He didn't show up nor did he respond to repeated calls or texts. We waited almost two hrs; he finally sent a v short text, saying he "didnt realize" our location, we are not in his service area, "sorry." Now we're stuck back at Square 1 and I can't even call other places today bc it's a holiday. Extremely unreliable & unprofessional! DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Ryan was so fantastic, as was his crew. He communicated proactively and clearly, telling me exactly what I needed to do for the utility check, after-care, etc. He showed up on time, and did the job efficiently.

They showed up and started mowing on the stand up riding mowers and zipped through my yard and left big clumps of grass everywhere, sticks that were broken up in my back yard, my yard looked a mess. I called Ryan and advised him of my concerns and he stated he would take care of it, take me off the list and not charge me for the service. It made me feel like I had done something wrong and felt like he was talking down to me. I told him I didn’t mind paying, I just wanted to see if they could come back and clean up the mess. I ended up cleaning up the yard myself and was not charged.

It went wonderful. Very please with quality and level of work performed.

The workers had to improvise on making a step, they did a good job!

I have had Ryan's Landscaping do work for me for several years. They arrive when scheduled and work until the job is done. Ryan is on site to insure that the crew knows what is to be done. At the completion of each job we do a walk through to make sure it has been done to our satisfaction. Ryan always responds promptly and sees that the work is completed as stated in the estimate. We will continue to use his company for our landscaping needs.

The job was done excellent. The crew arrived on time, Ryan was here to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. They are great to work with. The job looks Awesome! They did a great job. Being a contractor myself I expect a lot from people that work on my house he not only met but exceeded my expectations! Great job!

Ryan's Landscaping is a very professional company. We were very impressed when three pick-up trucks arrived with 10 workers the first day. The progess they made was unbelievable. On the first day all the grading was done, bushes trimmed and sod put in the front yard, which made a huge visual difference. On the second day the ground work for the patio was done and the sod in the backyard was in place. On the third day the patio was finished within a few hours. We enjoy every day looking into our beautifully landscaped yard! Ryan is very pleasant guy, really fun to work with. We highly appreciated the fact that he was so involved personally in the project. He stopped by every day, briefed the workers, checked how everything was moving forward, and made some more suggestions for improvements. We can highly recommend him and will do all future landscaping projects with him.

Great! Ryan came and gave us an estimate, work started a couple weeks later, then snow came, work stopped, when the snow melted they returned to finish the job. The paver walkway goes all around the perimeter of our backyard, it looks very nice and is flat.

We called Ryan to obtain an estimate for landscaping and other yard work. We originally scheduled to meet Ryan on Sunday at noon and I told him that we would only have 30 min. to meet at that time and if he was ok with that. He said no problem since estimates only take 20 min. Sunday arrives and Ryan has not arrived yet nor have we received a call. At 12:20 Ryan calls to say he is going to be late because of a hold up at another job site. Why he couldn't call at noon at our scheduled time baffles me since he knew he was going to be late. I reminded him that we were only available until 12:30 and if we could reschedule. He rescheduled us for Wednesday at 5:30. My husband was next to me as we rescheduled with Ryan and both he and I rearranged our work schedules to come home early to meet Ryan. We rush home from work to meet Ryan and the same thing happens, the scheduled time comes and goes and Ryan is not here. I called Ryan and he tells me that he doesn't have us scheduled. Given my husband was next to me on Sunday as I was talking to Ryan on the phone and he could hear the entire conversation, my husband verified we had rescheduled for Wednesday at 5:30. What was Ryan's response to this? That he needed to go and he would call us back in a couple of minutes. I told him not to because we were not interested in his service anymore....as the saying goes fool me twice, shame on me. If this is the level of service just to get an estimate, I can't imagine the disaster of using his services for the actual landscaping job.

I called Ryan's Landscaping to get an estimate for work (see above for scope). He called back right away and was able to come out that afternoon for an estimate. He provided a verbal, and followed up within half an hour with an email estimate. We were waiting for a tree to be removed before we scheduled with Ryan, and once we were scheduled, his crew was able to start within a week. His crew arrived promptly on time and got right to work, ripping out the weeds and ivy that was completely covering our backyard. They installed a layer of topsoil, and were able to get half the yard re-sodded, front garden weeded and mulched, bushes trimmed (weren't expecting that!), juniper removed, and build out the tiered garden bed frames the first day. Oh, and they found a tree stump under the juniper that needed to be ground out - they added that service in on the spot for a very good price. Ryan was out in the afternoon to follow up and see how work was progressing. His crew had to come out to finish the back yard the next day, and they made quick work of it. I cannot recommend Ryan's Landscaping enough. He is prompt and upfront with communication and pricing, flexible on work to be done, and his guys were on time and very hard working. I was scared the sod would not take since we were getting it done during one of the hottest weeks of the year, but the yard looks amazing 4 weeks later, so his materials are great quality. My entire neighborhood was impressed with their work, and one neighbor called and scheduled some yard work for later in the week! I would absolutely hire him again, anytime!

