Old Dominion Cleaning Company Inc did a really good job. Their guys were so professional, and they squeezed me in on a Saturday at the last minute, because they were booked out for a month. I had this event happening at my house, and I went "Oh my gosh I have this event happening in two weeks," I gave them my sob story, and they said, we are in your area on a Saturday two weeks from now and we will squeeze you in. I remember thinking "I'll have to use them again." I have 31 doors and windows and they were trying to help me out and I was just so thankful. I was hosting my best friend's first birthday for her child. It is a big deal for Koreans. It is a humongous celebration.

They gave us great customer service and a good job, too. Old Dominion bent over backwards to come in, with a day's notice, to clean windows the day before our house went on the market when our realtor's cleaners didn't show. They weren't scheduled to be in our area that day, but they made a special effort and saved the day for us. They did a good job at the price they quoted, too. A friend had recommended them, and I'd definitely use them again -- what great people!!

Outstanding, as always! Teri and her crew are exceptional at what they do - even though we were not home when the service was performed, the results were way beyond my expectations - dirt and grime that other companies told me would need to be painted over (because they could not be removed) miraculously disappeared leaving me with a brand-new looking house. They did a fantastic job on the gutters, too - empty gutters and not a shred of debris anywhere. Their prices are excellent and have always come in either the lowest or one of the lowest. Teri is exceptionally helpful, flexible and accommodating. I would give them an A+++ if I could!

Called Dominion because of good reviews on Angie's List. Windows and skylights were very dirty due to construction around the house, as well as many being newly-installed and needing a good once-over. Very pleasant conversation with office. The work was performed on a cold and icy day when some of the glass surfaces turned the water and cleaning fluid to ice, probably a challenging situation. However, we were not pleased with the results. We asked the two workers to go back over several windows. On the exterior of one skylight, there was a dirty line at the base of the window. I was told that was a function of the inside of the glass, but when the worker tried it again, the dirt did come off. At an inside skylight with a beam running underneath, the glass was cleaned but the worker left dirty handprints on the woodwork just below, so we later had to put up a ladder to clean off what he left. Because some of the windows were new, there were slight adhesive "ghosts" left around the glass edges where adhesive notices had been pulled off. When I was looking at the cleaned windows and pointed this out, they said they did not do that kind of cleaning. I would have appreciated knowing that at the beginning of the job rather than at the end. All in all, the Dominion workers did not do the quality job we expected and that we have experienced before from other cleaning services. The cost of the job was exactly what the office manager had estimated.

Our window cleaner retired, so I needed to do some research to find someone for the annual window cleaning of our 1968 home. I chose 3 companies from Angie's List who had good recommendations and requested an estimate from each company, telling them the number of windows (and storms) to be cleaned. Each company was prompt in getting back to me with their estimate. Teri, the scheduler at Old Dominion, requested more specific information, such as kind and size of windows, doors, etc. -- even asking that I email her pictures of the house/windows. OD's price range was the most reasonable of the three. The work was scheduled and two courteous and pleasant window cleaners arrived at 8:30 and were finished by 1:00 PM. We now have sparkling clean windows! An added plus: the OD guys wiped all the window sills (which I previously had to do). Thank you. We will engage their services again.

We were preparing for an open house and needed to get the windows sparkling clean. We chose Old Dominion from their reviews on Angie?s List. The team arrived on time and gave us an updated quote based on what they saw. We had forgotten to mention some storm windows over the phone so that was fine. The quote was considerably less than another provider we previously had come out to the house. The windows and screens came out clean although they did not clean the remnants of an insect nest from one windows for some reason. My only other complaint is that they sat the dirty screens on our newly cleaned carpet which left behind dirt. They should lay some paper down first if the room is carpeted.

Quick response to initial inquiry with an easy method to get an estimate through a calculator they provided. Prompt scheduling that was convenient for our work schedules. Crew reported on time and provided professional window washing. Look forward to using their services again.

Two men came and washed windows. One window was difficult to get to over front door, but they had no problem. They arrived when promised. I have used other window washers, and these guys performed as well as more expensive washers.

Old Dominion Cleaning did an excellent job of talking about options first and then doing the work well.

Very satisfied with work and price. The windows are quite old, the sills were laden with bugs, and the window screens and storm windows hadn't been cleaned for some time (more than the year since we bought the house). After the work was complete, it was almost as if we had new windows. Plus, the price was nearly half the quote of another highly rated company on Angie's list. The service guys showed up on time and, because I couldn't stay the whole time, locked up when they left. When I asked for a power wash for the enclosed patio, they advised that would be overkill for the job and suggested a more appropriate and lower priced pressure wash. Would be very happy to use them again in the future.

Excellent. Date for service was easily selected to meet my timetable. Staff member make the reservation was very nice, staff member who did the work was very nice. I will use Old Dominion from now on whenever I need windows cleaned or gutters cleared!

They did a great job. They were very prompt and did the work quickly. They cleaned up after themselves really well. They had a really affordable price.

The appointment went well. It's too bad I'm writing this review months after the service but I remember the service being very professional and punctual.

My experience with this company was excellent. They were very thorough. One person did the outside windows on the two story home and another did the inside, cleaning completely and brushing the screens. They were very flexible in scheduling.

Great experience...starting from the initial discussion with them, they send a detailed form to complete for an estimate. Once i completed the form, i returned it, received a call to discuss the estimate and schedule a date. On the scheduled date, they arrived on time and went right to work cleaning the inside and outside of all of our windows (there were a lot) and pressure washing our pool decking. When they were finished, i felt like i lived in a new house as we could see out of the windows, didn't realize how bad it was. And we didn't expect the pool decking to look as great as it did, we hadn't pressure washed it for several years and it looked pretty bad before they cleaned it. Great experience from start to finish.

I was apprehensive when two gentlemen showed up but 5 hours later the work was done. They did an excellent job.

They are fantastic. We have used the technician who came out to do the work three times to clean gutters and twice to power wash the house and we have been very happy with his work. So, it's not so much the company as the technician that we use. When we contact Old Dominion they are very quick to respond. Their administrative services are very good; they reply to enquiries and set up appointments very quickly. We have asked that the technician that did the work at our house be the one that they send out and they suggested that we request that his name be added to our account so that anytime we have work done he would be the technician that is send.

Very quick, professional job. Few missed spots/smudges on a couple of windows, but pretty minor. Overall great job.

Went great. Called on a thursday hoping for a miracle to get windows clean before a party that weekend. Woman I spoke with was super helpful and nice -- didnt have an opening so we booked it the following week. Within a few hours, though, she called back and found a spot for me on that Saturday - was great news and I truly appreciated the willingness to work on getting me in! The crew came out on time and immediately got to work and cleaned all windows, screens and sills - did a great job. My windows have never looked so good.

We live in a 4-level townhouse and I have to admit I was concerned about the handling of the large windows on two of the levels. When I watched them take the outer windows out on the first of the big windows, my doubts washed away. I am so pleased with the excellent look of the windows. Will definitely use this company again in the future. Very pleased with the cost and I would have paid more for the excellent job that was done. The two gentlemen who came on this job were very polite and got right to the job. No fooling around. We have 36 windows in our home and all of them are just sparkling. I am so pleased with Old Dominion and will definitely be a repeat client.
