Description of Work: The Kenmore clothes washer was stopping before the clothes were completely washed. The washer was showing a digital readout of LF and was not spinning the clothes so the washer would stop but the clothes were still soaking wet. The technician came out first to review the problem, came a second time and installed a new computer control panel and came out a third time at no charge but the problem still occurs when anything heavy is put in the washer such as two bath towels or two king sheets. I have been remedying the problem by using a separate spin cycle on the machine, when the machine stops, but I would not say the machine was repaired.

Description of Work: They repaired a range and most recently, they provided an estimate on fridge and microwave work. With the microwave, they found out that I need to replace a lot of parts, so it might not be worth repairing, but with the fridge, they’ll replace the ice machine motor. I’ve worked with them twice. They were prompt and easy to deal with. I’ve been happy with their services overall.

He quickly determined that the work required was major; explained the problems clearly; and provided information that enables me to have the repair performed under warranty, rather than charging me what would have been a very large amount. Absolutely trustworthy. I cannot recommend anyone more highly.

Description of Work: I called to make an appointment to have our dryer checked as wwe were not getting the drying we expected and had noise occasionally. I was greeted very politely and professionally over the phone. I was asked did I want a specific date or first available. I asked for first available. I was surprised to be told they would have someone respond on Saturday between 0900-1200. Well the storm came through and we did not have phone service completely so I presumed we would not see a repairman. I went out and to my surprise upon my return th repairman was there and already had analyzed the dryer. He had already explained everything to my wife but Koury took the time to explain everythiing to me again. Koury was courteous and professional the entire time. I would use them again and recommend them to enyone.

Description of Work: My washing machine was leaking and making a knocking sound on the spin cycle. When I called All American the person who tooked my call was friendly and did not brush me off. She made every attempt to accommodate my schedule. The service man who came was on time and very professional. He said that machinese as old as mine usually were not cost effective to repair but he provided a thorough examination of the problems. He discovered several screws that needed tigntening and that seemed to fix both of the problems. He only charged me for the service call. His manner was very curtious. I will definitely use All American again.

Description of Work: It's a pleasure to report on Mark and this company's performance. I called yesterday for an appointment about my refrigerator leaking, and they came out this morning when they had a cancellation. Mark was extremely professional and efficient and explained just what was wrong. I asked him to check on my garbage disposal and he recommended that I have a plumber do the replacement as there seemed to be pipe damage. This company deserves all the kudos I can relate. They are first class in all respects.

Description of Work: Water dispenser on my refrigerator had frozen. Mark recognized the problem right away, called me within a couple of hours after his visit to tell me that GE had developed a fix for it. As soon as the company received the item, they called and Mark came back out. Price was great, and he was very professional. I would definitely use All American again and will recommend the company to my friends.
