They did a marvelous job! We have a large two-story home with a two-story family room with very high windows. It cost $100 to take down and hand wash the screens, but after 20+ years, they really needed it. Very neat. Except for the clean windows (and screens) would not know they had been here.

We needed to clean our front gutters HOA rules so I decided to get our windows done at the same time. I was able to get an estimate by emailing pictures of the house. It was a huge job, lots of storm windows and three levels. The two guys that were sent did a great job and I will definitely use this company again.

From the time I called the company and spoke with Teri until the time the men left my house, it was a great experience. In preparing to move, I had so many different contractors coming over to do work and Teri was very flexible and worked with me to find the best day to do the job. The team was fast, efficient, professional and very personable. My townhouse is three stories with large flower/bush gardens on two sides and they did the outside cleaning with no damage to my plants. On the inside, the window sills were as clean as when they arrived. Can't say enough about this company.

Perfect from the time Teri Thompson answered the phone to the time I called to make payment afterwards - and everything in between. I asked for a rush service and Teri made it happen. I wanted it right away for company coming on the weekend. She tentatively scheduled me a week out while she worked on a fit in. Got the call this morning that they could come immediately if I wanted. A+ for responsiveness! The two gentlemen arrived promptly, were courteous and professional, and did a great job. My windows sparkle. A+ for quality! I was able to call after and Teri is a delight to talk to. I put the payment on CC for travel points adn the best part is that it did not break the budget. For eight windows, two sliding doors and a front storm, it was the best price around! A+ for value. I definitely will be repeat customer.

Cleaned all windows including the basement and storm windows, inside and out. Cleaned the screens. Cleaned the glass in the doors. They went above and beyond by cleaning up some ventilation slats on the screen porch. Nice guys, very professional.

I had used Old Dominion about a year earlier to clean windows only, and was very satisfied with the work, the responsiveness, and the cost. I was also pleased they were able to give me a near-perfect estimate beforehand of what the job would cost, and that they were able to give me a date just a few days away.. When I called this time to reschedule, the estimate wasn't a problem, since it was essentially the same job (a few less windows this time) plus the addition of the power washing. Again, Teri was able to assign me a date just a few days away; that one was rained out, but Old Dominion phoned the same day and rescheduled the job just two days later. The team of two arrived on time and got to work, one beginning outside with the power washing while the other began window cleaning inside. They were quick, efficient, and neat. Inside the house, they remove shoes and do the cleaning with a minimum of water. Once the power washing was done, both men tackled the windows outside. A great job! No streaks or misses, and they also washed the windowsills. We were very pleased with the result and will call Old Dominion Cleaners again when we need the job done. .

They are very responsive. They come when we ask them to. Their prices are very reasonable. They do a very professional and clean job.

The quality of work is excellent. They worked very cleanly. They put in shoe covers when they came in, and they asked if they could go upstairs. I liked the way they did it. One guy worked inside, and one worked outside, and they finished at the same time. They cleaned the screens as well. Their price was better than the specials on Angie's List. I had read their reviews on Angie's List, and they had good reviews. The lady in the office is great. She is responsive, she is pleasant, she sounds excited about getting the job, and she is just very nice. The guys who came out were very good. They said that if I wanted to pay by credit card, I could give them the number here or I could call in.

This company is GREAT! I called four other providers. One company never called me back. Two other companies said that they had workers' compensation insurance, but they did not provide me with the certificate. Another company's representative said that she did not need workers' compensation insurance. I called Old Dominion Cleaning Company. Teri was very nice to deal with. She sent me the insurance documentation. Ricardo washed my windows well, and he did not scratch them. I had another company last year scratch my windows, and I was very upset. I was very happy with the job.

