Technician was knowledgeable and efficient. He quickly determined what was wrong, and also advised of repair cost vs cost of a replacement machine. (Repair would have been almost as expensive as a replacement machine.)

Roy was superb! In nothing flat, he realized previous installer of garbage disposal did not remove the d/w plug!! Fixed in less than 15 minutes on the job. Rest of time swapped fish stories :-) Charged next to zip compared to usual house calls - NO upselling!! If you need a repair guy - Roy & All American is #1!!

Honest assessment and great advice.

Repair took two visits. Parts ordered but I had to call back to find out they had arrived. Everything else was perfect.

We had a clothes washer that I was hoping to repair instead of replace. All American helped troubleshoot the issue. Ultimately we got to the point where the repair would not be worth the money. Instead of pushing ahead to complete the expensive repairs I was advised that it would be in my best interest to replace the unit after all. At that point I was simply charged a diagnosis fee which after two trips and replacement of one suspect part, was an extremely fair and honest to end the engagement. I will definitely call All American in the future to give me honest assessments knowing that they are not trying to sell me anything but just want to give an affordable repair whenever possible. Thank you!

Problem was diagnosed on first visit, parts were ordered, and then new parts were installed within the timeframe projected.

Our technician was amazing and came back on 3 separate occasions to assist us. The first time he came was for the initial analysis and consultation, the second time for the repair, and the third time because he found a piece missing that he ordered and replaced for us. We are grateful we found this wonderful company.

I had broken something in the lint trap by inserting a cleaning brush. It took a wire cutter to get it out so you know I beat this part up a lot. Then couldn't get the screen back in. I called All American late in the afternoon and repairman (Pete) was here by 11:00 am the next morning. Did the work. Repaired the problem and did not need a new part. Outstanding! He also told me where I could get the correct type of dryer, lint cleaning brush.

Mark showed up promptly and began working on the issue right away. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and was able to diagnose and fix the issue quickly. I would gladly hire him again for any future appliance issue.

The repairman for All American Appliance gave me a call 15 minutes before he arrived. Was able to quickly determine the issue and resolved the problem. He was extremely professional and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend them and plan on using again for any appliance issues.

Thoroughly inspected but unable to reproduce a leak. The repairman, however, loosened up the wheels so I could move it if necessary. That I appreciated......the refrigerator never leaked again....

Technician arrived when they said he would, quickly diagnosed the problem, and fixed the dryer. Cost was extremely reasonable. Technician was friendly and knowledgable. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with these guys.

I called and told them I needed repair on a Bosch Dryer several times. They couldn’t get out to me for 5 days and only had one time available. I had to cancel appts to be home. Today was the day they were supposed to come. They JUST called me two hours before my scheduled appt to tell me they don’t have a tech to work on Bosch!!! Completely unprofessional and unacceptable!!

Perfectly! The fellow was on-time, did exactly what he needed to do, and did a wonderful job of it.

It went great. I was given a window of 10 until 1. I was told the name of the technician at the time the appt was scheduled. The technician (Mark) called when he was on his way. Once he arrived he quickly diagnosed the problem and had the parts with him. The pricing was very fair, and Mark was very conscientious about not doing more than had to be done to resolve the problem. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again if I have problems.

I called All American to check the availability to fix our electric oven. Bonnie answered the phone and was great. She quickly answered all of my questions and provided the name of the technician who would do the repair. Mark, came by to inspect our oven and fix the issue. Once diagnosed, we had to special order the part. Mark returned with the part on the appointed date and did an excellent job. Very satisfied customer.

He identified thd problem immediately, fixed it quickly and taught us a little something about how ovens work.

Both work now. After initial visit to determine we needed a new ice maker, it took 2 weeks to get the parts and return to fix the refrigerator. Original visit charge applied to final bill. Not cheap fix but better than having to buy a new refrigerator or do without ice maker. Service rep was most pleasant and technically competent
