Excellent service and professional acumen. I now have SavATree doing this service routinely now.

Much time went by with no contact. The first yard treatment was done as this was covered by the deal I purchased - but no analysis. Then the invoices began to arrive for the soil analysis. I did not paid, requesting the analysis (and plan of action) I had requested. A few more back and forth invoices and emails happened, and then SavATree finally provided the analysis with no explanation. I paid the invoice for the analysis and requested no further contact. I really feel like SavATree is like many of the treatment services that just want a steady stream of treatment related income coming in with no customer interface (except to book more services). I do not want to become part of a "lawn treatment portfolio" - SavATree is not a fit for me.

They gave me an appraisal and came at the appointed time, were neat and professional.

Gets an "A" for day one job. Removed dead tree and extensively trimmed other trees. Removed/trimmed shrubbery from front of house and along fence line. Left the yard in great shape The device used for removing stump was unavailable and required a crew to return. Stump removal gets an "D" Stump and root system removed. Crater left in ground and a significant pile of stump debris an unexpected and unwanted surprise. Understand the hole, not happy with the four wheelbarrows of debris I had to dispose. Billing process gets a "C" Documentation not clear. Stump removal was billed later, but the receipt I received was not clear on what the $160 charge was for. Credit card handling gets an "F" Unauthorized charge made on card two months after paying for stump removal. They say it was an error with the handling of "The Big Deal" credit.

I have used SAva Tree and Sava Lawn for several years. I really like hem and recomemnd them to readers.

It went very well. Dave was informative and he listened. I think that that was the most important part. We weathered hurricane Sandy with just a few branches down. This was quickly and inexpensively rectified.

We have quite a few trees on our 1/3 acre lot. They raised the canopy, took out an offending 14-ft shrub, kept limbs back from the house, and generally culled the maples. The yard looks great. They didn't use spikes. They cleaned up and also removed a few limbs "pre-pruned" for them by Hurricane Sandy using their equipment (which I was going to have to cut up for disposal). Arborist Tom Miles was very professional, experienced, guided crew to do the proper job. They offered other services which could not afford now, but may ask them to come back to perform (lawn care)

The experience went okay overall. I don’t recall having any problems.

Showed up. On time, performed expected work.

All the work was done as requested. I was not at home when the job was done. If I had, I would have requested the Cypress be trimmed more, but overall the job was done very well. I didn't realize the stump grinding required a separated appointment, but it was completed in about a week. Overall the job was completed professionally. I would recommend Sava Tree to anyone.

Overall it went very well - the company representative was very punctual and performed the work as advertised.

They cordinated date of service, arrived on time and did a great job selecting specfic trees that needed attention.

We have a tree out front that was looking like it was getting spots on the leaves and it was not looking very good. I remember thinking we might lose it. It is about 7 feet tall. They came to do the work and I can't think of any explanation for the tree looking better. There are no spots on the leaves, it just perked right up. I am glad we did it. We use them for our lawn service too.

I may have misunderstood the concept of the Big Deal. It was just $140 towards the work that was to be done and it very, very expensive to take down a tree. I decided to take care of the work myself and get a refund on the Deal.

Was impressed that a Supervisor accompanied the working staff.

The work went well, but was not what I expected. I thought it would include a bit more service.

I felt the service was over priced. I felt is was more of a gateway to get you to sign up for their routine service.

It was the first time I had used them. They did a good job. They were punctual and professional. The workers were friendly. We would use them again.

I was very happy with the lawn aeration service I originally requested. The estimator was on time, professional, and provided a very detailed assessment of what he thought I would need to do to restore my oak tree dominated lawn. I retained SavATree to provide an entire year's worth of lawn services, and I am very happy with the results. The workers are professional, efficient, and leave a note on my door detailing the services they performed.

This was an Angie's List promotion for tree fertilization treatment. In spite of being asked to be contact me before they performed their service, they arrived without notice, did whatever they did and left a flag in the ground noting their service. They then returned the next year to provide the same service without any notice or approval. While I paid for the first treatment; I have refused to pay for future services. they have been completely unresponsive to my requests to stop this service. The took signing the form for the original service as approval for permanent annual service; indeed the fine print on the two page form did say, I now realize, that they consider agreement for the original service to be permission to provide automatic renewal of their service. Each invoice has been returned with an request to cancel the account and all services. That was true of both their Rockville,MD and Bedford, NY offices. Given that they are selling a service which is not seen and does not offer independent proof of its efficacy I find it hard to understand why they have consistently failed to schedule or explain their service when the customer is home. We had an excellent experience. We contracted the job late in the growing season, so to ensure that the grass seeds had time to germinate, the company worked to schedule us quickly. The crew who came to perform the work was courteous and on time. It was well worth the money spent!

No issues. Done on time and professionally.

They did a good job, and were very efficient. I will use them again in the future.

The gentleman sent out very believable people. That were very smart and trustworthy. He was very educated and very clear with their explanations. He fed and staked all of the trees and shrubs in the yard.

I was hoping for instant success, but I guess lawn care is more complicated than that. They did kill some of the weeds, but because I had such a poor lawn to begin with it still looked terrible. I was disappointed with the results, but it's not the fault of the company. They were great. They weere prompt, fast, efficient and professional. I just needed more than a one time treatment could possibly offer.
