+ 1 morePedro is excellent to work with because he really cares about giving good value. When he installed the fence, I realized I needed a different type of lock, and he responded immediately. He replaced it at no cost, and replaced three boards that warped slightly. When I asked him to repair the plumbing leak, he took care of it immediately at a good price. I will use him again because he is fair, trustworthy, and provides good quality, prompt service.
Description of Work: Remove and replace back fence and gate. Also repair plumbing leak

+ 3 moreThe response was immediate and Pedro saved us time and money by identifying the source of the water leak w/o redoing the entire ceiling. A previous contractor only did a cosmetic and temporary repair. When I noticed a slight bump in the freshly painted hallway wall from where the wall was scraped the match the existing paint, Pedro gladly returned and personally resanded and repainted the wall.
Description of Work: BASEMENT CEILING REPAIRS 1- Repair broken pipe (caper pipe a/c drain). 2- Install new drywall and plastering in the ceiling from water damaged. 3- Apply one coat of primer and two coats of paint (ceiling and walls) (match the paint). 4- Paint the entire stair hallway wall and touch up the ceiling hallway of second floor (first and second floor) 5- Install a box shelve above of the window in the master bathroom.
