Two,women showed up exactly on time and performed a total of four hours of quality work. I am vey pleased.

The cleaning crew did an amazing job! They left the kitchen and bathrooms cleaner than when I had tried even my hardest to get them clean. The only downside was that because it was a move out clean and they gave me a window of time when they would arrive, I waited an hour in the empty apartment till they got there. It was slightly annoying, but when they did such a great job, I didn't care as much. I would strongly consider them to come and do regular cleaning in my house now.

My home is only lived in part time and is always picked up and organized....which seems to be a problem when I am attempting to find cleaners to clean my house on a regular basis. To date, I find that most of them tend to be less careful and less thorough. I contracted for this service in early April and the first available date was May 22 so that was not a good start. There were very good about calling me to let me know they would be 15 minutes late. Upon arrival they introduced themselves and asked which areas I would like them to focus on. Baths and kitchen...but with the condition of the house being just basically dusty in all other areas, I felt confident they could cover it all - which they did. The senior cleaner was EXCELLENT. If I could get 2 of her to come on a regular basis I would sign up immediately. Unfortunately, the second maid was 'in training' and did an extremely bad/sloppy job..especially in the master bath. In my opinion, she was not ready to tackle bathroom cleaning. She also was slow and just didn't seem to care about what she was doing.

It worked out okay. I needed it for a certain date and they weren't available. I called them later on and was able to schedule them later. The only non-standard thing I had them do was the dishes.

They were not able to come the distance to the home needed for the service. They were professional over the phone but I was surprised that they do not drive the 27 miles for the service.

The provider did a nice job cleaning the house and were efficient in the use of their time. They arrived on time, were professional and cleaned as advertised. This was a test run for our family as I have heard pretty mixed things about cleaning services. In this case, they made me a believer.

The two cleaners did a good job--especially in the kitchen, where I'd asked them to focus. I'd purchased a Big Deal for 4 hours and they did run out of time and so missed a few spots, but that's not on them!

I selected the service provider based on perceived service delivery date options provided via the online calendar. Paid online (was charged twice, but Angie's List has already resolved this issue). Contacted Supreme Team Cleaning, LLC to set-up a date/time. Was advised (by Ms. Camille) that the service provider didn't have any openings until mid/late April. I explained that I needed the cleaning done before March 31, as the service was needed to clean a vacant apartment set to be leased-out April 1. Camille and I agreed that the service provider could not provide the service needed in this timeframe and agreed that it was best to cancel the order completely. It was a pleasant experience despite not receiving the service. Best, Tiffany

You cannot go wrong with hiring them to clean your home. They were awesome. They arrived on time. They cleaned my entire upstairs 2 bedrooms an office and 2 full bathrooms. They also cleaned my downstairs and they also shined my hard wood floors. I am using them again and again. Cynthia

Scheduling of the appointment and all communication went great - received the confirmation I requested for my appointment very quickly. Joe arrived a bit earlier than scheduled time of 9:30am - not any amount of time that would be inconvenient though. He clarified what was and what wasn't included in the special. I gave specific instructions to pay attention to cleaning the baseboards which he followed. He did an excellent job on cleaning the bathrooms and kitchen. I think he could have done better job of mopping the hardwood in living/dining area - maybe better tools/cleaning products might help. He was professional and great to work with. He provided me with the opportunity to review the work done and identify any spots that were missed so that he could address them. Overall, it was job well done.

The date they were scheduled was snowed out but they offered to work in the weekend. The cleaning work dome was very good.

Excellent! Joe and Camille were very thorough, and paid attention to details. All the rooms were spotless, including the kitchen and baths. I very highly recommend!

We were very happy with the service provided by Supreme Team Cleaning. They spent extra time and care in the kitchen and their efforts really showed. Due to some timing/scheduling difficulties they had to clean while we installed a fireplace so our home was a bit hectic and dusty. They did an excellent job despite these obstacles. We will definitely use them again. Thank you!

Supreme team is always on time and they do a great job cleaning the house. They are also accommodating with me and my little one. So they finish the babies room first so I can put him down for a nap. Very professional and nice to work with.

They did a terrific job, two people cleaned for two hours each. Cleaned two full baths and two half baths, kitchen, three bedrooms and three levels. Great job.

The provider only communicated via the message board on Angie's list. It took me a week to figure out that they were not going to call but that's on me. I wasn't here when they cleaned but the place was clean. They didn't move furniture to dry mop the hard woods as others have done but I only had them for 2 hours (2 people) and usually the cleaning is 2.5 hours (also much more money). Bottom line: for the special price of $99 it was really worth it. I don't know what it would cost for a 2.5 hour cleaning or what so I can't say if it would be worth it then.

I did not like their service because they were late, sloppy and ended up breaking my property.

They aren't able to do the work on the day I need.

They came on time and did the job wonderfully. I was there and watched them clean and I have no complaints. They did a great job and they brought all their cleaning supplies. I was very happy with their service.

I purchased the deal from Angie's List for $99 dollars for 4 hours of cleaning. I was immediately contacted by Supreme Cleaning within 24 hours after the purchase to set an appointment. The appointment was set for March 18, 2014. I was told that I would recieve 2 hours of cleaning with 2 people. The team arrived at the agreed upon time. They were very kind and very professional as they described what they would be doing and i described the areas of my home that were of particular concern and that I needed them to pay close attention to. They immediately went to work while i retreated to the basement to catch a couple of conference calls. Now, I'm no slob, but all I can say is "WOW!!!!!". My house never looked so clean and smelled so fresh in the 5 years since I purchased it. I mean thing were shinny and crisp, and i almost didnt recognize some of my own things because they were so clean. Everything in the kitchen was spotless, including the floors, appliances, counters, blinds, you name it. My bedroom and bathroom mirrors and counters looked brand new, throw rugs were vacuumend to perfection, and not a speck of dust to be found anywhere. Supreme Team Cleaning did an awesome job. They can count on my business in the very near future.
