Excellent! I used them earlier in 2010 to install kitchen granite. I've worked with three of their sales peoples and they were very pleasant and patient as I made several trips trying to make up my mind.

I don't have enough great words to describe how great this company and what a quality job they completed. To begin with, I started with about 25 and luckily I surely ended up with the best. Pyramid (Bat) didn't play the high estimate, but I'll discount, game. Bat gave be a great estimate right from the begining. In additiona to the granite installation, my job involved a electrician, plumber and cabinetry which Bat was able to assemble with no problem. Not only did he have the team, but his team members were absolutely wonderful people that I did indeed enjoy talking with. The team was punctual, hard working and appeared to have an attitude of truly wanting to please the customer. The end product honestly game out better than we could have even imagined. Every facet of the remodeling job was absolutely perfect and I could find no flaws. My wife, and myself, could not have asked for more from this company or the team assembled to do the job. Bottomline, I will ALWAYS go to Pyramid to have a job performed and not waste my time looking at those other companies that seemingly wanted to steal my money.

This was a wonderful experience from start to finish. I liked what I saw on Angie's list so I drove out to the Pyramid warehouse. Tsogo was extremely helpful and showed me 10-15 granite slabs in my price range. He was very knowledgeable about all things granite as well as kitchen sinks and fixtures. After I chose the granite and gave him the measurements, he worked up an extremely fair price with discounts on the plumbing work, demolition and sink. They came out within a few days to take the measurements, and then they were able to install within a few days of the measurements! The quality of the countertops and sink are excellent and the workmanship is superb. I hardly had to touch up any spots on the walls with paint (usually you have to retouch the whole length of the backsplash), and they were so careful that none of the existing tile under which they had to fit the backsplash was damaged at all. I also want to mention that there was one little spot on a small piece of backsplash that I didn't like. It was just a natural part of the stone- nothing related to the quality of the materials or workmanship- but I didn't like how it looked. Pyramid came back out with a replacement piece within a week with no extra charge. I really appreciated their effort to ensure I was 110% satisfied with the work, and I am! I would recommend them to anyone.

On time, great price, ended up looking great in the end. There were apparent miscommunications, having to do with the company head being out of town, that resulted in us having to fix the damaged part of our wall where the old back splash was taller than the new. Once the owner returned, he called, apologized profusely, and compensated us for our problem.

They did an excellent job. This was the third time we had used them for similar work and we've been very happy each time. They have a good selection of stones at their warehouse and their prices are better than any quotes we got at any other granite installers. The stone was cut exactly as we desired and the guys did a very good job installing. Everything was done on time to the schedule we worked out with them. I highly recommend using these folks for countertops.

Pyramid granite did an excellent job installing our granite. We had been looking for some time for the right stone. We were referred to Pyramid Granite, but they didnt see the particurlar piece that we wanted, so we kept looking. Tsogo had followed up with us a few days later with emails of several granite pieces in the style we were looking for. He ended up finding us the perfect stones. Tsogo and his team are very professional, prompt and courteous. They answered our many questions and were very patient with us (we kept changed our minds about which section we wanted where) Overall it came out fantastic. I couldnt be more pleased.

Perfectly. I selected the granite, and it was installed perfectly. However, a few days later when the shower door was reinstalled we discovered the granite on the knee wall was a fraction of an inch too long and the shower door wouldn't shut. They can out within an hour, fixed it, and now it's perfect.

Pyramid offered very attractive granite at a very good price, and their service was friendly and courteous. They offered helpful advice, and they provided prompt delivery even in the aftermath of a major snowstorm. The countertops were available for installation within a week after measurement. The installation team was very polite and efficient. The installation went smoothly, and the final product is very attractive. Pyramid did a very good job selecting and cutting the adjoining pieces for a long countertop so that there is continuity in the grain patterns (we selected a granite that has a wavy pattern), and the pieces for the back splash also tie in perfectly with the patterns on the countertop. Pyramid's subcontract plumber also very did a very good job, and we're glad we chose to include those services in the fixed-price contract, because the plumbing work was probably more complicated and time-consuming than expected, due to the age of the existing plumbing. We are very pleased with Pyramid's services.

