They were fantastic. They use left over granite slabs for jobs so they don't charge you for the whole slab. They are awesome people. They are all incredible. The counters look amazing. They are very precise and knowledgable. They run their business for the consumer, not for themselves. I give an A+++.

We made two trips to the warehouse before deciding on the stone we needed. We were treated with patience and attention as we changed our mind several times. We learned of the various options for the stone, sink and faucets and stone backsplash for the cooktop and tile for adjacent under-cabinet walls. The stones were cut and installed within three days of signing a contract with deposit. A team of four skilled workers, including a plumber for the sink installation, performed their work with utmost care and professionalism and the results are absolutely stunning.

They did fine. They could have paid a little more attention to detail. I would use them again.

Pyramid granite was great to deal with from start to finish. It was a long process for me to decide what I wanted... so many choices! They were extremely patient and professional. The countertops are beautiful and I could not be happier with the quality of the product and the installation. I highly recommend Pyramid; if you require extra hand-holding to get exactly what you want, they are the company to work with!

The experience was very satisfactory.

They were very helpful in helping me find what I was looking for. Setting up the appointment and initial installation was easy and they worked with my schedule. They were also very patient and held a piece of the slab for me while I waited on work in my bathroom to be completed. There was at least a month between the first sink installation and the second sink installation. When it came time to perform the work, everyone showed up on time, they were prepared and everything was installed without issue.

This was one of the best transaction I have had in recent times. From initial discussion with Bat to the final installation Pyramid granite was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. They also had the best price. I highly highly recommend their service. Thanks Guys!!

We visited Pyramids warehouse/showroom several months before we started our project. Jorge showed us a large selection of granite slabs and talked to us about our project, planned layout, and what other colors we were planning to use. He guided us through our options regarding our selection of the granite and made valuable suggestions. He also gave us time to walk through the warehouse alone. At no time was Jorge pushy or salesy. Once we had our cabinets installed, we called Pyramid so they could install the granite. They came the next day to measure and were back in less than a week to complete. The Pyramid crew was prompt, polite, and completely professional. It's been more than six months since we had the work done and we have no complaints whatsoever. We've received many complements on our new kitchen, especially the granite counter top. We plan to put a new countertop in our bathroom and will be using Pyramid for that as well.

Very impressive. Very service-oriented. Went to store to get price estimate and look at possible granite selections. Had technician come to house to measure. Came back second time to finalize slab choice, sink/faucet choice, approve initial layout on slab(s), and set up installation date. They sent me a picture via email of final cutout (grain) arrangements for approval, before cutting slab. Installers arrived on time, removed old counter top, laid in new slabs (adjusting level and height), made outlet cuts, adjustment cuts and polishing for perfect fit (all done outside on their truck), installed sink/disposal, sealed seams, caulked edges, and added another coat of sealer. Installers were very professional and had obviously done a lot of work together as a team. They arranged for extra people to be there when they had to lift the slabs, had the plumber there on time, laid drop clothes, were very neat and considerate. They did such a great job that I was actually happy that I had waited until now to get the granite installed. Oh, and the price was less expensive then other bidders. P.S. selected them off Angies list.

Because I had a few friends who were very happy with Pyramid's fabrication services, when I found my perfect granite, I had it sent to Pyramid. It was quite a while before it was ready to install, but they just called monthly to see where we were in our renovation and to ask for an approximate date. My somewhat rare granite had a number of flaws, but they beautifully worked around them and only charged for the portion used. My designer said that it was a very good price for the granite I had selected. They were prompt, professional and courteous. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

Kept the same basic ktichen footprint, but Jorge was very helpful in kitchen cabinet design and picking out granite. They started the work on time and finished within a couple of days of their estimated completion date. I did some of my own research and modified the design based on my wants/needs, but overall an excellent experience. Will recommend and use them again!!!

