We just recently had a new roof installed. We went with the Certainteed Landmark Pro Moire Black shingles installed by RMBanning. These guys are so good that Certainteed provides you with a 50 year 5 star warranty because RM Banning is a Certified Shingle Master company. Daniel was the job boss for our contract and he was outstanding. Timely and professional. Never made you feel like you were asking too many questions and best of all--He answered every single question we asked. From contract to job complete, we could not be more pleased with the service, workmanship and cost for the project. I will use them for our next exterior home project.

We live in Ravenwood Park near Lake Barcroft in the Falls Church area. We first used R.M. Banning almost twenty five years ago. They did a first rate job then and we recently selected them again to replace our shingles. We also had them replace our sixty year old gutters and to repair our chimney. The crews efficiently performed high quality work at a reasonable price. Rich Banning is extremely professional, Rich Banning is extremely professional, experienced, honest, and knowledgeable. He ensured that the three aspects of the job were properly completed to our satisfaction. Many of our neighbors commented on how well the work was performed and on the enhanced appearance of our house. We would not hesitate to recommend R.M. Banning.

Excellent Experience. Our project manager Daniel Diaz was excellent. He was responsive to our calls, was on site at project start up, as each phase started and did a follow-up inspection at work completion. Entire crew was professional and courteous. Work was done on time and at the estimated cost. Would highly recommend.

Daniel missed the first appointment. I have to make a second appointment with them. Daniel quoted a work with doubled the market price. Then he sent me the quote two or three weeks after the appointment. I don't understand what prevents them from sending it sooner. He called me multiple times to follow up on the project and tried to asked the price I got from other contractors. Recently, he called me again and I hanged up because I was so busy with my business partner. He then called me back immediately. I didn't pick up. He then sent the message saying I was rude. It feels like he is stalking you to make the hard sale. PLEASE AVOID this overpriced and unprofessional business.

My ridge vent came loose after a windy day. Daniel came out the next day, hopped on the roof, and took pictures to show how it was installed incorrectly to begin with, and recommended that I had about 5 years left on the rest of my roof. The crew came out a couple days later and replaced my ridge vents and a few loose shingles in a couple hours flat.

Great company. They showed up on time and Daniel Diaz, the person who provided the estimate, was terrific. He was very knowledgeable and had great solutions for the problem that I called about, as well as the roof problems that I didn't know I had. He took pictures, reviewed them with me, and discussed options. The price for the work was extremely reasonable.

It went very well. I called and they came out the day after I called. They were able to fix the issue very quickly, and were very professional. They worked with us on pricing, and charged us what they said they would. I highly recommend them for any roofing or siding projects.

Banning was very professional, helpful, prompt and the final product was excellent and delivered on time. We were very pleased and the workers couldn't have been more efficient.

They didn't show up for an estimate. When I called them they told me that they apologize for an inconvenience but Troy will not be able to bid a project for me and they wish me luck

Could not ask for a better roofing company! Excellent before, during and after service for replacing the roof and one side of our house's siding. Worked with us to pick roofing including many examples to go look at on homes that they had done nearby. Excellent materials and hardworking, thorough crew. Much attention to detail. Thorough clean-up after and follow-up by the company to assure our satisfaction.

RM Banning was not the least expensive but they did a quality job and used quality materials. We did not have to ask for anything because everything we wanted done was automatically included. They also showed up on time and finished on time.

They were very professional through out the entire process and conscience of the weather when it came time to install, so that they would ensure there would be no damage to the roof in the process. They completed the project on time and it turned out great! I would absolutely use them again or recommend them to family and friends.

Excellent company. Work was done in a day, with quality assurance inspection a couple days later. We’d absolutely hire again. Our roof looks great.

I used RM Banning for a roofing repair last year and they lived up to their A rating. It was an emergency situation. They were responsive and came out quickly. This year, when I needed a siding repair, I saw that they also do siding, so I called them. They set up an appointment within a few days from my call. Troy arrived right in the middle of the two-hour time window they had set. He was personable and very helpful. He came back the next day and completed the work. He communicated throughout the process. There was a misunderstanding on the price based on what their office person told me and they honored the price, even though it was wrong. That's rare these days. When it's time to replace our roof, we will definitely be calling them again.

Great work from start to finish. Mr. Banning provided expert advice on options and materials that helped us make informed decisions about the job. The crew did a great job and kept us informed as the work progressed. Clean up was thorough and complete. I highly recommend.

RM Banning did a great job on our roof replacement job. They responded quickly when I reached out regarding our roof issue and they provided the best long-term solution for our house. They were in frequent contact with scheduling while waiting for weather to clear for a few days. Once the job began, the work was done effectively and efficiently and they finished within the two days they promised. The crew all were very hard working and they did a quality job with our new asphalt roof with an improved roof venting system. Mr. Banning even came by our house to go over the few questions I had, and you could tell that customer service and satisfaction was a high priority for him. Would definitely recommend for roofing work.

Very thorough and professional from start to finish. Worked well with insurance estimate. Job was mostly finished in one day, clean up and trim work carried over into day 2. Everyone on site and on the phone were very easy to deal with. Recommend highly.

The project went well. All crews were on time and courteous. Crews cleaned up the site at the end of the day, everyday. Quality of work from each crew was excellent. Richard followed up the project by walking the site to verify all aspects of the project were up to RMB standards. We love the end result and would recommend RM Banning Roofing to all.

RM Banning was very professional, responsive. The quality of the work stellar! I really appreciated the photos of the different choices of shingles (thank you Josh!) and their patience while I chose the right color. They also, were avaialble to replace my metal roofs. Josh recommended a couple of vendors who repaired chimneys when he noticed my chimney needed repair. No detail was left undone. I own a historic home and was concerned about matching the home with the correct colors, type of shingle and also, the color / type of the metal roofs. All worked out. This company knows what they are doing. They are worth the wait! I will definately use RM Banning again!

They were very timely and completed this relatively small job quickly. It was hard to find someone reputable to take a small job and they did it without a problem. I would have given them an excellent quality rating except for a small issue with the caulk bead. It could have been a bit smoother. It's a nit I know....Very pleased. I assume the price was good as I only got one estimate.

The finished roofing job looks excellent, and there were no waste materials left around the house. RM Banning recommended a few additional services during the estimate, such as re-roofing a stairway shelter to match the main roof, and that gave me a complete job that will save me years of worry. Mr. Banning personally came to the house for the estimate. His price was in line with others, but was actually lower when considering the materials and extra work they did. I did not feel pressured in any way to accept his proposal. He cited higher quality materials than I anticipated, especially on the shingles and underlayment. In the end, the crew did the job on schedule and completed it ontime. Overall, I was very pleased with the roofing job and would highly recommend RM Banning.

Birds had created a hole in the fascia board at the front of the house and a nest behind it, requiring repair of the fascia board and gutter. Service Manager Bruce Gregory did an outstanding repair job - to the point that the repairs were not even noticeable from the sidewalk. Would definitely use R. M. Banning and Bruce again.

This company was professional and responsive through the entire process. They gave us a detailed and understandable estimate that was very competitive. They kept us informed regarding the replacement timeframe and did a great job. I highly recommend them and would hire them again.
