Based on troubleshooting done, main circuit board and door switch were replaced. Tech (Roy) did an excellent job.

They were honest. They did what they said they were going to do and when they said they were going to do it. They fixed the problems, so it turned out great. I would recommend them. They are a good company to do business with.

It took three or four days for them to come after I called.

The service man explained the problem to me and reassured that it is a common problem due to a redundant valve in the water outlet tube. The water outlet for the defrost had a small valve that got blocked and so the water flowed back into the freezer. The water froze and jammed the door. The service man removed the valve and asked me to unplug the fridge for a day for the ice to thaw. He was very helpful and patiently answered all my questions.

Called All American at the recommendation of neighbors in my condo building. Technician Mike showed up and made quick work of the repairs, bringing my aging GE refrigerator back to life and replacing the bearing on a squeaky clothes dryer. All the necessary parts were on his truck so everything got done in one visit. Professional service at a fair price. Very satisfied customer here

Punctional and professional. Mark the service tech was terrific, Honestly and clearly explained the problem. And gave good advice on why the repair woudl not be worth the money and it was time for a replacement. Patiently spent the time with me, despite not getting a big repair job. We will use them again.

Repair experience went very well. The company owner answers the phone, a true small business model. She presents a friendly professional style - a nice change of pace from a person you can not understand or a slick car salesman. The service window was a couple hours - not bad. And the service tech - Mark, showed up at the beginning of the time window, called ahead and speaks professionally, the company called a day ahead to assure our plan to have access to the house, they had the likely part needed in the truck so it was a one-and-done repair. My wife managed the visit and she spoke highly of Mark. We will use them again.

This refrigerator had been giving us trouble for 3-4 years. We had repairmen come and go for years. It would work well for a little while but never held the correct temperature. One part of the fridge would freeze food and it was a guessing game as to what number to pick to get the correct one so it would not freeze up. Then, the numbers on the thermostat made no difference. When I called All Appliance they were very accommodating and understood our plight. They sent out a technician, Mark, who had 30 years experience and was trained and certified in our make of appliance. He immediately knew what the problem was and proceeded to check things to confirm his diagnosis. Parts were ordered and after installation of all parts this fridge is FINALLY operating with perfect temperature in both freezer and refrigerator compartments. We were at wits end and on the verge of buying a new refrigerator which would have cost a fortune. After previously spending $700 on previous repairs (other appliance service repair companies charged for each repair even if it was for the same problem...All Appliance Repair does not) we were delighted for the price of service to have what we feel is a brand new refrigerator. Wish we had known about them sooner!

Tech arrived (courteous and ontime, per my wife) and tested micro by trying to heat a glass of water for 1 min. When he confirmed it wasn't heating correctly, we were given an invoice recommending 2 parts and a bill for $70... I work in technology, so I absolutely understand that expertise has monetary value. But trying to heat a glass of water and then calling that a comprehensive diagnosis and charging $70 for it? Come on. I called the office and spoke to Bonnie - asked for someone to come back out and do a more-thorough diagnosis w a volt meter. Met with much resistance. We had a terse back and forth until she offered to have someone come out, disassemble microwave for testing (a necessary evil), and then leave microwave disassembled until parts arrived. This was a reasonable offer b/c microwaves are a moderate pain - so I agreed to that option... b/c all I really wanted was a comprehensive diagnosis for the $70 I'd agreed to pay. At that point, she said she didn't want to waste her tech's time and conceded to my counter-offer of $35 for the services already provided. Got off the phone shaking my head. Like I said earlier - I recognize expertise has value, and I was totally prepared to pay $70 for a full diagnostic. But I wasn't given a full diagnosis - and I didn't feel I'd been given reasonable services for price paid. We'll see what happens when the charge shows up on my card.

Able to come the Tuesday after Christmas, parts were needed. I was impressed that they ordered multiple parts just in case it was something other than what they suspected. I only paid for the parts that were needed, others were returned. It did take a week to get the parts and schedule a return appointment due to the holidays. Serviceman was very nice and professional. He let us watch and told us what he was doing as he proceeded.

It is a difficult problem to solve, but they are careful and honest company and i would recommend them.

The entire experience was excellent, and the problem was fixed at a reasonable price. I will definitely call them again for appliance repair.

Everything went very well. There were no communication problems or attempts to up-sell us with annual "service plans" as had occurred with other home repair businesses. Our repairman, Mark, was punctual, courteous, and efficient, and quickly fixed the main problems with the filtration system. After a day went by we noticed that the ice maker was not working properly, he came back to the house again and fixed that as well for no extra charge! We're definitely entering All American Appliance Service into our contacts lists as our "go to" repair service.

This Kitchen-aid Refrigerator was originally worked on by the Kitchen-aid authorized warranty repair service and it was awful in all ways. I was with a half working unit for 2.5 months when they finally finished their work to get it functioning. Less than 6 month later 1 of the original issues happened again and there was no way I was going to go back to Kitchen-aid so I found All American Appliance and they were very responsive, timely and professional. Mark came to my house worked to get the fridge somewhat working while a part was ordered and then returned in just a couple of days to finish getting it fully working. I have needed to have Mark come out again (14 months had past) due to the the whirlpool part failing again. Once again very responsive, timely and professional. This will be the only Large Appliance repair service that I will call if I need one, since I am a DYI'er 1st and only when its over my head do I look for a pro. Cost that I paid was also reasonable. The whole experience was so much more positive than those Warranty guys.

Wonderful and curteous customer service from the first phone call. Bonnie scheduled the appointment within a couple days of my call. Mark (technician) called be when has was on his was (as Bonnie said he would). He arrived on time was very friendly and professional. I happened to have a bizarre problem with the stove in that some of the ignighter bolts were "siezed" due to rust. Mark went to Home Depot to buy a specialized tool to deal with the problem and provided a temporary fix while awaiting parts to arrive. Bonnie called me back to let me know the parts were in a week or so later. . . .Mark returned, same professional service as above. Great family owned company. . .honesty and integrity all the way! Highly recommended.