I hadn't used them before. The countertop looks great. And the price is great. They worked really hard. They had to walk up a lot of steps to get to my place. They never did a template of the countertop. It's fine, except the sink is positioned in the way that you have to bend at waist to rinse something. There is about 5 inches of space between the end of the sink and where you waist would be if you stood in front of it.

Highly professional, personal and knowledgeable. A joy to work with. Helpful with the design plan. Exceeded our expectations. Crew pleasant, organized, neat and highly competent. Communication with Pyramid and workers excellent. I will highly recognize them to friends.

They did a good job. They were very reasonable. They came back to confirm certain design choices and measurements. They were also very good about calling a day ahead of time when they were coming to install and measure. Overall I was very happy with them.

We had a very good experience with Jorge and all the workers at Pyramid. Jorge helped us with the design process, even working creatively to get our counters cut out of the small piece of granite we selected. The installation process went smoothly; they arrived as scheduled and work was completed in several hours. The plumber arrived soon afterward to rehook up the sink and dishwasher. New sink and faucet were included and we are very happy with everything. Our countertops look wonderful and I would definitely recommend Pyramid to others.

Overall, Pyramid was very pleasant to work with. We tried various other vendors but unfortunately were unable to find 2 slabs that met our needs. Pyramid not only had the slabs we originally thought we wanted, but also had numerous other options. We spent time comparing the slabs in their warehouse and chose a color that was just perfect. They were extremely helpful during the whole process. Their prices were just as competitive and their service turnaround time just as quick as another vendor who has numerous radio ads. They even had additional sinks to choose from that we didn't see elsewhere. We were extremely happy with their work!

Pyramid Granite came by to measure our countertops and provide us an estimate for the work. One thing that we really appreciated is that their estimate covered EVERYTHING - including taking away the old countertop, hooking up the new gas cooktop, hooking up the plumbing in the sink/dishwasher, etc. Many other estimates that we got included just the cost of the granite and it's installation - not many of these other items which ended up running to several hundred dollars. Their cost ended up being almost a thousand dollars (20%) less than some other quotes we received. The company completed the installation within a few hours and we are very happy with the appearance of their work. The people doing the work were very professional and courteous. I'm very glad we chose Pyramid.

We recently had our countertops replaced by Pyramid granite. I had a very specific granite in mind, which was not in stock in any of the places we visited. However, I did find it in Avanti, so I knew I could get it to the business that would be performing the work. Because the slabs came from elsewhere, the price of the job should have been close, in my opinion, in all the businesses we compared. That was not the case. Pyramid came in a the lowest price and considering how good their reviews were on Angie's List, I decided to go ahead with them. I visited the showroom and liked the way seams were done on the sample countertops. The owner and staff were very professional, responsive and punctual. After my slabs arrived from Avanti, I visited again and this time we picked which pieces of the slabs would go where in my kitchen. The initial proposal was very well made, all the variations in the granite aligned along the seams, even though the veins were quite prominent. We made some minor adjustments in the plan before it was finalized. The workers arrived on time and were finished with the job within 3 hours. The workers did a great job and left my house clean. I highly recommend this business.

They did an excellent job. It was exceptional quality for the money I paid. They had a quick turn around time. The guys that installed it had a great skill.

The process of replacing the old laminate countertops with the new granite went smoothly until they hit a snag installing the last section. Unfortunately, this section piece was more visible than others. They had to cut the stone 4 times to finally get it right. This should have been a 1 day process. It ended up taking 1 week.

We are trying to sign a contract with them very soon. The reason we chose them for an estimate process was because they had a good rating on Angie’s List. The experience was really good. They had a really good price and they were pretty much timely in showing up in giving the estimate to us.

I was referred to Pyramid Granite by our contractor, Brian Sperty. I passed several granite stores from our home to arrive to the location. I was so glad we bought our granite there. Jorge, who was our salesperson was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was very patient with me while I looked at their selection of beautiful granite. From beginning to end it was a very good experience and we get so many compliments on the granite counter tops. I will definitely use them again with any other granite purchases in the future.
