As I'm waiting each staff member looks out to say hello and I'll be right with you. Mohammad puts his hand in the air and waves me to his section like I'm VIP. The customer before me is still gathering his things up and while taking my order Mohammand slides a box to the him and says put it in here. I can't read the order fast enough, he knows the stock numbers and just types it up. Scince I see the staff on a daily basis I make small talk and today I say "looks like your working out Mo" The whole time he does not miss a part number and before you know it , I'm out of there and loading up my truck. I always bring the push cart bak inside and each staff member usaly shouts out "take it easy" The only thing I don't like is they rotate staff from store to store sometime and I miss seeing Zena, Mike and others. But on the other hand I get to see other staff members from other stores that I would'nt normally get a chance to know.
Description of Work: I shop here for all my electrical supplies. They are very pleasent and helpful especially Mohammad. He knows all the part numbers and friendly.

The young man who ended up helping me was pleasant and helpful but he gave me the wrong size bulbs for my lights.
Description of Work: The service counter provided very poor help. When I entered the store, there was one man at the terminal and no other customers in the store. He continued to work on the computer and ignored me for more than 5 minutes. He yelled in a very negative way to a female assistant to help him fix a computer problem but never even acknowledged my presence. After I sighed loudly and looked at my watch, he finally ordered another young man to help me. I really thought this behavior was very unprofessional and rude. I understand if they are busy but I was the only person in the store and he could have least asked me to wait a minute. He also warmly greeted a customer who arrived after me in Arabic and was very helpful to him.
