+ -1 moreThe house was built in the 1930s and previous surveys did not reveal any site discrepancies. Their error affected my closing and caused me to postpone my move. I also incurred extra costs on my move as a direct result of the company's survey error. I called the company owner and asked him to compensate for my out of pocket losses. He refused. Based on my negative experience with this company, albeit indirect, I would not recommend the use of their services.
Description of Work: I did not use Alexandria surveys. However, they conducted a survey for the buyer on a house I was selling and their survey was off by 25 feet, a huge error considering the fact that the house was located on a small urban lot.

+ -1 moreThey said that they would produce a written survey showing trees included in my property and the company would send me the report within one week. Three weeks and several calls later, I still have not received the survey, and I am quite frustrated.
Description of Work: Two surveyors came to my house and located the property markers.
