Description of Work: They replaced a bathroom counter top. We discovered after the installers had left that the marble had marks from another slab resting on it. As soon as I called Pyramid and they responded quickly and corrected the issue.

Description of Work: Updated 2 small bathrooms. Went to them initially for granite only and then found out they sold very nice quality cabinets. When they came to measure they said they could do the plumbing as well. I decided to use them for all the work. I still needed to buy all the fixtures, toilets and have somebody else do the painting. The same crew that began the job did all the work: plumbing, cabinet installation etc.

Description of Work: Got granite from them and said we were Angie's List members, which gets you discounts on their already reasonable prices. Staff is very knowledgeable and communicates with you every step of the way. Installers were early, friendly, and cleaned up after themselves. Our kitchen looks great! The location is out of the way in an industrial park, but worth going there.

Description of Work: Pyramid installed a new granite countertop and tile backsplash in our kitchen. We talked with Sergei in the Pyramid showroom and picked a slab in their warehouse. After the final measurements were taken, the new countertop was installed. They had no problems working with the company that was installing our kitchen cabinets. We are very happy with the results, and a nick they made in the molding of our front door was fixed when they came later to install the backsplash. We would give them an "A" for the installation of the granite countertop and would use them again. The tile backsplash was installed a week after the countertop and we were not entirely satisfied with the results. The installer said it was standard to stop the tile where the countertop and cabinets ended, however, this left a noticeable gap in the wall between the tile and the fridge. At the other end the installer left a two inch gap between the cabinet and door frame. But our biggest concern was the border tile, which was thinner than the other tiles that surround it. The installer did not build up the other tiles to be flush with the border tiles, so when they were grouted there were noticeable indentations and not a smooth surface. After speaking with the owner of the company, he and the installer came to review the work in our house and agreed to install more tile just behind the fridge, extend the tile down to the floor by the door frame, and chisel out and remount the border tile. We wish this had not been necessary, and still wonder why they couldn't do it correctly the first time. Still, we do appreciate Pyramid’s efforts to make us happy and fix the job without any problems or hassles from them. We would give them a "C+" for the installation of the backsplash and would not use them again for this work.
