The repairman came, did a thorough check, removed front panels and checked the vent hoses and only found a bit of dust. Nothing was needed and there was no additional cost beyond the fee for the service call. BWS McLean50

Mark did an excellent job. He quickly took care of the water problem during defrosting. Mark had to order a part to repair the ice maker. After the part was received, Mark came back an fixed the ice maker.

Very well. Contacted late in the week regarding dryer making a noise. they were able to make it early the next week. Serviceman arrived and quickly assessed the problem. Repair was made within a reasonable amount of time for a reasonable price.

Mark was very friendly, professional, and straight forward. He verified that the leak was coming from the door seal, ordered a new one, and scheduled the next visit to install. When he came back to do the installation, I pointed out a second problem I had just noticed - on high spin the machine was always acting like it had an unbalanced load. Mark checked it out and determined that the struts along with the bearing would need to be replaced - very expensive - and he recommended not to fix this older washer, but put the money toward a new one. He only charged me for the visit, and took the door seal back. All American Appliance is at the top of my list for all of my future repair needs!

Excellent. It did require ordering a part for the dishwasher and another appointment for the installation the following week. The same person came back and did a great job! Would definitely call them again for any appliance repair!

Bonnie was professional and extremely helpful. She set up the appointment quickly and answered all my questions and put my mind at ease. Corey was amazing. He went above and beyond in helping to repair and replace my appliances. His work was excellent, but mostly his professionalism was outstanding.

Tech (Roy) analyzed the problem, had to order parts. Surprise! Parts were available, so he returned the next day. Installed parts, tested dryer & restored area to original. Very nice office staff (phone) & Roy was fantastic. Professional & personable.

When I called to make an appointment, they worked with me on a time-slot that fit my schedule, from 12-3pm the following day. I informed them that I would not be available until 12:30pm. The representative indicated that would not be a problem and that they would give me a courtesy call 30 minutes, in advance. On the day of the appointment, they first tried calling me at 11:40am. As I was not available to answer I replied with a text message. Shortly after 12:30pm, I called their office. Unfortunately, they were not able to send the technician back to my house that day. They proposed to schedule for the following day between 1-4. I replied that I couldn't take another day off work, but that someone would be home at 3pm. They refused to accommodate that time schedule, so I chose to go with another service provider.

The dishwasher ran one time after the technician left, and now seems to have shorted out. The electric controls are all flashing and non-functional.

Roy came and did an excellent job and reassured me that everything was working fine.

Everything went as you would hope. I called Monday around noon. The scheduled for Tuesday AM 9 to noon. They called 20 minutes before they showed up at about 10 AM. Roy was professional and friendly. He diagnosed problem. and had the parts to fix it. I really don't know about the pricing on the part, but what can you do. The labor was a reasonable and competitive rate, so I assume the part was too. I used my 10% Angie's List coupon which applied to the total bill. In less than 90 minutes he was done including cleaning the freezer food gunk that had accumulated. I would definitely use them again.

This was a very good experience and All American Appliance Services will be the first company I call when I need appliance repair again. After I ordered the replacement part, I reached out to another company who said they "didn't do installs." Then I emailed AAAS and Bonnie said they could do it, to just give them a call when the part came in. I did, we set a date and time, and the expert technician came out at the agreed date/time. He was knowledgeable, professional, and fast. Can't ask for much more than that. Thank you AAAS!

Because I had waited a long time before dealing with the problem, the rubbery material had partially solidified into a very effective stopper. Pete, the repairmen, was on time, was professional and figured out how to solve the problem. Pete gave me some tips on how to keep the machine functioning. I was also very pleased with the quick response from Bonnie, the owner, to the message I sent through Angie's List.

The technician was able to promptly diagnose the problem and make the fix. I was certain that I would need to buy a new stove. It has worked fine ever since and this stove is used a lot.
