My call for an estimate went very smoothly with Teri. The washer, I believe his name was George, arrived on time and did an excellent job. He was very pleasant and worked diligently. My windows look great!

I called Old Dominion & it was nice to have someone answer the phone instead of just leaving a message and hoping for a return call. I spoke to Terry & explained my requirements. I provided the number of windows & style. She had to check pricing with Mike since I only needed the interior windows washed which was an unusual request. I spoke to Terry a few days later & she provided me with the cost. I scheduled the work for 10/6 & was told to call back between 7:30-8:00AM on 10/6 so Dominion could provide me with the time they would arrive. I called at 7:30AM & Carl arrived at 8:30AM as promised. He did a very thorough job, was very neat & did not drop water on the floor or carpets during the cleaning. I will definitely hire them again. Next time it will probably be to clean both interior & exterior windows as well as my chandaliers.

The two person team arrived on time and got right to work. They moved quickly through the house and removed the screens and began washing windows and cleaning the deck. The job took them 4+ hours, but we have a lot of windows. There were two quality issues -- one, there were drips left on the inside window frames below the windows: and two, the screens upstairs were pulled in and left on the carpets, although they were quite dirty. I pointed out the drips where I found them before they left and the drips were cleaned up. I found a couple of other windows with the same problem later. I didn't raise the issue of the screens being left on the carpet until very late in the work. Overall, the job was finished in a professional manner and my windows and deck were sparkling clean.

Superb, from initial phone contact until completion. Scheduler made extraordinary effort to accommodate a short-fused request. Personnel who did the work were professional, efficient courteous and did a superb job.

My only complaint was they did not clean the screens. I assumed they had and did not look until after they were gone. They also did not clean 2 inside windows. I don't know why they missed them. I am happy with the result of the work they did other than those exceptions.

Everything from estimate to work went very smoothly. I was able to email photos of windows, etc. which made the estimate even more accurate. I forget the price breakdown for the separate items: windows, patio, siding. The team did a great job and we were very happy with their work. They were also able to get to us relatively quickly, considering the time of year. They seemed more expensive in terms of the pressure washing of the house than others, but we were very pleased with their professionalism and quality of work.

The company representatives arrived on time and charged within the estimated range. They were polite and performed the service quickly. I rated the quality of their service a "B" because they did not clean the window sills very well and missed a few areas in one room. I would have given their overall service an "A" rating if it were not for this oversight. If I use them again, I would definitely check for this before I pay the for the service. To Angie's List: Consider adding the "Maybe" option to your question "Would you use this company/individual again in the future?".

The gentlemen sent by the company washed over 40 windows in my house, both inside and out, including cleaning the screens. They even offered to crawl under my deck so they could clean the outside of the basement well-windows, which hadn't been cleaned since we moved in 8 years ago and were a scary, spidery mess. They were thoroughly professional, showed up on time, and completed the job in a timely manner and beyond expectations. I would definitely use them again.

In the beginning Old Dominion Cleaning Company Inc was responsive to voice and email messages. They requested pictures of the job and after I sent them a picture of the windows and chandelier to be cleaned they basically never returned my calls or responded to subsequent emails. So, I figured they are not intereseted in 'small' jobs. For those of you who get discouraged by lack of courtesy as in this case of the company being non-responsive, I did contact another company from Angies List and they are professional. I sent the same pictures, which were appreciated, and we arranged for a meeting to survey the area.The knowledge and professionalism from this company landed them a much larger deal than they or I anticipated; they didn't just get a contract for cleaning the chandelier and a few windows, but the whole house. A small deal to a large one. Sorry, Old Dominion Cleaning Company Inc, you lost on this one. Thank you Angies List for providing us the facility to grade all aspects of service from local vendors.

They are a 5 star company. We will use them again in the future.

I have NEVER had anyone clean, not only the inside of the windows, but the insides of both windows that make up the storm window. The team was fantastic. They took out ALL of my windows and cleaned both sides. No one ever did that before. I've never had cleaner windows. They were methodical and patient and very very thorough. I wouldn't use anyone else to clean my windows EVER AGAIN! They even got up on the roof and took out the windows in the cathedral ceilings all along the front of the house. I gave the cleaners themselves a tip because they treated my house like it was their house and did the most incredible job. They managed the process professionally despite my mistake which impacted their original schedule. The windows in this house haven't been this clean in 50 years!

Dominion Cleaning?s representative, Carl, showed up on time and set to work promptly. He worked continually until my windows were sparkling. I am very pleased with the job and will have Dominion clean my windows again. When the windows are clean the whole house looks clean. Thanks Carl.

Old Dominion were very professional with the quote and scheduling. The team showed up on time and did a great job on a large project. Rates are very reasonable.

The technician was on time, thorough, and washed every nook and cranny of our deck. Very professional, as was the person who scheduled the appointment. An excellent job from start to finish.

Old Dominion did an excellent job. Two men came and cleaned all of the windows. It was a full day job and they worked non-stop from the time they arrived. My house sparkled. They did an outstanding job. They were on time and very professional. I recommend Old Dominion and would use them again.

They came out the next day. The team had nice people. They had done a nice job for me in the past. They had cleaned the gutters. They cleaned up after themselves and did not leave a mess. They were pleasant to work with.

They were terrific. The solarium is just sparkling. We loved them and they were excellent altogether.

I called Terri at Old Dominion and she was very specific about the estimate. Her quote was accurate. The two gentleman who cleaned my windows and gutters were professional and efficient. The job took about 2.5 hours for about 18 windows and 3 long gutters. I certainly would use them again

I thought he did a very great job! My driveway looks fantastic! It hasn?t looked this way in years, it?s beautiful. He was on time, even a little early which is great for me. He took about an hour and 45 minutes and did a really thorough job. The cost was originally $200, but I received a 10% Angie?s List discount. I would definitely hire them again.
