Overall a good experience. Professional and courteous technician. Seemed to know what he was doing. Some sticker shock associated with cost to replace one failed component, but I at least got a 10% Angie's list discount which I appreciated. Somewhat late for the appointment, coming 30 minutes late, outside 3 hour window provided.

Our GE Profile fridge had lost cooling efficiency. Scheduled a morning appointment. Mark called and arrived within the time frame scheduled. He diagnosed the problem as a dirty condenser coil, cleaned it, then showed how to clean it in the future (GE's manual implied this was not a task that an owner could do). He then did a functions check on the other mechanical systems and confirmed they all worked. The charge was just the service call charge. Grade A in any event but since this is one of those things that could have been an attempted up-sell (control board, what have you) I am very impressed with service I received, and recommend this business in the strongest terms.

They always do wonderful work! This is the second time they have come out to help us with an issue. He arrived promptly, called 15 minutes in advance, diagnosed the problem and got the work done in the same day. I would always recommend them to anyone!

I called to make the appointment and the provider arrived at my house on time, good start. He inspected my washing machine and indicated that it would need a master control board. He looked it up and said that it was no longer available even though the washing machine was only 7 years old. He would double check on this and call me back the next week. After he left, I found scratch marks on the top of the washer where he had put his tools and his metal clipboard/binder. He didn't call me back the next week, I called the office and they contacted the repair person. I was told that no, they couldn't get the part - thanks for the $70. I went on-line (gotta love the internet) and found the part so the (new) part was available. I then contacted another repair company (Sterling Appliance) recommended by a co-worker. They said they could order the part and install it. They came out with the "no longer available" part and fixed my washing machine. I will not call All American Appliance again but I will call Sterling Appliance in the future.

Experience was excellent. Proper diagnosis by the technician. Called ahead of arriving as promised.

Mark did an excellent job, quickly detecting and repairing dishwasher problem. He additionally took the time to locate serial # and source for unrelated small part that I needed to order and did a courtesy adjustment on an unbalanced washer as well. I wish more service companies could perform at this level and I will definitely be calling All American for all of my applliance repair needs in the future.

From the first call through to the end of the service, the company lived up to its "A" rating on Angie's list....courteous, efficient, and professional. The technician called when enroute, which helped with planning, correctly identified the problem, and repaired it. Very happy with the service.

Mike did the installation. He was on time, friendly, knowlegeable and even gave me tips on how to make the gasket last long.

Over the weekend, the clothes washer decided to run all night long. By the time I realized what was happening, there was standing water in the basement. I immediately turned off the water and unplugged the washer. On Monday morning I called All American Appliance Service, Inc as they had an excellent review on Angie's List. They were willing to come out that afternoon but I made the appointment for Tuesday morning. They made my residence their first appointment of the day. He called 15 minutes out which I appreciated and arrived at 7:45 am. He came in and took a look at the machine. He discovered that it needed a replacement part, and with labor would cost approximately $190. I decided to purchase a new machine in lieu of repairing it. The service tech totally understood and did not pressure me into repairing it. I paid the initial service call and was happy with the result. I would definitely use their company again.

Washer continued leaking, thoroughly soaking the floor (missing the drainage pan and travelling through the walls down to the basement ceiling. Tenant of course called me again. Hired Appliance Geek to come check and in ten minutes he had the top of the control panel off of the washer and showed me where the water was coming out of a corroded solenoid. Turned the water off at the wall to stop the water, ordered the part and replaced it and there is no more water. Had an extra week of leaking. water is never good! I have used them before with good results but will avoid on washers!

The service technician, Mark, was experienced, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He called about 10 minutes ahead of his arrival as I was told he would do when I made the appointment. He arrived at the start of the 3-hour time window I was given. After I explained the washing machine was not draining, he said for my type of washer this usually meant the pump was bad or possibly clogged. He said it gets expensive if the pump needs to be replaced so, hopefully, it was clogged. That turned out to be the case so he worked patiently to pick the cloth fibers from the jammed pump mechanism. Once the pump mechanism was spinning easily, he reassembled the washer and tested several fill drain cycles before declaring it fixed. I've run several loads of laundry through it since and it's working great. Thank you for the efficient, educational and pleasant repair experience!

