These guys are phenomenal. Customer service is clear in communications, they were always punctual, and delivered on all their commitments. They work as a team and know exactly what they are doing. The transformation of our kitchen was utterly amazing, and their attention to detail meant a minimum of seams. They even recut some of the tops to fit while on site. We picked the least expensive granite that they offered, and it was absolutely beautiful.

We are thrilled, in fact, literally over-the-top in love with our new Countertops installed by Pyramid Granite. We talked to five companies, and not only did Pyramid Granite provide us with the best price (which includes a Sllgranite sink, top Moen faucets, and a new garbage disposal), their granite selection was the best, also. Claudia worked closely with us on our requirements, and when we had some issues with our old faucet (we found out the night before they came to install that it was leaking and needed to be replaced), she also helped us get all of the necessary sink parts. The final look on our countertops is top quality. The plumber did an excellent job, as well. The color we picked, royal blue pearl, is amazing. It looks like delicate blue butterflies in our dark granite. We will highly recommend this company to our friends and neighbors. We used a granite company. They came out in January of this year. We chose the type we wanted. They did an excellent job. They had the best prices in the area. They gave us a good date for installation. They were courteous. They cleaned up any mess.

The entire experience was great. They immediately made contact after I called for an initial estimate and promptly completed the estimate. I then went to the shop to pick out the granite and sink I wanted. All the individuals were very professional and knowledgeable, which is not always the case at these places. Once selected they got me on the calendar and did a flawless installation. Highly recommend them for future work!

This company was recommended by my realtor and had outstanding ratings on Angie's List. I understand why. The owner, Tsogu, helped us select a granite slab from an extensive inventory. He explained the plumbing connections and the sink that was included in the deal. We scheduled the installation for the next week. The crew arrived slightly ahead of schedule and took only 2 hours for the demo and install of 42 sq ft. of granite with 4 inch backsplash. The plumber arrived 2 hours later and spent 30 minutes connecting the water and disposal. We are delighted with our beautiful new countertops! My first thought was, I should have done this 10 years ago! We are extremely pleased with the service and value we received from Pyramid Granite and would recommend them without hesitation.

As part of my kitchen remodel, I wanted to install a Silestone countertop. I first went to Lowes, but their process was ridiculous (you had to measure yourself, pay Lowes, which would send out a contractor who would measure again, etc etc). So I asked around, called a few places, and consulted Angie's List. I found Pyramid Granite, which had gotten excellent reviews. I called Pyramid. They said if I sent them my kitchen plan, they could give me a quote for the piece. I emailed my plan and heard back promptly back from Pyramid within a few hours. Their quoted price was $10 less a square foot than every other place I had talked to and included installation. It turned out that they had a slab of the color I wanted, so my husband and I drove to check it out because looking at a whole slab is different than looking at a 4x4 sample. The people who work in the showroom are extremely helpful and nice. We saw the piece and loved it. We put them in touch with our contractor, who was doing the remodel of the kitchen, and made plans to have them come measure after the cabinets were installed. At that time, Pyramid said they could install three days after measurement, which is substantially less than other companies had told us. We ended up having problems with our cabinet measurements (which was not Pyramid's fault or our contractors, but the company (Lowes) we had purchased our cabinets through, so there was a delay of about 2 weeks to get the properly fitted cabinets. When the time finally came, Pyramid sent someone out to measure and, because they were exceptionally busy, we had to wait five business days for installation. (I should note that, if Pyramid has to specially order a slab for you, the time would have been longer and the price higher.) On the day of installation, 3 people came and spent about an hour properly installing the pieces. They fit perfectly and look great. The final bill was exactly what was quoted to us.

Excellent selection, excellent customer service, excellent pricing. Recommend to everyone I meet. Easy to work with and understood exactly what I was looking for.

From the initial visit through to completion of the installation, Bogi was a pleasure to deal with. Pyramid has a good selection of solid surface slabs and they are very helpful during the selection process. We only encountered one snag when the granite was to be installed. They fabricated from different slabs than we had selected which were drastically different in color and movement. We were never advised that the original slabs were damaged and Pyramid took it upon themselves to select other slabs. Luckily, even though the slabs were nothing like what we selected in color, we were able to use them to avoid delaying the project. We were also able to negotiate a discount because of their error.

We went to Pyramid's showroom and looked at their wide selection of stone. We found one we liked at a very reasonable price. Within just a few days, the installers were at our house and put in our new quartz countertop. The counter is seamless and beautiful! On top of it all, the plumber they contract with gave us a great rate to do all the plumbing in our kitchen.

The staff were very helpful with explaining what was entailed with purchasing the granite and the fabrication process. They also did a nice job of showing what colors were available.

Everything went very well. All employees were professional and I am very happy with the finished product.

I found them on Angie's List and they were running a deal at that time. They had high reviews on Angie's List. They were just very professional and on time. They showed up exactly when they were supposed to and they were done in a very short timeframe. They were in and out and the quality of the countertops is very good. They cleaned up after themselves. I looked around a bit and their price was competitive but I wouldn't say they were the cheapest.

They were prompt with returning my calls regarding getting an in-home estimate. Everyone that I dealt with were nice and professional. My only issue was that the workers arrived at my house 2 hours prior than the scheduled time to start the job, but thankfully someone was home to let them in.

