Description of Work: We had used them on several occasions. They have always been rather expensive. The last time was astronomical and we did not use them again. It was prior to 2011. There are many other companies of comparable quality at far less price.

+ -1 moreThey do an excellent job. This is the 3rd time we have used them. They are incredibly expensive - they say they are double anyone else! BUT, they do an excellent job, came when they said - so just suck it up!!
Description of Work: Cleaned two bedrooms of carpet and an 8x10 wool rug and a flight of stairs. Were very accomodating in spot cleaning our couch and another wool rug.

+ -1 moreI strongly recommend them. They used to operate under a different name and they did an outstanding job. They had a good reputation and they did what they said they would do. I was satisfied with the work they did. The price was little expensive but I got my money's worth as the quality was very good.

+ -1 moreI used them before I moved into my house, eight years ago. They did a good job. They were very good. They brought the shampoo and they worked on the edges. They were great, but they were very expensive. They were at work all day long. They do offer high quality service, but at a price. Their prices are higher because they spend a lot of time cleaning the carpets.
Description of Work: I used Unforgettable Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning, eight years ago. They did the complete cleaning of carpets with shampoo and also did steam cleaning.

+ -1 moreThey were great. It was expensive but also they do incredible work. They will go around the baseboard and hand clean that area. The cleaning person was here for 3-4 hours and he worked really hard. The other thing that I liked was that there were no spots immediately after they cleaned but when I found some spots after they left, I called them on it. The owner immediately sent someone to clean it for free. It was better than any ordinary cleaning that I have ever had.