Corey from All American Appliance Repair called a 1/2 before showing up. He was very professional and courteous. He determined the issue, called to check availability of the part and gave me a final price. Corey returned a couple of weeks later to complete the repair, which took less than 10 minutes. Again, Corey was very prompt and courteous. I would definitely use All American Appliance Repair again in the future.

Did a very good job. Dryer is working well and price was very reasonable.

Oven burner was cycling on and off as oven attempted to reach temperature set on dial. Burner sort of burped off and on before reaching temperature set. Not normal. Called on Friday. Provided make and model of range. Appointment was set up for Monday. Tech (Mike) called before arriving and showed up at agreed upon time. Problem was diagnosed as a broken ignitor. Mike provided an explanation and estimate for the repair and had the part on the truck. Whole appointment took less than one hour. No problems.

I was extremely pleased with the quality and efficiency of the repair and felt comfortable having the repairman in our home. We would definitely call him again! The only reason I rated the service provider a "B" for responsiveness is that it took 2 days for them to make the service call. The repairman was out when they said he would be and he called on the way.

Contacted All American after reading reviews. Service rep. came out next day. He quickly identified the problem and had the replacement part on his truck. He gave me a verbal estimate of costs and included an Angie's List member discount. During the repair time I asked him to check on the water hoses. I live in a condo and wanted to ensure that the hoses would not burst and cause water problems for either myself or my neighbors in the future. The ones already in place were standard. I asked him to replace those which added a small amount to my overall bill and I was not charged any additional cost for installation. The service tech was punctual, calling in advance of his arrival. He was polite and professional. He completed all repairs in a minimal amount of time. He also ran water & my washing machine to ensure everything was working properly. I have taken the time to program this company into my cell phone should I have need of appliance repairs in the future.

Setting up the appointment was very easy. The person who came to my house was pleasant and did his job quickly.

It ended up being super easy so that was good. He was professional and I have no complaints.

I scheduled an appointment on 6 November for a repairman to come to my house to repair a refrigerator on 10 November. On 9 November, the company sent me a message that they had already booked someone for the same time period. No offer of a new time, no explanation of why it took them three days to figure out the mistake - just a note saying they weren't going to make it. Of course, I did not happen to read my email until today. When I called them back, they said they could come out 12 or 13 November or if I wanted to wait until Saturday, they could do it the 21st. Again, no accommodation for their mistake, just me having to take another day of vacation time to wait on them. I do not have the time to waste on a nonresponsive company.

Our Frigidaire dishwasher pretty much died (though not that old). We called on a Thursday, were able to come out first thing on Monday (a holiday). They ended up having to replace the control board. The technician, Mark, was very nice and professional. We even got an Angieslist member discount off the total cost.

My Maytag washer is 15 years old and not working and I called to see if it was worth it to put money in it. The answer was basically that I would probably have to replace it soon so don't bother. She also said that washers last about six years now and I should get one that just does the basics. My other problem is that my washer is located on the third floor of a townhouse and the space available is for a 27" washer. Most of the new ones are 29 inches wide so I have a very limited choice: top loader only at 27". It is very disappointing to learn that one will be buying a washer every six yerars - or less - so why spend a lot of money for looks. I found Bonnie to be very helpful and she answered all my questions.

Our dishwasher was not draining water so we called All American Appliance. The technician came out, diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it on the spot. Price was very reasonable and excellent customer service!

We called for service on a broken ice maker and washing machine. We supplied model numbers and the error codes displayed on the washer. When the repairman arrived he did not have parts for either machine. We were charged $69. He returned two weeks later. After a lengthy attempt to repair the washer, he gave up and said he could not figure out what was wrong and that we needed to call the manufacturer. For the refrigerator, he replaced a broken water filter case. He said if it does not make any ice we could buy the ice maker for about $50 and install it ourselves as it was very easy. We were charged $213. After 24 days and $282, when the repairman left we did not have a working washing machine and no ice. Nobody from the company has followed up and I still have to go to the Laundromat...