We found Pyramid via Angie's list and are very happy we did. It was easy to schedule someone to come measure our counters. The person showed up exactly on time and finished the measuring quickly. We then went to their showroom in Springfield and confirmed the type of counter type, sink, and faucet we wanted. They produced a written price on the spot and we were able to schedule the installation on the day we wanted it done with no problems. The Angie's list coupon turned out to get us even more of a discount than we expected. The person who worked with us, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The installation went very easily. The team showed up as scheduled and was done even sooner than expected. The team came in got down to work, and didn't stop until everything was done a few hours later. They did an excellent job of cleaning up afterward. We had been worried about the process making a mess, but it didn't at all. Every bit of the experience working with Pyramid Granite was positive. Glad we found them.

I had my small kitchen counter top replaced and a bar installed on my half wall. The installers were excellent about asking confirming what I wanted, and worked as fast and hard as a crew of 3 can in this heat. The plumber they had subcontracted out also had a great relationship with the team and was able to help out to get the crew out of there as fast as possible. All this work on top of working around the electrician and carpet cleaner!! I also want to thank George (Jorge) for getting me the best price and recommending the color scheme based on my cabinets. I feel I got the best value possible. I highly recommend Pyramid Granite for anyone looking for great work!

They're very good. They have great prices. They did a great job on the granite. They also offered me financing for my bathroom. I told them about it and then I said, "Well, I don't have the money right now." I just bought a townhouse so they're kind of expensive to keep doing repairs. The only area I was a little unsatisfied with was when they did my bathroom. They were supposed to take the sink. In other words, I paid for that and they didn't. They left it on my lawn. I'm actually going to get cited by my townhouse company for having it left on my lawn. I had to call them. Because at the time, I wasn't sure, I had to go look up the contract and say, "Oh, actually I paid them for that." I had to pay the plumber to come out again because he came out. He figured out, "Oh, your faucet's not going to work." He had to come back and I had to pay again for that. That was the only aspect that I wasn't satisfied with. When they did the granite for my kitchen, I was very satisfied. For some reason, with the bathroom, the fact that the person who did it didn't take off the sink. They left it outside. Then, like I said, I had to get another faucet that would work and they made me pay for him to come back.

First, let me say we are so impressed with their professionalism. I called to set up a appointment for them to come out and measure the countertops. Young man with high tech equipment came out and was done within an hour. Next they called and asked me to come down to the warehouse. We had almost 91 square feet of countertops to replace. I was afraid this was going to cost a fortune. We went on the tour, outside and in the warehouse and looked at everything. She gave me some samples to take home and after a day or two we settled on one. Was given a printout about what the cost would be and gave a downpayment. The day of installation 3 men came at 9:30am and we done by 12:30, including all the plumbing. (We have a gas cooktop on an island). We took pictures doing all of this as we were amazed how well these guys knew their work. Having nothing but praise for this entire organization. We also got a free undermount sink and faucet plus brackets to hold the countertop on the cooktop.

I'm a professional project manager and selected my providers on competitive basis. From the 5 bidders - Pyramid was my choice #1. very smoothly. The entire process was clean and transparent with no small font in the contract. received a good advice from Tsogo and Serge and Jason.Thank you Tsogo and thank you Serge. Good Job.

I contacted Pyramid for an estimate and mainly worked with Jorge and Claudia. After the estimator measured my countertops, I went to Pyramid's office where they have a large selection of slabs to choose from. Jorge was great in helping me select a slab for my white cabinets and oak floors. I also decided to have the Next Generation Impregnating Sealer applied pre-installation. The next week, the installers came and I was amazed at how quickly and smoothly it all went. The plumber came later that afternoon and connected the new sink and faucet. Because my older countertops were very plain and light colored, I had to adjust with the natural and busier look of the granite but now love my granite countertops and have gotten lots of compliments. Pyramid was great to work with and I have already recommended to other friends.

They did a fine job. The owner was nice to work with.

Pyramid came in with high-tech equipment to measure counter dimensions. They waited for us to make final selection of pattern then gave us a bid. I called for clarifications and they were prompt in getting back to me with helpful answers. Installation went without a hitch- they were finished in 3.5 hours. Pyramid swallowed the cost of extra work due to a flaw in their original measurements. Pyramid supplies a choice of sinks and faucets which they will supply "free". I chose one of the free sinks but I retrospect I should have shopped for my own - their selection of free sinks was very limited, and the faucet controls we have look to be of substandard quality.

The price was lower than Home Depot and another supplier (and for a Level 4 granite instead of the Level 2 offered by the others), their selection was huge and the salespeople (Bat and the owner) were knowledgeable and very helpful. Everything went as scheduled and the measurer and installers were prompt (calling when delayed) and professional. The seams were perfectly butted and the tiny space left was filled with a matching color material that hardened and created a perfectly smooth surface. It is truly gorgeous. My only suggestion to homeowners, beyond complying with removal of the top drawers of the lower cabinets, is to carefully cover the exposed shelves with sheets or newspaper because there's a lot of saw and granite dust and debris created during the installation.

Was able to set up an appointment to have counters measured within a few days of calling. Person arrived on time and quickly gathered information needed for quote. Received an emailed quote within 24 hrs. Next I went in to show room to pick out granite. I chose to stick with their "promotional" price styles and was pleased with the selection. I was able to take home samples to show hubby and see how it looked in the space. I was also pleased they would let us demo our old counters/sink and install new faucet. We were working with a very small budget and this allowed us to not blow it! Once the granite was picked, we were added to the schedule for the following week. A crew of 3 came and worked quickly and were very clean. We have been very pleased with our new counters.
