The entire cleaning process went well. From the time I made the call until the time the work was finished, there were no surprises. I knew the hourly rate, what to expect for a and quot;move-outand quot; cleaning, and approximate number of hours it should take.
Description of Work: The provider did an excellent job of cleaning. I sold my condo and all furniture had been removed. She knew exactly what needed to be done for it to be ready for the buyer to move in. Provider cleaned cabinets, inside & outside; refrigerator; stove; two bathrooms; baseboards; showers; bathtub; floors (hardwood and carpet); and balcony.

They did a good job cleaning my home. However, they attempted to move a heavy dresser to clean and scratched my hard-wood floor. They were wiling to pay to have it refinished, but I was able to cover the scratch with a touch-up pen. I'm sure the next experience, scheduled for 5/6 will be outstanding.

My parents were concerned about having strangers in their home. Fran helped set them at ease with a personal visit during the scheduled leaning. My parents are very happy with Quality and say they should have gotten a cleaning company sooner
