does all the organizing is great and keep you posted of progress. Overall - great company with great people, highly recommend them.

The dryer began making a high pitched squeal which I attributed to an accumulation of dust on the fly wheel (I made this assumption based on a previous repair - which wasn't repaired at all - several months ago). Ron arrived at the appointed time and the repair was completed. Very professional customer service - will def use them as my appliance repair go to.

Service provider was very responsive and attentive. Technician arrived on time and was able to find the problem in less than 30 minutes. He had the part on hand so he was able to install immediately. Oven was repaired within an hour of arrival! Works like a charm!

I contacted All American via Angie's List. They replied within 24 hours, scheduled an appointment at the time I asked for, called 15 minutes before arrival as promised, arrived on time, fixed the fridge for the expected price, and left the kitchen as clean as they found it. Who could ask for more? And I got the advertised Angie's List discount.

I was not able to use them for service but what I learned from a 5 minute conversation was invaluable. I have saved them in my contacts and will not hesitate to use them in the future.

Mark was great. He came out and diagnosed the problem, then orded the necessary part. On a return trip, he completed the repair and everything is working great. The unit was in a home that we just bought. Every appliance in the house is VERY old. Mark took the time to tell me a little bit about some of the other appliances.

I was told it needed a part that would have to be ordered but may not be available any longer from the manufacturer (refrigerator was only a few years old). Called several times over a couple of months and they still couldn't give an answer on the part. During that time the part was listed as available at Sears Parts Direct. Finally called another service company who fixed the problem within a half hour of arrival with part off the truck. Which was not the part I was told needed to be replaced by All American.

I would give them whatever the top rating is. They were prompt. They handled the problem very well and I think they were very fair in their charges.

I called and made an appointment on the phone. The person on the phone told me the name of the person who would come by and that the repair person would call 15 minutes before arriving. The repairman arrived at the arranged time window and called 15 minutes before arriving. He quickly diagnosed the problem but did not have the part and had to order it. A few days later the office called and said they had the part and scheduled a day for the repairman came at the scheduled time and made quick work of the repair. This company did everything they said they would do and did it with professionalism. The only slight negative is the labor price. A $109.00 flat fee no matter what they do or how long it takes. There is also $69.00 service call fee whether they do anything or not. they will subtract this from the total when they return to do the work. Expensive, but you get what you pay for.

It went great. Roy was awesome. He showed up on time, within the first hour of the service window. He came back with the correct parts to fix a problem he had previously diagnosed. He was in and out within 45 minutes.

On Thursday June 4, 2015 my MAYTAG dishwasher would NOT start. I called MAYTAG's 800 service number and was informed that service by one of their master MAYTAG technicians was NOT available until week of June 22. I then accessed Angie's List and procured the services of All American Appliance Service, Inc. One of their technicians, Mark, arrived on Monday June 8, 2015. Mark examined the dishwasher and knew immediately what the problem was. He contacted the parts department at MAYTAG, which was local. He drove to their office, retrieved the part, then returned and replaced the part. So in less than 2 working days, all service was completed in less than 90 minutes. My dishwasher is now working perfectly. I was extremely impressed by the knowledge, efficiency and professionalism of the technician. Thanks to Angie's List, I will certainly contact "All American Appliance Service, Inc." should I need any appliance services in the future.

This was the first time I used this company. it was easy to schedule an appointment with Bonnie. I explained the problem with the refrigerator and Bonnie provided a cost estimate. The technician called about 45 min. beforehand arriving promptly within the 4-hour time frame on the scheduled date. I explained that the Drain Line was clogged. This had already occurred approximately 4 years ago. He emptied my freezer, heated water in my microwave and poured in down the drain. He then explained the process of the draining the line by taking out the light attachment from the fridge, pouring hot water down the line which will fall into the water pan under the fridge and eventually evaporate. He then gave me a few tips. The technician was very amiable and helpful. He finished the job quickly and left my kitchen clean. The cost was as Bonnie had estimated in addition to the 10% Angie's List member coupon. I was extremely happy with the service and will absolutely use All American Appliances again.

When I called, Bonnie scheduled an almost immediate repair for my refrigerator which was 10 degrees too warm and the freezer was too cold. The technician came to the house earlier than expected but waited while I returned home and then told me it was a matter of removing an ice block. He defrosted sections without having to remove much and provided some advice. He was professional and courteous and most importantly, my frig. is now at the temperature it should be.

The cost wasn't much, it was like $200. They are wonderful.

Quick easy repair - had to order part and return in a week for install -Cory did a great job.

The guy came over and took the back part off. The problem was a worn out gear so we get a new one. He put it back together and started working okay.

When I scheduled repair service for my He3 dryer, I told them I believe it needed a new heating element. I was a told that the servicemen carry common replacement parts on their truck. However, when the serviceman arrived and determined that it did indeed need a new heating element, he did not have the part. It took a week to receive the new part and have it replaced. My dryer now works like new. While at my home, he was also able to diagnose that my He3 washer needed a new valve, another common part that had to be ordered. A week after the service both my 10-year old washer and dryer work like new. The repairman, Waleed, was very knowledgeable and respectful. He worked quickly and cleanly. Additionally, he called 20 minutes in advance to let me know he was on his way, within the scheduled appointment timeframe.

Had another company out to do some work on a dishwasher which was giving problems. Valve was replaced with OEM but still not enough water pressure after $200+ bill and tenant was complaining about doing dishes by hand and the old contractor did not wish to go back there to fix the work. I made a call to All American after reading their reviews. Bonnie and the team there were outstanding! Calmed, educated, and explained to me and my frustrated tenant what was wrong/what they did and how to take care of the machine in a calm, patient, manner. Very prompt, professional and honest. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

He was great. He was really efficient. He looked at the whole situation and he immediately knew what the problem was. He was really impressed with the condition of that coupling and he said, "I think that's the original coupling." I said, "Yeah. I don't think that has been replaced before." He said, "Well, that lasted a long time." Apparently, they don't normally last as long as this one did. I used them twice last year. Both times, they came in and went right to work. Last time, they ended up replacing a part on the drier. It was fascinating to watch the whole process. I was like, "Oh, that's how those are made." He explained what he was doing to me while I was watching. He was very efficient and knew exactly what he was doing. He had all the parts needed on hand and was able to take care of it all right then and there. It didn't take that long. They showed up pretty much when they said they would. They gave me a time window and then they actually called to say that they were on the way. Because I was impressed the first time, I used them the second time. I would use them for other appliances.

Couldn't be happier to have found this company. I'll save them for any and all appliance repair needs. First, they came out b/c I thought our refrigerator wasn't keeping things cold, but temp readings were all fine, and they replaced the appliance lightbulb correctly so that worked better than I had done (I felt ridiculous but apparently I did that wrong.) The technician was present to hear the awful noise of the damper motor, and he diagnosed the problem, and let me know pros/cons of getting it fixed. I agreed to it, he ordered the piece and was out again to our house in a matter of 3-4 working days for the installation of the new piece.

The guy who comes is excellent. We trust him. The price is reasonable. We have used them several times and we will call them again.

He confirmed that it would cost more than $300 to fix the problem and, when we asked him questions, warned us about vibration from front-load washers, recommended a brand minimize vibration, and told us which brands he saw the most repairs for.
