Gary responded back on Monday and came out the same day. He is a true professional and answered all of my questions. He gave me guidance on maintenance and tips. Highly recommend him for any A/C and Heating maintenance and repairs.

I called to several A/C providers in the area and everyone had 2-4 week window. I made the appointment Friday and Gary came out the following business day - Monday. He showed up at the time promised and checked out the system, both inside and outside units. The system was less than 5 years old, so I didn't think I needed a new a new compressor or needed a recharge. He checked double outside units then went into the crawl space to verify everything was working correctly on the air handler portion. He checked the newly installed ADT Pulse thermostat and found out one cable that calls for heat coils work operated was in the wrong slot. It was calling for heat coils to operate the entire the time. Wasn't a problem when it was installed in the winter but when summer came around, A/C and heater running at the same time so not an effective energy consumption. One switch of the cable and cold air was coming out of the registers. Gary is always polite, professional, punctual, and affordable. I highly recommend AirKing for all of your A/C and heater maintenance.

The system was 24 years old, and we knew it had struggled last year, so I was not surprised when Gary told me that the unit need to be replaced due to a bad Freon leak and frozen-up compressor. He then went into the crawl space to get the specs on the air handler portion. He gave me all of the information I needed regarding size of the unit, and he advised having someone check out the duct work under the house. He was at my house for about 35 minutes and did not charge me for the call. I have used Airking throughout the last 10 years for semi-annual maintenance of the a/c units. Gary is always polite, professional, punctual, and best of all, affordable. I will gladly use him in the future for the maintenance of my new system.

The AC stopped working in the beginning of the cooling season in 1999. AirKing came in response to our call - we had picked him at random from the yellow pages after calling several firms to assess ballpark costs. He arrived as promised on time (note that this is a delayed report many years after we had used him). The Air Conditioning Compressor unit was found to be non-repairable and he replaced the condenser unit with a Goodman unit, which has run successfully since 1999. He recommended that we replace the evaporator coil as well in the house although he left final decision up to us and we decided to keep the old coil since it would work with the new compressor unit and help keep the cost down. We had been in the house for over 9 years at that time. He also offered an annual service plan which we decided not to use.

Gary appeared as he had promised and was able to get the system running again. He replaced the blown capacitor ans serviced the compressor unit solving the problem we had on the hottest days to July 2010. This is the second time we have used AirKing.