We are very pleased with our new granite kitchen counters! The estimate was done promptly and the installation was done within a week. Three men arrived as agreed and were very professional. The job took longer than they thought - about 6 hours - probably because the full backsplash was tricky. We had to have a seam on a major stretch of counter, but it is barely noticeable. We got estimates from 2 other companies -Pyramid was slightly less than one of the other highly-rated companies (from Angie's list), so we decided to go with Pyramid. Sink was included. We supplied our own faucet and received a small credit. We would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Looks beautiful, they do a great job. Including double checking with a template to make sure angles would be cut just right. They helped us envision the exact dream we had, with 100% accuracy.

I found Pyramid Granite based on recommendations from Angie's List. I went straight to their showroom and explained what I was looking for. Bat showed me all of the options available and explained the process. He was very professional and did not waste time showing me more expensive options that I was not interested in. I found exactly what I was looking for and scheduled the installation. The install crew came in with several people and worked so fast that I couldn't believe they were actually done. I examined their work and they really did a great job. Everything is beautiful and the granite is great.

The overall experience was excellent. No pressure at the store when "looking" but alot of good information and the salesman, Bat, was very attentive and patient. The price was over $1200 lower than 2 other places, but the granite was identical. To be honest, the fact that they were so much lower in price made us a bit wary, but excellent reviews sold us. Once we chose the company and the actual granite, the rest went very quickly, installation in less than a week. We had picked a Wednesday morning for installation, but Bat called us within hours of agreeing to that time and said that he did not realize that there already was a Wednesday morning appointment and would the afternoon be ok. Rather than waiting home all day, they called and said they would be there within 30 minutes (and they were at about 1pm). We had installed our own new cabinets and had a few plumbing issues with the dishwasher and sink. They corrected our problems and the whole installation was completed by 4pm. Overall, excellent experience.

Great choice of granite at the warehouse though it would be nice if it was priced or in some kind of order. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the installation guys were when they installed the countertop (they even swept the driveway of dust). When the plumber arrived he had to do some extra plumbing because of my existing setup which took over an hour - there was no extra charge for that and every bit of work was very neat. 3 months on, it looks great. I would use them again.

We dropped by their store on 11/11/09 and met with Jorge Barrenechea who promptly took us into the warehouse to look at and choose our granite. He then prepared an estimate based upon the measurements that were provided by me, which included the installation of the new granite, sink and faucet but we were doing the removal of the old countertops ourselves. Two days later their technician came by to confirm the measurements which took all of 10 minutes. Later that day Jorge called to schedule our installation for 11/17. The three men arrived right on time, laid drop cloths from the front door all the way into and including the kitchen and went to work. The whole installation only took about 2 hours and they even colored the caulk to match our wall color. They cleaned up after themselves and departed leaving very happy and satisfied customers. I will use them again for future projects.

Bat was our sales associate. He was excellent. He helped us to find the best granite to match our existing cabinets. Since our job took more than 2 slabs of granite, he spent time figuring out how to fit the pieces together to give a seamless appearance. The installation wasn't easy since we have a unique countertop and backsplash area in the kitchen but the team was determined and very professional. We will definitely use this company again in our future remodeling jobs.

They were very patient as I visited the warehouse several times trying to pick the granite. They arrived at the prearranged time and went right to work taking out the old countertops. They put a drop cloth down to protect the floor. They worked quickly and efficiently. When finished, they swept the floor and cleaned up nicely in the kitchen. They didn't do so well on the bathroom clean up but the plumber was still in the bathroom connecting the new faucets so there really wasn't room for anyone else in there.

