Apartment which included a sauna and a cold plunge a high-rise apartment in Tysons to my high rise apartments in VA Beach at a moment notice he also got additional movers to meet us at VA Beach to make sure that my stuff came in safe and timely manner very shocked to see the people that arrived at the destination. Ready to go. Courteous, professional, and handled all our stuff with care. My wife really appreciates them as well.

I recently used VKH Movers for my move, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. From the moment I scheduled my appointment, the staff was friendly, attentive, and quick to answer all my questions. On moving day, the crew arrived on time, worked incredibly hard, and handled my belongings with the utmost care. They packed, wrapped, and transported everything smoothly and efficiently, which took a lot of stress off my shoulders. Broke my daughters crib, promised to pay for it but when we called to ask about it they were very rude and then blocked our number. I would understand if the crib broke during transit. But it did not. They broke it while putting it together. 100% their fault. They promised that they will pay for a new one and never did. My daughter had to sleep in a travel crib for a month.

DO NOT USE THIS RIP-OFF OF A COMPANY! VKH Movers LLC has damaged furniture, overcharged me for time that they literally just stood around not knowing how to move an item because of its size, did not fully move my items into the desired location (left in a garage and not in the house), and overpromised the quality of work and the skillset of their employees. I even had to hire a second moving company to finish the job that they were too inept to complete, DESPITE me specifically asking about a particularly oversized item and showing pictures of the item so they had a sense of the size. I was assured multiple times by VKH that they were "professionals" and "small companies can't handle the load" they can. I ended up paying over $500 extra (between their bogus overcharge for standing around doing nothing, and me hiring a new company who completed the job within an hour). I even tried to appeal to my credit card company but VKH showed them that I signed that my items were moved and authorized the charge - which is something I HAD to sign in order for them to leave and stop charging me for extra time with me. My move was on August 27th and I have tried numerous times to try to get my issues resolved, as initially, they were issues that could easily be resolved with any moving company. Any other competent moving company would give a deduction for damaged items or not fulfilling the agreement of the items needed to be moved. But not VKH Movers. Once they have your credit card information, they will ignore any requests that you make to right any wrongs and damages. I've gone above and beyond to try to quietly rectify things on my end. I've called all numbers listed on their website and left messages - IGNORED. I've emailed all email addresses that I have access to - IGNORED. I've messaged them through Thumbtack and each time, Sean the sales rep just re-routes to someone who doesn't respond at all. I am finally left with accepting my loss and warning all of you NOT to use them. Save your money by going with a company with integrity, competence and skill.

I would give VKH zero stars if possible. To start, the crew showed up with no masks in the midst of a pandemic. The crew broke 2 of my floor lamps (worth $300) and dropped my spin bike creating a dent in the floor and chipping the wood surface of the condo I was moving out of. Before traveling to the my new residence, the driver double checked the travel/traffic time on google maps with me (it was 90 minutes), but they didn't arrive at my house until nearly 3 hours later (as an FYI - it only took me 1 hour to arrive at the new location) and then VKH charged me an additional 1.25 hours of travel time on top of the 3 hours. Once they arrived, they had no disposal shoe covers to protect my carpets, so I had to go out to buy them and provide the crew members with the shoe covers. The crew then asked to take a 45 minute errands and lunch break while they waited for rain subsided. I was told this break time would not be charged, so I agreed. But upon receiving a copy of the itemized receipt the next day, I found out that the time was charged regardless. I reported all these issues to the owner, Valdy, and was told he'd follow-up with me the next day. Three days later, I have sent 2 follow-up emails and placed 2 calls, with no response. Terrible service and very unprofessional. Take my advice, DO NOT HIRE. 9/17 UPDATE: Just finished unpacking my basement and found out these A$$holes also broke my 65 inch flat screen TV- see photos. These SOBs should be sued for fraud and put out of business. Also note, after you speak with the owner, Vlad, about your broken items and move issues, he'll say (and I quote) "people try to complain about their move experiences and get money back all the time, but I'll speak with your move team to find out what happened and call you back tomorrow". Instead, he'll block your phone number and your call will ring straight to voicemail, so you can't reach him again after he doesn't follow back up with you. VKH Movers claims this 'isn't typical of their service' but does NOTHING to remedy their mistakes (yeah right, read through all the reviews, which I should have done more closely, and you'll see this is very typical of their services). So unprofessional. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE SHOULD YOU HIRE VKH MOVERS.

Everything went flawlessly, no damage, and they ended up beating their own estimate, which was already very fair to begin with. Great guys who did the move, great company, and easy to work with. 5 out of 5 stars.

They over charged me! And know one ever called me concerning my complaint! I spoke with Shawn , who gave me an estimate between 175-200including the mileage! They charged me 300 and something dollars! I never got an invoice or anything! I also reported them to the BBB.

The movers from VKH Movers were amazing. This company saved our lives! They accommodated us during a very busy weekend and sent over four very capable movers. Frankly, I felt relaxed right after booking them. They have such a good reputation. They definitely proved why everyone raves about them. The movers were so capable and efficient. They packed up everything carefully and creatively. They were properly equipped with bubble wraps, boxes, tapes and everything else one may need to pack. The delivery was made the next day with everything intact. My wife and I just cannot stop praising these guys.

This was our first relocation and so naturally we were very worried. We hired VKH Movers simply because they quoted the lowest and we couldn’t afford the fancy ones. This company turned out to be quite. They sent over 4 movers who were all fairly efficient. They followed our instructions very well. Their performance is real good value.

I hire VKH Movers to do the job. I called them and suddenly I felt like my stress went away. The customer service was extremely friendly everything was explained everything to me very clearly. The crew of four men arrived exactly on time and they were all very efficient. They brought a lot of packing materials with them and put them to proper use. They carried large pieces of furniture with ease. They managed to deliver all my belongings safely from VA to NC.

They were punctual, efficient and very friendly. The movers amazed me with their skills and strength. Their packing abilities were out of this world. They delivered everything within given time. The truck showed up at my new house. I was constantly looking for flaws but unfortunately I couldn’t find any. Even their final bill was same the original estimate.

Everything went smoothly from there on. They kept in touch with me before, during and after my move. The movers were all very enthusiastic and efficient. They finished the job so fast that I felt like I should tip them generously. Each of my valuables was moved without even a slight scratch on them. It was a flawless move.

I got a hint about their professionalism when I first called them. They took an inventory thoroughly and then gave me a fair quote. The sales rep on the phone was so friendly and explained everything very nicely. The four movers arrived right on the clock. They were young and strong men. The foreman had years of experience which was displayed in the way he handled his men and my belongings. They were done loading everything in given time. The delivered everything in fantastic condition and then unpacked everything for me. I really commend them for their efforts.

They arrived on time and were done with the job in just 2 hours. It was great seeing such hard working men. They were quite friendly too. I was really worried how my belongings would travel. But they made sure everything arrived at the destination in great condition. I was so glad for hiring them because I don’t think other companies could have done a better job.

VKH Movers has a very transparent pricing system. They have an amazing organizational structure and it shows in every aspect. I hired them to move my belongings last week. Their movers arrived on time and the crew consisted of very young, strong and energetic men led by a very experienced foreman. I understand that they have had really good training. The foreman constantly pushed his men to not slow down. The men kept their energy levels very high till the end of the move. They were on time for set schedule after I called to them. The movers were neat and their work very efficiently. I have seen home services before but I haven’t seen something quite professionally done, especially for a moving service. Fast and smoothly done. No problems found which is really great. I would definitely agree with the other reviewers here about how great this company is. I think they really deserve the 5 stars from me.
