I was getting a sliding glass door installed for my tub. Mr. Lee responded to the job request quickly. He communicated clearly, promptly, and sent the estimate for me to review. His quote was fair and I felt that he was honest/transparent with his pricing. Once that was done, he kept in touch the day before and communicated the following morning. He picked up the sliding glass door and delivered it to my condo. He remained positive and steadfast despite the challenges with parking. Phuong repaired a very old curved glass shower door. He found hardware to replace broken parts that were obsolete, and came up with creative work arounds to make it work.

We were very pleased with the job that Western Glass and Metal did with our shower. We had our master bath redone but needed to get glass installed for our shower. Phuong Le came out multiple times to get it done and did a fantastic job. He was very reponsive to what we wanted done and was able to give us a good price for the job. I would have no reservations recommending Western Glass and Mr. Le for a job and will definately use them again if needed.

I sought a number of quotes for frameless glass shower enclosures. Western Glass was one of the first to respond and follow up. The quote came in with a very reasonable price with no upcharges for coatings, delivery or installation. The communicated very effectively through the whole process, the enclosure was measured, manufactured and installed in a very timely manner. I am very pleased with the whole process and the quality of the product and workmanship.

Mr. Le was super responsive, came to my rescue quickly and provided service on the spot. He was very professional and personable. The only thing I would say is that I thought it was a little expensive for the easy repair which required glue...but everything seems to be nowadays, he gave me some glass cleaner in the end which was so nice of him, and works wonders!! I would definitely hire him again for any small or big job!
