He had to order a new motor for our Kenmore washer, but when he returned to install, he realized the machine needed much more and was not able to be repaired. He apologized for wasting our time and only charged us for the service call. I would use them again. This time I had to buy a new washer.

Description of Work: The gentleman who checked my dryer was very helpful. He let me know where it was leaking from so that we could repair it ourselves! We got the part and made the repair and no more leaking! I would use All American Appliance Service again.

Description of Work: Mark came out and fixed our electric dryer which was not heating. i called All American late on afternoon and they were out the next morning, right on time. Our dryer was fixed very promptly and Mark even cleaned out the internal dust pan for us (I didn't even know it existed) and made our vent much more efficient with an adjustment of it. I couldn't be happier with this company. I give them a 12 out of 10....way beyond my wildest expectations.

Description of Work: Checked the refrigerator compressor clunking sound, lubricated the ice-maker gasket to fix the leak, replaced the piston and nut assembly for the dishwasher. The technician was very knowledgeable and skilled with the appliance repair.

Description of Work: Appliances bought to replace those in an older home began to fail. This was past the extended warranty period. I found All American Appliance service on Angie's List and called them when the first major appliance failed back in April of this year. The response were timely and I was told exactly what the cost of parts and labor would be. I was so pleased by the first experience that I called them 3 more times when the other major applicances also needed repair. I was never disappointed.
