Old Dominion always does a great job. I am a long time customer for more than 8 years and they are on time, professional and clean the windows and screens. Fantastic.

It went very well. They did a very good job. I have no complains. It was a good experience as advertised.

I admit I waffled a bit between A and B on a few of the items above (price, quality, punctuality) - because the job itself wasn't without a couple of issues. In the end the helpfulness of the office staff and the company's absolute willingness to make sure everything was completed satisfactorily in the long run swung me over to the "A" side for all. I really appreciated that the staff was able to get a crew out on fairly short notice, to work on a Saturday, to help me get this done in between some other major milestones related to a move. Teri was great! And I was very impressed with the estimating process - they asked for window counts, sizes and digital pictures - to try to eliminate any surprises. I was told the crew would arrive Saturday between 8:30 and 9:00, they showed up at 10:00. When the gentlemen arrived, they said they didn't realize how how the ceiling fan was so hadn't brought the right ladder (that was odd since I'd sent pictures) and they said they didn't know anything about the gutter cleaning part of my work order. But - once they started work, they worked hard and diligently, and the windows and mirror just sparkled after they were done. I was trying to stay out of the way so didn't observe what happened regarding ceiling fan, the crew lead said he "pieced together some ladder pieces" to reach and clean the ceiling fan, I didn't realize it was so dirty until I saw how clean it was when they were done. I was surprised though, when he presented me with a bill that was more than the initial estimate yet didn't appear to include the gutter cleaning. I knew I had asked to have some of the screens washed, not counted in the initial estimate, but it still seemed high. And after the crew left, I noticed some issues: windows unlatched (including one I couldn't reach), some screens were loose, and there were some marks on the wall where the ladder rested against it. DON"T PANIC AT THIS! Here's where the quality of the company really stands out. When I informed the office of these issues on the Monday following, they were genuinely disappointed to hear of the problems and immediately set out to make it right. They agreed the bill should have been better itemized and said that YES it was supposed to include the gutter cleaning, they sent someone right out to do that. They apologized for the other issues, said they spoke to the crew about what went wrong with this job, and sent someone over with a big ladder to latch & recheck the windows, and clean my walls and apply touch up paint where needed (luckily I had paint.) So even though there were some initial glitches, I can tell the company really stands by their work, cares about their reputation and will work with the customer to make sure things are right in the end. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

My overall experience with them was good and everything was good. Their price was good.

It was clearly the most outstanding window cleaning I've experienced in 25 years in my home. Rene was excellent - professional, courteous, and very neat - he wore shoe protectors inside and all carpets left very clean. Widows were clean, sparkling and screens glistened! Price was right an I'd recommend them all who need clean windows/screens.

I was very impressed with the quality of service and excellent customer. Initially appointment was made and bad weather prevented them from coming. They were very accommodating in rescheduling. They showed up when scheduled and took great effort to get the job done and done well. I was very pleased and shared my experience with neighbors. They will hear from me again and they will likely hear from my neighbors! From other posts I read before getting the work done - seems they are tops in quality and price!

Cleaned a pink slate patio and made it look like new without damaging the stone. I was so happy with the service that I will be having them back to do the windows in the house which is another service they provide.

This is the second time that I've used Old Dominion for window cleaning. First time one man came; this time it was a team of 3 men. Both times service was outstanding, and I am very particular about work that is done at my house. My windows look amazing! I work from home and greatly appreciate having spotless windows. They make the whole house look cleaner. I have tilt in windows and tried many different products to clean the windows, including using a squeegee, but nothing that I did came close to the clear, crisp view after OD was here. The value is amazing -- some window companies wanted to charge double. No need to look further. I am a loyal customer.

