Fixed electrical problem and dryer is now working.

Mark from All American Appliance Service gave me a call 15-minutes before he arrived and he was within the window they had set the appointment for. He proceeded to work on the downdraft vent and determined that the mechanism that raises/lowers the vent was not totally broken, it just got dislodged somehow. He fixed it in less than 30 minutes and did an excellent job. I also asked for an estimate on fixing our non-working water dispenser/icemaker in our fridge and he immediately knew what the problem was but did some confirmation by unhooking the water tube and seeing if water was still going to the fridge. He believes it is the filtration assembly that is defective and gave me an estimate for the parts/labor to get it replaced. The pricing estimates were fair and he said he would come back to put in the assembly once it arrives. Very professional and did not pressure me into anything that I didn't ask about. Would gladly recommend.

Great! Technician called ahead and was on time, neat and courteous. He asked some questions about the history of the appliance and investigated the problem, identifying a bad controller board. The part needed to be ordered, so it was a couple of days later when the part was available. It was quickly installed and has been working well since.

Mark called when he was about 15 minutes away, came promptly, and quickly assessed the situation after asking me a couple of questions and then looking at the filter inside the refrigerator. It was the filter head; he found the part, got a price, and waited as I looked online for the part. I found it for cheaper and shipping as quickly as he said he could get it. The part has now arrived and I have just booked Mark to come back out and install the head. Super friendly people on the phone, quick service-- what more can you ask?

I called and was able to get an appointment that was convenient for my schedule. When I made the appointment I was told Roy would be the service technician and would call about 15 minutes before arriving, which he did. He also came on the earlier side of the 4 hour window I'd been given. He took the dryer apart and found the blower fan belt had come off. He reinstalled it and reassembled the dryer. No parts were needed and he didn't try to sell me any. If I need service on other appliances (and I hope it's not necessary) I will call All American Appliance Service again.

I called on a Tuesday, and had an appointment on the day I needed. They were prompt, pleasant and knew their business. Within 30 minutes, they had fixed the issue and had also cleaned the coil as an added bonus.

First of all Roy is just a genuine down to earth individual. He spent a fair amount of time attempting to figure out why the machine wasn't working properly. In the end, Roy determined the problem and fixed it. It turned out to be a poor installation that someone else had done and crossed the hoses. He fixed something that the SEARS home warranty service providers should have corrected the first time. All in all, I would not hesitate in contacting All American again for my service needs. Great experience.

The repair technician, Mark, made a repair to prevent a leak and advised me of the cost of replacement part and whether an additional repair was cost effective considering the age of the washing machine. The washing machine worked fine for 3 months but then we needed a return service call with an additional problem. We decided to replace the 18 year old machine because of the availability and cost of the parts.

Roy from AAAS diagnosed the problem immediately and provided a reasonable estimate. They ordered the pump and scheduled the repair. Roy returned with the part, and obviously had done the repair before. He quickly had the dishwasher back online. Very happy with the service!

Working with this company was very easy. The person responding to my call was helpful and able to schedule the repair quickly. She ordered the necessary part, let me know when it arrived, and called to confirm the repair schedule. The repairman, Mark, was friendly, showed up right in the middle of the scheduled arrival window, performed the work, and cleaned up after himself. Well done from start to finish.

It went extremely well! The window for work was 11AM - 2PM. Corey arrived a few minutes after 11AM. He was friendly, courteous and professional. He explained everything he found and how he would repair it to my husband and I. Corey had the part needed and did the repair efficiently. My husband and I were very pleased with his work. Our dogs liked him too. :)

So I would recommend that one gets in writing that they will do the work, so that one can request compensation for the work income lost if they lie about what they can do. Second, I would be sure that one understands that these "experts" apparently do NOT understand when one asks to replace an appliance vice "fix" an appliance. So I have lost a day of work income, and waited a week for absolutely nothing.

It went fine, we bought the dishwasher

It went extremely well. They were prompt in scheduling my appointment. The repairman showed up when he said he would. He quickly identified the problem and had the necessary part(s) to repair what needed to be repair on the dishwasher. The problem was resolved and the dishwasher works well now. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them. They are very good!!

Mark was the technician. He called in advance. He was polite and articulate and gave great advice. Solved refrigerator problem without parts and diagnosed the dishwasher. We had a great discussion about the trade offs of doing the work vs. buying new. This is by far the best appliance repair experience that I have had as a homeowner for 20+ years. I would highly recommend Mark and All American Appliance Service Inc.

The office very quickly scheduled technician visit. The technician arrived on the scheduled time, gave clear explanation of the issue, gave a temporary fix to so the fridge could last till I got a new replacement.

Excellent. Mark was very efficient, knowledgeable, patient, careful and thorough. He has an excellent "bedside manner." He arrived in the time frame agreed upon and called 15 minutes before arrival. He came prepared with extra parts and had all the tools needed to do the job. Scheduling was a breeze with a kind voice answering the phone and an appointment scheduled right away. I wouldn't change a thing! Oh, and they honored my Angie's list discount.

It went very well. Roy the repairman took our drying apart and diagnosed the problem as the thermal fuse. He said that to replace the part would be $80 plus labor. However, he cautioned us that there may be an underlying reason for the thermal fuse failing. He explained that there was a good chance that the control panel had a problem. He checked on the price of the control panel and found that it is no longer available. At this point based on the age of the dryer and what Roy had explained to us we decided not to replace the thermal fuse but just get a new dryer.

Mark came on time, diagnosed all issues efficiently, fixed fridge, returned with part for washer when convenient for me. All done for very fair price, on time, courteously, professionally. Mark the best technician I can remember using. Bonnie and staff very cooperative and professional. All American has my business.

Great Experience! Cory came in and evaluated the problem. He explained what he was doing and the possibilities. He left saying he didn't have the part (a relay) on his truck but called a few minutes later saying he found the part with another servicemen. He came in and replaced the part. Did an A+ job

Bonnie was great at understanding the problem, making sure she had the part, and setting up the service. Mark is fantastic, he showed up on time, protected my hardwood floors, and got the job done quickly. This is my second time using All American Appliance and I will definitely use them again and I will tell all my friends as well.

He correctly identified the cause of two issues with the dishwasher -- first is why the water was not draining and the second on the grinding noise it made. He identified that a new water pump needed to be installed, identified the pump required and placed the order. The pump was available within a week. He then installed the pump, and the dishwasher works fine now!

Roy was able to find the leak almost immediately. At this point, he said I could fix it myself and suggested where I could get the part. He also called back with a reasonable estimate when he could get the price for the part. I chose to get the part myself and fix it. The job was easy and fixed the problem completely. This was excellent customer service and gives me good reason to trust this business with future work.

We decided, based on his advice, to replace the washer rather than pay to repair it. We appreciated his expertise and his candor.
