Scheduling and timing were a bit tricky and while Joe was very responsive, our appointment was delayed by a few hours. Joe was good to explain and I did not feel they rushed through our cleaning once they arrived. They were professional and our house looked great afterwards.

They were very professional and efficient and did a great job. I knew up front from the deal what they would and would not do and they delivered as promised. Very satisfied.

The provider was unable to schedule a cleaning within the time frame that it was needed. The provider was courteous, but schedules just did not work out.

Joe and Camille were prompt. So, they were off to a good start. I walked them through my home quickly and provided a list of what I wanted them to do since I was also working from home. Joe was clear what could be done in the two hour time frame and also let me know what was not included in the 2 hours (e.g., washing clothes). The pair split up - him upstairs and her downstairs. I had a lot of "build up" in the kitchen and bathroom and the pair did a great job of getting rid of the grim and dust that existed. They did a wonderful job :0) I probably needed a longer time frame (at least another hour) but I felt very pleased with the progress. I scheduled another appointment in April and I will likely use the company regularly to supplement my cleaning.

It was good, but nothing spectacular. Arrived on time and stayed extra time to get the job done. What they cleaned, they cleaned well - they spent extra time to get the carpets clean, kitchen appliances were sparkling and the bathroom has never been cleaner. But a lot of the details were skipped - window sills not wiped down, cabinet doors not wiped down. Overall, it was a good clean.

Once I finally got their correct contact information from AL (it was listed incorrectly in the coupon), they: 1. responded promptly to my call, 2. worked with me to set up a time that was mutually convenient, 3. were punctual, and 4. did a good job of cleaning the house.

As a new homeowner, I had never used a cleaning service before. When I called, Joe (the owner) took the time to respond to all of my questions. The price he quoted was fair and reasonable. After our conversation, I felt very comfortable making my first appointment. They were punctual, professional, thorough, and did a quality job on the cleaning. Despite our not including it on the initial list of rooms to clean, they were flexible enough to clean our laundry room closet. On subsequent contacts, they have responded within a very reasonable amount of time. From my experience, I feel that this company values me as a client beyond just the initial appointment.

The service turned out great. They were excellent. They went well above what I expected.

It went great. Joe & Camille arrived at 2pm on the dot. Scheduling & communication was very easy. I had specific instructions for cleaning the bathroom which they followed. They were pleasant, worked hard and did a nice job. I would definitely use them again.

Showed up at a time that wasn't set.. Joe was extremely unprofessional and i feel really bad for his workers (although they weren't professional either)... We set a 1 p.m app for the following day than i received a call from him at about 9 o clock at night saying that his workers weren't going to be able to make it due to car troubles... So we rescheduled for noon.. Than i talked to him the morning of our appointment ( at 10 a.m) because the front desk at my building called and said there was two cleaning people that needed to come up.... Well i wasn't home because of the situation with rescheduling i changed my plans and was out... Anyways had to rush home just to find two people who said they have never done a move out clean before ( after he assured me they have done it many times)... I think he needs to be taught the basics of how to run a business.. I went with Next day cleaning who did an amazing job! Trust me when i say your not saving money by using this service.. Save yourself the time and head ache and pass..

Scheduling was fine but they were late by a couple hours and didn’t have the right supplies. I ended up providing the cleaning supplies for them. They did a good job with what they had to work with.

Provider came and talked my husband through everything they would be doing. My husband said they were friendly and professional.