Excellent from the beginning to the end. We visited several other companies in the area and none could compare as regards professionalism and cost. The amount of countertop granite immediately available was vast but the selection process was simplified with the assistance of Mr. Manaljav, the company president. A company representative took a number of measurements and a complete and detailed cost estimate was ready the next day. The cost was several hundred dollars less than we obtained from other companies. The installation was completed by an obviously competent work crew in about three hours time. I called the company to report a drop in water pressure the next morning. The problem was taken care of that afternoon. The free sink and faucet was frosting on the cake, along with the free granite chopping block,.

We had a great experience. The staff at the store was very knowledgeable and very helpful in answering questions about our options for countertops. Once we decided to go with granite, they had a wonderful selection of granite to choose from and were very patient with us as we made our decision. Their intial estimate of the price of the granite and the installation remained the same even after they came out to measure. We had our countertops installed in about a week. The installation went well. The crew was on time and did a great job and cleaned up well at the end. The countertops look wonderful. Our backsplashes go up to the cabinets and they look terrific as well. We highly recommend this company and we would use them again.

They were wonderful. We were really happy with the price and the work that they did. They did everything really well. They came in and took the measurements. We went to their showroom and picked out the granite and then they cut it perfectly to the measurements they took and installed it. The work took about three hours. They cleaned up afterwards and were polite and did a great job.

Excellent, they provided an initial estimate based on my measurements, they then came an measured and the estimate went up by two hundred dollars. I had been expecting this because I knew that my estimate would be off because of a sink located in the corner. They arrived on time, performed the work, cleaned up and departed. All the staff were very polite.

It went very well. The sales staff showed us many samples, broke a piece of granite from the sample we liked so we could compare it with our floors and cabinets.

We visited a number of granite companies. Many had add on costs such as extra labor and other charges. Pyramid had the best offer out there. They also had plenty of granite slabs to choose from in their warehouse. We brought them the plans I had prepared and they gave us an inital estimate. We agreed to have them come to our home to do the formal estimate. They came as scheduled and made all the formal measurements. Within a day they had a formal quote and we came back in to sign the paperwork. We put half down and we scheduled granite installation the next week. The day of the installation, I had the kitchen prepped for the installation. I did not have them do the plumbing or the electical work and I removed all the old countertops and added some additonal bracing on the walls and on some cabinets. The work crew arrived in early afternoon with a three man crew. The were obvioulsly a well trained crew and all got down to business in different areas of the kitchen. They set out drop cloths and kept everything clean. They shimmed and epoxied like pros and had the counters level and the seams were perfect. They cut out the cooktop hole and took great pains to avoid any dust issues. They followed my directions exactly -- my only criticism is that they didn't protect me from myself. I followed the same size of the previous countertop and now I am a bit concerned that the cooktop cutout is too close to an unsupported overhang of more than a foot. I will brace it, but had I been given advice I would have significantly shortened the island. Overall, super crew that did an excellent job and the kitchen looks great. As a home remodeler it was hard to watch them work without helping (but I could get used to it). Plus, they really did not need or want me to help. Nice touch is that they brought me the sink cut out and they had polished the edges.

It was a pleasant experience. Pyramid Granite has a great process, in which they take care of every step. (Some competitors' processes, including major stores, were not this sophisticated). We saw the granite slab in the warehouse and matched our kitchen cabinet before deciding on a particular slab. The men arrived promptly; worked diligently, quickly, and as cleanly as possible, and were completed on schedule within FOUR hours. (We had a little bump about obtaining a final receipt).

Pyramid gave us the lowest quote and by far the best service. We chose marble for our kitchen which is much more fragile than granite and they did a great job installing it with only one barely visible seam. They were very helpful, even helping us install the the faucet and lowering our range to the counter level.

The project met all our expectations in quality, cost and workmanship. The management and the technicians are courteous and cooperative. There were four technicians on the job which made for an expedient and efficient installation. We highly recommend Pyramid Granite.
