They were really good. I would use this company and do recommend them.

I purchased a $129 deal. I mainly wanted cleaners to wipe surface areas, clean the bathrooms, and vacuum floors. It was very easy to communicate with Joe by phone and email to set up an appointment. Two cleaners (Joe and his wife?) showed up on time and were polite. They worked hard for full two hours and provided thorough cleaning. They even cleaned inside kitchen drawers and took the trash with them, which was a pleasant surprise. The house feels so clean and I am very happy I chose Supreme Team Cleaning!

The service for the big deal for 99 dollars for 4 hours of house cleaning was good. It was good. We also had employed them after that also, sometime. It was difficult to schedule after that. That was okay, the first service that we had done. My wife did that and they probably came on time. I do remember that there were some issues scheduling with them, they were busy or we were not a part of the town where they were looking or something like that. I think they came and cleaned well. There were no additional charges than the 99 dollars for the big deal. It was good, I think they cleaned well, it was difficult scheduling but they did the job well. I did use them again but subsequently I moved from there and I haven't used them.

They did a good job but it seemed rushed and they did not clean the basement. They left without reviewing anything with me as well.

The Supreme Team provided superb service. As they say in the NBA....it was all net! Joe and Liza restored my faith in 2 team members cleaning teams. They were courteous, on-time, professional...and performed above the call of duty. Will I use their services again.....Henry Ethel double hockey sticks YES! My home smelled good and shined line a new quarter. It felt good to sit back and rest my mind, close my eyes take a snooze and open them to a clean home.....as if to say Ta-Da! Joe and Liza thanks again for not meeting any strangers and not wearing out your welcome while you scrubbed my shower doors to perfection. It was a pleasure speaking with you both and it will not be the last time you both are welcomed into my warm abode.

Joe (the owner) and Liza completed 1620 square feet in just under 4 hours. They cleaned the top of the refrigerator and tall bookcases without asking. If something needed more work (a scuff on wood floor, mark on the tub), they immediately took care of it when asked. This is a small company with Joe and 4 staff. They are not allergic to cats and did not mind moving the litter boxes to clean the floor. They vacuum upholstery and walk-in closets on request for no additional charge. A very professional and energetic team - no standing around. They have excellent communication skills and made me feel comfortable having them in my home.

Overall, the quality of the cleaning was very good. The cleaners were professional and courteous and they did a thorough job with what they were able to complete. The only issue is they weren't able to finish the whole house in the 4 hours I paid for, and it wasn't communicated to me at the start that they would not be able to finish. Not a huge deal, just was expecting them to get through everything. I would, and likely will very soon, use them again.

They were unable to schedule me until December 2nd. I will need the service prior to this time.

All good. Two young women arrived and did a very good job. They were extremely quiet and careful. They stayed a bit extra to finish mopping, but didn't charge extra, which was greatly appreciated. I tipped to say thanks.

I always have the same two cleaners – a male and a female. It takes them between 2-3 hours to do the work. I never have to ask them to do anything extra – they do the extra on their own. I’ve got white cabinets, and the young lady will work extra hard to get the grime off of the cabinets. They’re great.

I ordered this certificate through the customer service department. She checked and made sure that the company serviced PG County, where I live. The company information indicated that it does, but when I called to schedule an appointment, the guy told me that they don't. Now, I have to get a refund and start all over again. So frustrating.......

They cleaned the house - nothing special and no work was unsatisfactory.

See above. $80 isn't much to lose, but I also had an Angie's list contract trick me into sending him $$ directly in\stead of via Angie's list because he didn't have time to answer my questions -- and lost about $3600 on that deal.

The crew from Supreme Team Cleaning did a wonderful job cleaning our house. Our baby was sleeping when they arrived, so they recommended starting in the basement, and working their way upstairs. They were diligent, detailed and courteous. We would definitely hire them again for another cleaning.

Service provided was professional, were a little late but late. Company called in advanced to notify me of delay and was apologetic. Looking forward to having them out again.

The service started out good. We had schedule changes because of snow storms, but they came out when the weather cooperated. They took constructive feedback well and made the necessary changes. It slowly got worse. Our crews were switched after some more complaints and it got better. Then we got a trainee and it all went downhill. There was no accountability and when feedback was provided it was like I was criticizing their child. (Which is possible). The final trip was not satisfactory at all. When I asked for a refund and my keys to be returned I received an empty envelope with a rip. After being told that they had done what I asked they stopped responding. The last time I received contact from them was 7/11/14. I do not have the keys to my apartment. I do not have my refund. I will not recommend them. I have all text conversations in my phone and I'm happy to share screen shots if there are doubts.

Two people came out to clean, they were very late stating it was a traffic issue. I however was not notified that they would be late. They're attitude wasn't best, which at most was understandable, some corners weren't cleaned as well.

The crew did a decent job, I had to point out where they missed cleaning.

Supreme Team Cleaning cleaned my house really well - it looks great. They were on time and very nice people. I enjoyed having them in my house.

The big deal stated that the company's service area includes Prince George's County. Accokeek is in Prince Georges County. The company stated it did not serve Accokeek.

I called from overseas because I had a tenant who was unhappy with the condition of my property when he moved in. Joe was wonderful about dealing with both me and the tenant and making both parties happy. My tenant ended up using their services on regular basis every two weeks.

I emailed the provider to let him know that I changed my mind. He emailed me back to let me know to contact Angie’s List for a refund.

It went well. They were punctual which was nice. They were accommodating my schedule. I thought they were pretty thorough.
