I wanted service for 3 rooms and a stair. but technician Mike was so professional that I ended up with 6 rooms and 2 stairs. the work is so good , cleaned all spots . even my child vomit and ink spots. thank you Mike > thank you oxifresh. for sure I will use your service again.

The Company was on time, performed work promptly, and were courteous. Price was economical and I was generally very pleased with their performance. I would use them again.

When arranging to have the carpet cleaned, Oxi Fresh said they'd take care of moving any furniture like sofa's etc that could be moved. They sent one technician who showed up on time, but was unable/unwilling to move the furniture. I spoke to his supervisor who said they don't move furniture. What a waste of time.

Victor called 10 minutes before his arrival, arriving right on time. He was professional, courteous, and extremely friendly. After my husband and I showed Victor which rooms/halls/stairs needed to be cleaned, he got right to work cleaning our carpets. Not only do the carpets look like new (only took him 2.5 hours for the entire townhouse), but I was assured by Victor that there were no harmful chemicals in the products he was using. Also - Victor recommended a great tip with non-wood furniture: put pieces of foil underneath so that the polish does not rub off into the damp floor. Victor takes pride in his job and we would highly recommend him! We'll be calling Oxi Fresh again for our next carpet cleaning.

Victor explained how he works and got right to the cleaning. He worked for approximately 3.5 hours and did an exceptionally thorough job! The carpets never looked so clean. We will definitely have him back.

It was important to us that we have our carpets clean, yes, but we were also concerned about the chemicals used. The last time our carpets were cleaned (5+ years ago) they were wet even the next day. This wasn't the case with Oxy Fresh. The carpets were clean and dry within 3 hours. I can't say enough about Carlos and Oxy Fresh. I feel good knowing our carpets are clean and that little ones crawling around the carpet are not ingesting chemicals that some other companies use. Oxy Fresh is the official carpet cleaner of our home. I would recommend his company to everyone and I plan on doing just that. I am very very happy with Carlos and very happy to be supporting a local business.

Excellent The person was efficient and took care to move the furniture and put foil on the feet of the chairs/table and bed. The work was well done. Kudos to Oxi fresh.

Very pleased with how clean the carpets came out.. There were many stains in several areas and most were removed with little effort.. The price was very reasonable and the young man was polite and very professional.

He got there on time, and warned us that some of the spots may not come out due to the age of the carpet. The house looks and smells much better. We love OxiClean.

I originally scheduled a cleaning for a Wednesday at 8:00. However, I learned that my power was going to be turned off for 4 hours that day. I immediately called Oxi Fresh about the problem and they promptly and politely rescheduled my cleaning for the following day at the same time. The technician called me 30 minutes prior to arrival, and was exactly on time. I showed him the areas to be cleaned and the 2 sofas. He closely surveyed the areas and began with the sofas. He did it in a meticulous manner, cleaning all areas of the cushions and sofas. He then began in the hallway and worked his way through the house. The hallways, which are high traffic areas, and the carpeting is about 17 years old, looked like new. I could not believe how many stains he removed. I told him that the cleaning was in preparation for an Open House that was being held Sunday, and he did not have to move most of the furniture. But he did anyway-getting into corners and areas that could be hidden by furniture. There was very little moisture left in the carpeting and it dried in less than an hour. There was no pressure to buy additional products. The price was exactly as quoted over the phone. And Fernando gave me some recommendations for maintaining the new look. The entire process took less than 3 hours and the carpets look great!

We were very pleased with their service and will be using them again in June. We used the coupon for $119.00. The carpet cleaners were very knowledgeable and they educated me how to keep the carpet clean even after they left, they gave me helpful hints. I would give an and ldquo;Aand rdquo; on the quality of work but if there wasn't a coupon then I would not have paid full price. If it wasn't for Angie's List coupon I would not have used them. They did a very good job at letting me know the day they would be arriving and where they were on the day they were scheduled to do the cleaning in our home. I wasn't waiting all day, they called and said they were running late and we pushed it back to 10:30 and it was no problem and then he called again to say that he was done and could he come at 10:00. When I had to leave for something, they waited for me to come back. Their professionalism was the thing that I was most impressed with. We will be using the coupon again with Angie's List to have our stairs done.

Victor called to confirm ahead of time and was on time. He warned us about the tough spots and that they might not come up. He stayed for about two hours cleaning very thoroughly. He spent more time on the stained area, and we were thrilled to see the stains disappear. He moved some of the furniture and placed foil under the metal legs of my metal sofa to protect the carpet. The carpets were dry within hours!! We will use him again and again!