First, the communications with setting up this appointment went a little rough. First attempt, Camille answered and said she was driving and would have to call me back. Joe called back and we sent up an 11 am appointment for Tuesday. The next day Camille called and left a message that they had a 9 am cancellation on Monday and asked would I LIKE that appointment. I called back and said that my appointment was Tuesday not Monday. She said okay, again she was driving and could not really talk and hesitated long enough that I thought the conversation was over so I said okay and hung up. She called right back and said we must have gotten disconnected or something and I said I hung up because I thought she was done and did she have something else to say. She asked if I would LIKE to move my Tuesday 11 am up to 9 am. I declined so she rather rudely cancelled my appointment and said she would call me back to reschedule. Then Joe called back the next evening but did not leave a message but sent an email concerning the 11am Tuesday appointment. I replied back saying that the appointment was cancelled even though I was not sure why an earlier cancellation would have anything to do with my later appointment. Joe then called and said that it would be difficult for them to make the 11am and if I would mind them coming at 1 am and I agreed. They were a little late, but did call to say they were on their way. During the conversations with Joe, he asked twice how many bedrooms and bathrooms and I told him. When they came into the house, at the front door without looking around, they said they would not be able to complete the whole house in 2 hours which Joe did not discuss during our call. Their advisement did not give a limit for square footage and was for 4 hours. I understand that 4 hours with 2 people is considered to be 2 hours. However, I felt I only got two hours or one hour depending on how you look at it, based on what they did. Joe asked what were my priorities and where did I want them to start. I answered in priority order; floors and baseboards, bathrooms, kitchen, and that they could start where they wanted to. Joe did not say they could not do it. Our house may be somewhat large but is only occupied by two people. Most rooms did not need a lot of attention. No messes to clean-up or straighten out. No beds to be made, not a lot of furniture or nick knacks, no dishes, etc in the way of the kitchen, and basically nothing in the way of hindering them from just going through the house and accomplishing the priorities given at their request. They were extremely slow.... I have had other services for the same allotted time and they were far better and accomplished more. They priorities were not completed, esp. the main areas. They advertised ?to work quickly and efficiently to complete the job meeting client expectations.? The two of them, spent 45 minutes to one hour upstairs. In the master bathroom surfaces were not cleaned thoroughly. A 12 inch red ruler was underneath one of the rugs in the bathroom and the corner behind the trash can had trash on the floor which indicated to me that they did not thoroughly clean. The shower stall glass and fixtures were cleaned but the shower was dry. Surfaces around the tub were not done. It appears that they used the bathroom pop-up trash can to stand on. I had to pry it open and the top is now dented. There was some dusting and polishing of furniture in the master bedroom and one other bedroom. Other furniture may have been dusted on top but not polished (not consistent). A small light weight bench at the end of bed was not moved to vacuum. They spent the remainder of time on the main entry. What they did manage to accomplish could have been done in 20 minutes max. Basically they vacuumed one room and an area rug, cleaned the counters and the stove top, smeared the appliances, and dusted 3 or 4 small furniture surfaces and spot cleaned the floor. Needless to say, these prepaid Angie List specials are not a good idea for the consumer in my opinion. While the marketing idea could be good, there is too much risk on the consumer. When I was rudely cancelled, my thought was to let this one go and get my money back and try someone else.

I used their "4-hour house cleaning at $99" deal because I'm hosting my son's birthday party this weekend. It was a last-minute decision, so I wasn't sure if they are available to do that work, but they were able to come out a few days later. I was impressed with their service overall. Two people (one of them was the owner, Joseph) came out to clean my house for two hours. They did a great job. They even cleaned inside of the microwave! My focus was to get the bathrooms cleaned, and they did a great job. I'm seriously considering hiring them to clean my house regularly now.

Called to request information about move-out cleaning services. They were prompt with scheduling an appointment and showed up on time, the lady that cleaned up our apt. did an excellent job!

This is a mixed review...I had some schedule changes while I was trying to arrange for the Supreme Team to come and they were very helpful and accomodating. Thumbs up! The two-person crew showed up on time and jumped into getting the job done....thumbs up! On the surface and overall, my house was clean and I was pleased when I first arrived home. But as the night went on, I started seeing many things that were not done. For example, a simple wooden rocking chair was not moved when they vacuumed. I understand not moving heavy furniture but a rocking chair? Maybe I am too picky or have too high expectations but I was expecting something a little more out of the experience.

I needed someone in a hurry to clean the basement apartment. Joe and his partner came themselves to clean and help out. The did a good job and I am very pleased with the appearance of the rooms. Thanks for accommodating me in the short time frame that I was under.

They did a good job. The biggest problem was that they couldn't find the house for some reason. I told the scheduler where we were located but apparently they aren't very familiar with the DC area.

On the original date that cleaning was scheduled, the crew assigned had car problems and wasn't able to make it. However, the owner/manager called in a timely manner to let me know of the problems and made sure that I got the service on the next day. He went the extra mile to make sure that I got the services expected. The crew was very respectful of my property and did a good job cleaning the house. They were also very polite and had a good positive attitude. I haven't committed yet to regular house cleaning services but I would definitely consider hiring them.

This was my first time using this company. Carla and her daughter were fantastic!! My condo is spotless; I'm beyond thrilled. I just signed up to make this a regular service.

Went well except for the cleaning product which had a very strong scent. Took several days before it left completely.

The cleaning staff, a mother and a daughter, were very professional and nice. And they came despite the recent snowstorm. But their attention to detail was about average, which very well could be due to the fact that they had only two hours. In that time they cleaned the kitchen, including the floor (but not the fridge or the microwave), two bathrooms and one half bathroom. After they left I noticed that one of the kitchen countertops still had crumbs on it and the kitchen faucet, which is one of the most used things In the kitchen, was not scrubbed.

We've tried 4 different companies and I'm the least pleased with them. Many surfaces were left undusted. They left a puddle of floor wax on a wood table (I noticed this after I left) which I have been unable to remove. They didn't remove their shoes so the wood floors were covered with shoe prints. They did not move rugs and clean underneath them. They asked me to do a walk through at the end. When I asked them to go back to clean things, they weren't happy. The Angie's list deal was for 4 hours of cleaning, but they were gone in less than 1 1/2 hours. I would not hire them again.

They were phenomenal - we have a new baby, needed the help, they really helped us get the house clean. super pro

It went fine but they cleaned too fast and missed some areas and finished leaving one and one half hours of paid time missing.