The guys were done in two hours and the difference to my townhouse is astounding. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for landscaping services. Thanks guys for fixing my home!

Ryan came out to give me an estimate on a weekend in order to meet my schedule. Listened to what I was looking to do and made recommendations based on what I told him. He provided a prompt estimate detailing the scope of work we discussed and we scheduled the work on a day convenient for me. Ryan's crew showed up as promised with plenty of crew members to do the job. Crew was professional and courteous. Ryan came by to check in shortly after they had started and made sure the plants were placed where I wanted them. They also took care of a few small things that weren't covered in the scope of work. The plants he selected all looked high quality and healthy as they came off the truck. Crew cleaned up everything meticulously. Results look great and I would absolutely work with Ryan again.

Ryan is the man. He answered several questions throughout the process and was able to add/subtract things from the contract as I worked out exactly what I wanted. Showed up with a 20 person crew and had the job done in half day. He said since there was rain in the forecast he wanted to make sure everything got done so he brought 3 crews. Really appreciated that. If you saw my backyard before and after you'd be shocked at the difference. It went from a vine/root infested mess to a beautifully sodded and mulched landscape. He marked everything out beforehand and I knew what he was going to do. Best part is as they started doing work they altered a couple things and cut down a tree here and there that we didnt plan because Ryan thought it would look better... no charge... and it did look better. Amazing work, couldn't be happier. Will use again without hesitation.

Ryan came by an hour late for the estimate and went over what we wanted. He took some pictures and then left. Never heard a thing from him after that. Very unprofessional.

Have used this service for several years. In the past, I found several accounting issues where they do not properly account for their bills and have over charged us several times. They also do not show up on time as promised, and have no contact with you to tell you if they will be late, or whether they will show up at all. You have to contact them and they in turn say, we will get to you when we get to you. For a services business, they simply do not know how to run a company.. Choose someone else.

Ryan and his crew were awesome - showed up promptly, worked fast and efficiently. Great price - very happy with result.

He never showed up. I called him twice on Saturday and left messages. I called him again on Monday and again left a message. He never even had the professionalism to return any of my calls. Not what I would expect from a highly rated Angie's list provider.

Everything went extremely well, the workers were very professional, they cleaned up after themselves (I never found any litter or items left in the area). They listened to what I wanted and gave ideas if I was unsure. |We had some weather delays but even on those days I was contacted by Ryan to confirm that it was raining too hard/too wet for the crew to work. He even brought in extra people when needed to get the work done.

Ryans Landscaping was the seventh of landscaping companies I received estimates from. This was the only company that was able to understand what I was looking for and develop a design with curves that enhanced the beauty of my yard. The price was right in the middle of the other six estimates I had received. The workers were always on time and worked extremely hard. The owner was readily available for questions and responded quickly to inquiries. At the end of the day everything was cleaned up and put away. No issues at all which is not the norm for such a huge project. The before and after pictures are amazing! I highly recommend this company!! I now also use their yard maintenance crew.

We were very happy with the services Ryan provided. It was an easy and professional experience from start to finish. By most accounts ours was a small job, but he came in with a great crew and took care of everything thoroughly and quickly.

The work was initially scheduled for last Friday, but the heavy rains pushed this back a few days. Ryan's team arrived on time and immediately got to work edging beds, removing weeds, and cleaning up overgrowth so that the yard was ready for fall. They also removed the remains of two small bushes. The backyard was heavily overgrown with Japanese Stiltgrass which his team sprayed with weed killer. Ryan and his team knocked this out in a little over 4 hours and the results were excellent. Very professional and reasonably priced.

Ryan and his team replaced a retaining wall the entire length of my backyard and also around a large and old planter box that had deteriorated over the years. In addition they replaced the retaining structure around my A/C unit on the side of the house. All of the work came out great. It not only looks good but it's obvious that the workmanship is outstanding as well. Ryan's crew was very punctual and left my yard very neat and tidy. I would highly recommend using them for any of your landscaping needs.

Ryan's team did an outstanding job transforming our ho-hum back yard into a beautiful sight to behold. Ryan and his team had to remove old ground cover and then lay down a layer of topsoil. Once that was done the team created nice mulch beds around three trees in the backyard and then laid sod in the entire lower section of our backyard. That transformation was phenomenal and we have received many compliments on their work. I would highly recommend Ryan's company for any of your landscaping needs.
