Shulton Painting & Drywall

I had Shulton Painting and Drywall come in and renovate the bonus room after a sump pump was installed. Victor was great and came out a few times prior to doing the work to answer my (many) questions. Shulton insulated my walls, built a box around my sump pump, dry walled, re-installed my laminate flooring and painted. The crew was in and out in 4 1/2 days - they were very respectful and hardworking. I would absolutely hire them again - they were great to work with from beginning to end.

Shulton repaired some exterior trim that was separating from the house framing. This required removing (and them putting back) the fencing that went to the corner of the townhouse. While they were there, they repaired/replaced all the trimwork on the house that was starting to rot, including up to the top of the chimney. Overall, an excellent experience.

Job well done. Coordination for the work was easy. The team was able to start within a week after the site visit. Polite and cordial. All worked in sync and required no supervision, and I mean no. Appreciated the email reports updating me at the end of each day for the following morning. Diligent and efficiently they completed over 4 rooms within less than 5 days. Expect NCR prices, but there is no doubt the quality of the finished product will be worth it. Would hire again.

SImply outstanding. Victor provided a precise and thorough estimate and it was highly competitive to the other 4-5 other estimates we received. His crew was the best we've ever had. We had another painting company do some interior work for us in 2014, and Shulton not only corrected the past poor workmanship but improved upon the blemishes left from 6 years ago. His crew was punctual, courteous, and extremely hard working. They did a magnificent job and we are exceptionally pleased. We will go back to Shulton for all the other services they provide (carpeting, power washing, deck painting, etc) in the future. A+ all around.

Victor came out and emailed me a quote the next day. His cost was lower than the other bids. He was able to start work the following week which was important since I wanted it done quickly. It was a rental and I needed it done to be able to rent it out by the 1st of the month. The townhouse was painted top to bottom. They worked 5 solid days. they removed all light fixtures (Where they could) to paint around them properly.

We had some basement flooding this fall due to all the rain and two walls needed to be replaced. They replaced the existing walls with new 2x supports, added insulation, and drywall. All work was scheduled efficiently and timely and completed in about 2 and 1/2 days. They even repaired a couple of additional spots in the other walls. We are extremely happy with the high quality work and would strongly recommend them.

We contacted Shulton Painting & Drywall to get a quote to replace the ceiling in our car port. They showed up within agreed upon window. Although I wouldn't consider the quote low, it was half the price of our first quote and another contractor we contacted did not show up. Once we agreed on the starting date, their workers showed up promptly every morning and the work took 3 days to complete. They pulled down the old ceiling, put up the new drywall, taped and mudded the seams, placed crown moulding around the perimeter, caulked the moulding, and painted (2 coats). I was very happy with the finished work.

Shulton repaired a 5x5 section of hallway drywall ceiling where a burst water pipe had ruined the ceiling. They did all the repair, including painting, in one day. They arrived on schedule and finished on schedule.

I'm late in reviewing, but the job was done right, promptly and at a reasonable cost. Two years later, it looks as good as new.

Punctual, on time, work completed more rapidly than predicted. Workmen were extremely nice.

We hired Shulton to quickly repair a rented condo that had water damage. They replaced the drywall and replaced all of the molding that was removed. They painted the room. In the kitchen area they removed all of the old flooring and replaced it with tile. They also tiled the Landry room. They were on time everyday and the work was all done correctly. They completed the job on time. Furthermore they cleaned up everyday . Very professional and a pleasure to work with.

This was the most professional group of workers I've had since I have been in this home. They are highly skilled, focused on customer satisfaction, and leave the place cleaner than they found it. They were able to get to me within two weeks of signing the contract and finished a day early. They send a crew large enough to work on multiple facets of the work at one time but they also work as a well-honed team. They even repaired and painted an uneven wall in a power room that needed it even though it was not in the contract. I would not hesitate to hire them again or recommend them to anyone else.

Despite this being a very period, the scheduler worked very hard to fit our job in. All employees were very polite and thorough. The quality of the work was excellent.

The did an awesome job on the drywall, removing the popcorn ceiling, and painting the dining room and living room.

The job was completed in a professional manner

Wallpaper removal was a slow process. I thought as professionals they would have professional equipment (steamer) so the process would move along quicker than me doing it myself; they just scraped it off using a sponge and scraper. The 16 hours I got on my Angie's listing got me 1/2 of a dining room wallpaper removed (I had already removed the other 1/2), walls skimmed, 1/2 of a wall in a bedroom paper removed, 2 drywall holes repaired. The quality of workmanship was excellent but because of the time it took them with the equipment they used I wouldn't use again for wallpaper removal but would for painting or drywall issues.

Shulton did a great job. They arrived on time and completed the work on time. They showed me their progress and asked questions to make sure they got it right, and it looked great when it was done.
