I only have a front lawn that needs mowing. I like that he uses a push mower instead of a riding mower.

The overall experience is great. They are top notch all the way across the board.

Over the 12 years, not once have I had a complaint. They are prompt, courteous and do a fine job.

This is a great company that I was very happy with. I would continue to use them if I hadn't moved.

He also does leaf removal, fertilization, and lawn maintenance. They also have cleaned out my flower beds. He is good about sending someone out to give an estimate on the work so you know how much it costs before the work is done. The scheduler is polite and professional.

I'd left a voice mail for them after hours asking for a quote to trim and hedge bushes ("a major haircut") and they called me back the next day for additional information and indicated someone would be out the next day to evaluate the situation and give/leave me a quote. The very next day, they showed up and gave me a quote that I found very reasonable for the work I asked them to do (the hedges and bushes were rather out of control and several part of the larger hedges were hard to reach much less do anything with them). First thing Monday morning, an "army" of workers showed up and took care of everything - the trimming, clipping, shaping, cleaning. The hedges and bushes look fabulous!! They were extremely responsive, professional, and expedient!! We would use them again and recommend them to other. Thanks!

It went fairly well. My only wish was that they had called us to let us know they had to postpone our date of service. They were supposed to come out on Friday, but they never showed up and I did not receive a phone call to let me know they would be coming on Saturday or why they did not show up on Friday. (I suspected it was because of the rain, but it still would have been nice to be informed of the need to postpone.) They did however show up Saturday and performed the work. They were very fast. They used two aerators at once, so it took them about 15 minutes to aerate the entire lawn.

Easy to work with, reliable, friendly. Signed up for weekly service. Workers are friendly - they wave and say hello. If there is bad weather, they will come on the next available day, even if it is a weekend. I am so happy I don't have to worry about this chore, and my lawn looks good. I recommend Steve's mowing. They relieve your yardwork headaches!

Their regular service went above and beyond for us. They took the time to really make our lawn look great. They fertilized our lawn and weeded regularly. I believe they offered the best services for the best prices.

They have been doing a wonderful job. I don't have to do anything. They do a really good job. I compared prices and they were all in the same price range. They are very easy to get in touch with and I don't have to wonder when they are coming. They come the same day each week and almost at the same time so I can kind of predict when they will be here. I also don't have to worry about being here and I just get a bill at the end of the month that is not due until the middle of the following month. I would like the cost to be a little cheaper. They are pricey and there were other companies that were cheaper, but I guess that you get what you pay for. Considering it takes two of them about ten minutes to do my yard, I wish it were a little bit cheaper for what they do, but in everything else they are excellent. We don't have that large of a yard. I need somebody until October because of my husband and I wanted somebody that would do good work. They were the best compromise that I could find between quality and price. They do an excellent job. They are very consistent when they come. The owner gave me the estimate. He was very nice and helpful. The billing is easy to figure out.

They do a good job. The woman who runs the office, Kathy, is fantastic. She knows the business and is able to answer any questions and take care of all the problems. I had some crab grass that came up and they came out to spray at no charge since they had sprayed earlier in the year. They do it for reasonable price. They also did some fertilization and aeration this summer and the yard is looking good.

Have used them for a month now. Sent email from Angie's List(ing). Response within a couple of hours. Phone call confirmation and Free onsite estimates provided within 24 hours. Offered free advice to an opinion question about landscaping completely unrelated to starting weekly subscription with their company. Crews started to show up as soon as next day. Edged sidewalks, weed whacked the upper back lawn above slope, and bagged the clippings. They alternate direction of cuts across the lawn each visit, using a combination of hatch-cross-diagonal patterns so it remains even and healthy. Use blowers to clear drive, walkways, porch. Monthly fee by subscription, but Customers may Opt out by phone call each week. Billing on monthly basis after the fact; pay for October's services received in November. Expect to pay extra, separate one-time charges for the initial edging and trimming but well worth it for the quality. Regarding Punctuality - we are scheduled for Fridays, but noticed we don't always get the same crew or same arrival times each week - looks like they take turns covering each other's area and have a full schedule. Nice Team work and coordination. Makeup over the weekend if the weather or other events delay after dark. Overall, we have been treated very courteously and professionally by everyone; front office, supervisors, crews. Good quality and consistent service at reasonable rates. They are excellent. They really did a good job. They did superior work. They did extra little things. They charged me $35 for mowing, edging, and general cleanup around the house. I will use them again in the future.

Pricing was excellent for the service provided and I was very pleased. I will continue to use their services in the future.

No issues. Tested them out with one mowing and have decided to hold onto them for at least the next several months. They provided the lowest price estimate and proof of liability insurance with no delay. Were willing to mow any day of week i wanted. Their monthly billing method and policy of mowing every week between Mar and Oct with the ability to call before to cancel if not needed is uncomplicated and no-nonsense. Looking forward to working with them in the future.

From our initial contact they have been polite and professional. We called them as a result of the reports on Angie's list and they were everything we expected. They came out quickly, provided us with a very competitive estimate to do the yard cleanup and mulching and started mowing right away. The yard cleanup happened soon after they began the mowing and yard care services and we are very pleased overall. They were thorough with the mulching and did not damage any plantings. They use small mowers with bags to pick up the clippings as opposed to the giant mowers and leaf blowers we have been seeing from another service we used prior to Steve's. All in all they are doing an outstanding job, our yard looks great and we would recommend them to anyone.

They were prompt coming out and giving me an accurate. Actual bill same as estimate. Excellent job done. Price was fair.

They are excellent and come right on time. They have come back anytime I've had a problem. They always leave a note when they have been here telling me what I need to do, such as watering. I've used them for years.

It has been fine. They are not the best communicators. It might take a couple of days to get back to you. The actual job they do very well. It is excellent. It is a stellar job. I recommend them to others and they have been happy as well.
