Description of Work: Serviceman called prior to arrival to state that he was on his way. Was courteous, professional and knowledgable. Had the correct part on the truck and fixed the dishwasher in a half an hour. I was pleased with the service.

Description of Work: Refrigerator was accumulating some water on inside door shelf. Thought I may need to have the rubber gasket repaired. After inspection and some adjustments to include applying heat to rubber gasket it was determined that a new gasket may not be necessary. Service was great, on time friendly/professional tech. Would definitely refer and use again.

Description of Work: My stainless steel ref was leaking at the bottom. I called All American and they scheduled repair for the next day. Mark called when he was on his way. He looked at my ref and told me the drain was clogged. He told me how much it would cost to fix it. He fixed it fast and cleaned up afterwards. He did a great job.

Description of Work: Our 15-year old refrigerator was not cooling properly. Appliance Services came out and the repair man very quickly determined the fan motor had burned out. He had to order the new motor (which took about 5 days to get)and as soon as it came in, they came out and put the new motor in. The refrigerator is working fine now. The work was performed very efficiently and we were pleased with the outcome.

Description of Work: It was a simple fix. A stuck valve in a dishwasher. No replacement parts required. A dishonest provider could have fooled me into spending a lot more. The service call price was very reasonable, about half of what another provider quoted to make a service call. Of course, I got a !0% discount when I said I found them on Angie's list.

Description of Work: All American repaired a double wall oven control panel and touch pad. I liked that I didn't have to wait days to have them come out. I was given an appointment within 24 hours of calling. As I expected, the control panel needed to be replaced. I was given my options and chose to have the oven repaired. The part was ordered. When the part came in, it was discovered the touch pad was also bad. Not only that but the touch pad was no longer available in the color of my oven. We were on a time crunch and not in a position to be able to put in a new double oven. The tech searched the internet, found a new part he was certain would work. The tech was at our house as soon as the part arrived. I really appreciated the professional and honest way this company does business.

Description of Work: We used All American Appliance Service Inc to check out our washer and it turns out that the cost of the repair was going to be about the same as a new unit, so we decided not to repair the machine. However, Mark from AAA was very professional and prompt. Would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: This is a little difficult to write. For part of our interaction, they were pretty good. It was a reasonable price for their work. The initial meeting went ok. They looked at the washing machine, determined the proble and gave us a quote. They said they could get the part. We called back the next day (Friday) and said to go ahead with the fix. They said they should have the part Monday or Tuesday. I had to call Thursday morning and then again on Thursday before I got a response from the technician Thursday night. He said he could not get the part but could get a refurbished part in July. He also said that if I found the part, he would install it. | |So my problem is I do not know what is a fact. I have no reason to doubt them but it was an issue for me that I had to contact them about it. For the intial appointment, I probably would give an A-. However, for the final outcome, I do not know how I give them anything but an F.

Description of Work: My refrigerator had a clogged drain. He was able to make the repair quickly. He was on time, polite and friendly. He gave me time to clean the grime and dust in the back of the refrigerator without rushing me. I was able to use a $10 off coupon and am very satisfied .