Even though I didn't end up hiring them to clean my windows, I thought I'd give my feedback about my experience with Teri in the office. I emailed Old Dominion asking for an estimate for washing my windows, inside and out, and cleaning my screens and sills. I explained how many windows and glass doors I had, identified which had mullions, and gave dimensions. I was surprised when I got an email back from Teri asking for my address so she could "try to see the sizes of the windows by using Google." I don't understand how a Google image could give her a better idea of the window size than telling her that my windows are 5 and 1/2 feet tall and range from 24 to 28 inches wide. It made me uncomfortable that she wanted to see a picture of my house before giving me an estimate. She also stated at the end of her email, "I look forward to hearing back but if you could PLEASE USE my office email." I had only sent her one message through Angie's list, and I didn't think there was any reason to caps-shout at me the first time she told me which email to use. My interactions with Teri did not feel professional. It made me decide not to use Old Dominion.

First used Old Dominion Cleaning to wash the windows in our old house when we put it up for sale. We purchased a very modern house that has walls of glass that I simply couldn't clean myself and so I have since used them twice a year for the past 2 years. Teri Thompson in the office is great to work with. I emailed pictures and window counts and she gave me a quote in 2 days. The crew is always very polite and professional. My windows are spotless when they finish - crystal clean! I am writing this review because this time I called just 1 week before I needed service and Teri worked to fit me in, asking for volunteers to work on a Sunday! Later that week they had a cancellation so were able to do it on a weekday. This is the kind of service that you rarely see, someone willing to go above and beyond to help you. We are a repeat customer because they provide great service, are professional and the price is reasonable. Worth every penny - Highly recommend them!

It all went pretty well, though the two workmen had trouble opening the living and dining room windows as they had been painted in April. It' an old house with many of the original windows. While I knew they had some problems it wasn't until after they left that I realized that all the window sills had at least two gouges in them. They told me there was one window they couldn't open at all. When I saw that window later, I realized they had put seven gouges in the sill, and that the window frame itself had been broken in one corner. The glass on that side is separated from the sidepiece of the sash. Old Dominion had cleaned the windows two years ago and had done a terrific job. I wish the workmen had told me they had broken the window frame. Now I'll have to have this repaired and where the gouges are the worst, have someone either sand them over or work in some wood putty.

I contacted OD to clean our gutters. During the frequent spring rain storms, we noticed our gutters were full and we had water coming over the edge. When I spoke to Terry initially, I mentioned this problem and asked her to make sure the downspouts were checked. They came out on time and cleaned the gutters. However, about two weeks after, we had another heavy rain and water was still spilling over the gutters and this time water was coming into our basement window. We called a gutter repair company (thinking the gutter must be in need of repair - they had just been cleaned). The gutter repair company came out and pulled handfuls of debris out that was clogging the "elbows" of the downspouts. He said the horizontal gutters were clean - however, they did not clean the downspouts. Both front downspouts were full which is why the gutters were spilling over the edge. I called several times and had a game of phone tag with OD. Every time I called back, was either away from her desk, doing payroll or otherwise unavailable. Truth be told, I gave up after a couple of phone calls. I tried again to reach out to them weeks later via phone, email and even their contact page online (I was not looking for a refund or a re-do, just to explain that the work needed to improve). Again, Terry was never available and I got no response from my emails or contact request.

I cannot recommend them more highly, Teri is a joy to deal with and so were the cleaners. I told them, "If she is as nice to work for as she is on the phone, you are very lucky." They fell all over themselves praising her. The workers have been there a long time which speaks especially highly of the company. The outside lights were hard to disassemble and hard to clean. I don't think they had been cleaned since the house was built in 1984!

Our experience with the office was exceptional. They were professional, very responsive, and inspired great confidence in their service even before the work was done. The crew arrived right on time and was extremely professional. They worked a solid 2.5 hours without a break. The results were spectacular!! You can be sure we'll be asking Old Dominion Cleaning Services to return next year and work their magic again. Highly recommend.

They were excellent. They did a fantastic job and the price was great!

The person arrived on time, took one look at my house and started complaining that it was big and the roof wasn't walkable, then complained about the speed bumps in the neighborhood knocking his tools around in his truck. The company quoted a price of $125 to $135 over the phone, but the person who did the cleaning charged me $150. The service took less than 1 hour.