When I called to set up service, the ODC rep asked basic questions (number of windows, type of windows, presence of storms or screens) and gave me an estimate for the service over the phone, indicating the price could change in minor ways depending on the service personnel's on-site detailed estimate (size of windows, windows I had not counted, etc.). We were able to schedule for the date I proposed, just a couple of weeks away. The company said the team would arrive before 9:00 AM unless weather might cause the job to be canceled/postponed. (Notes: (1) ODC said that dry-brushing the screens would be included in the basic price, while actually washing them would cost a bit more per window; we felt they really needed washing but decided to tackle that part of the work ourselves, removing and washing all screens before the service date (and replacing them afterward). (2) We also removed plants, bric-a-brac, and other obstacles that might hinder access to the windows inside, though I suppose the team would have moved or worked around these things.) The team (Ricardo and Ervin) arrived on time, took a quick look at the job, clarified some questions about what I wanted included, and set to work, one outside the house, one inside. They were professional, neat, and efficient; they finished everything in about three hours. The final cost was somewhat higher than the initial estimate, mainly because of items (glass doors, garage windows, and transoms) that I hadn't thought to mention in my early description of the job, so we still felt the price was both fair and reasonable. We were completely satisfied in every respect with the quality and cost of the job; also very pleased with the look of the windows afterward and in fact two guests commented too, on how good the windows looked.

Old Dominion Cleaning completed the work very professionally and timely. Did an excellent job. ODC technician was very courteous as well as professional. Will definitely use again. Extremely happy with work and interaction with on-site technicial as well as with office.

They arrived exactly at 8:00 am on a Saturday. I had to reschedule for this earlier time at the last minute(had to take my mom to the doctors at the original time). They were professional, friendly, neat and efficient!!. Some of my windows were a mess and had not been cleaned in years on the outside( rental apartment). Landlord did not clean them prior to my renting the place. After they finished I was blinded by the amount of light coming into the place!! Definitely will use them again, will tell all my friends..

The process started with an estimate in response to pictures of the house. Robert at OD explained what he needed and I provided interior and exterior shots and explaned the construction of the windows. The estimating process wea handled by email and the picture taking was surprisingly easy. The estimate was fair and appropriate and a day was scheduled for the work to be done. On the morning of that day I was asked to call in between 0730 and 0830 for a time to expect the techs to arrive. Carl and Sylvester arrived as scheduled and did a fine job. They had special purpose ladders which were very effective inside and outside my home. They were pleasant and respectful of my home and were very quiet and efficient as they went about their work. My wife and I are very pleased.

There were here promptly. Immediately started the work. They were professional and worked diligently until the job was done. The two men did an outstand job. I would like to commend the young man answering for Old Dominion Cleaning Co. He was courteous and most helpful. Good job done. I will recommend them to my friends.

I spoke with Teri to discuss scope of work, pricing and schedule. George came out to do the work. Both are nice, polite and professional. George was on time, and did a fantastic job. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Because some of our windows stuck (they are old) the two-man team took an hour longer than originally planned. Yet they did a very good job and charged us the originally agreed upon price. We were very satisfied with the work and will no doubt call them again when the windows next need cleaning.

Carl and his brother did a fantastic job cleaning the windows. They were meticulous, courteous, and worked non-stop for 6 hours (yes, sadly, my windows were that dirty). After the cleaning, my husband and I could barely recognize the house - it just sparkled. In short, fantastic company, fantastic crew, will definitely use them regularly and recommend to friends. Couldn't be more pleased with the quality of their work.

Their price was very fair, and they were very good. They were professional, they arrived on time, and they did an excellent job. Their prices were very competetive, and so I liked them a lot. I have nothing negative to say about them.

We made an appointment for window washing about 1 month in advance. On the day of the scheduled appointment, no one showed up. We called and was told that they have no record of the appointment. We double checked our phone record to make sure that this was indeed the company we spoke with.

Excellent service--windows were hand washed inside and out. Staff was very prompt and professional in setting up the appointment, providing the quote, and performing the service. It took a couple weeks to get on the schedule in summer, but definitely worth the wait.

A very polite young man did an excellent job. The siding looked awful before, but it looked like new after the power washing. All contact with the company was pleasant and professional.
