+ -1 moreIt was a negative experience. They evaluated our refrigerator, charged sixty dollars for the repair but never came back to do the work. They advised for a part replacement that they said would take ten days to bring it in. Every time i call, they say they will call back shortly, and they never do. My husband called using a different number and when they picked, they did the same thing. They have not responded since. We would not use them again.
Description of Work: They came out to evaluate our refrigerator.

+ -1 moreOn the initial call I left a message and got a prompt call back. Ace appliance stated he could come in an hour which was awesome. He came, diagnosed the problem and fixed it in minutes. He said if any more issues arise just give him a call. That's the problem now. The same problem returned and I cannot get a return call back. I've left numerous messages and nothing. Highly dissappointed and not recommended.

+ -1 moreACE was very responsive and professional. They came to my house the same day as my call, which was a Sunday, at no extra charge. The technician informed me that the leak should be covered under my warranty and recommended I call Sears to schedule a warranty repair or replacement.
Description of Work: My refrigerator was not cooling. The technician did a diagnostic and determined it was a sealed refrigerant leak. This should be covered under my warranty since I purchased the refrigerator in 2010, less than five years ago. The technician said that if he recharged my coolant it would void the warranty. He recommended I call Sears to do a warranty repair or replacement.
