Description of Work: I called due to a problem with my heater and my light. First, I was not called back. I had to call again. Then they said they would be out on a certain date between 8-9am. My husband stayed home from work so we could both speak with them No one showed up. I called at 9 and asked what the ETA was. Fred said they were now coming in the afternoon. No one showed. Two days later, I came home and they were in my backyard. He did get the heater working (we later found out it wasn't a pressure issue as the service guy said, but a short within the heater). He also said I had a problem with the new light fixture - I found out from my electrician it was a short in the junction box not a problem with the fixture. All things were diagnosed incorrectly. I would not use them.

Description of Work: We contacted Burton Gray regarding an estimate on a new pool project. Refused to schedule an estimate appointment unless we were planning on spending at least $80-100k on a no-frills, straight forward basic pool installation. Came across as extremely arrogant and its hard to believe he is in sales.

Description of Work: Town and Country performed two jobs for us. In the first, they tiled the steps into our swimming pool, after others had botched the job. There was a slight imperfection on one of the steps T&C had worked on, and they came back promptly and fixed it. Several weeks later we called them back to close the pool for the winter. Two men came, highly professional, performed work that the previous contractor had not done. The job was neat and complete. The company will be used again by us.
