It went really well. He showed up on time, was very professional, worked really hard and the job was done to perfection.

They were great. Their price was good, and their quality was excellent. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

The phone customer service to schedule the appointment was great and they showed up right on time. The window & screen cleaning were done well, but after they finished the whole house, I realized they did not do the window sills. When I asked them to this, they said it would cost me an extra $2 per sill, but this was not included in the original estimate so had to call manager to confirm pricing. I agreed to it, but they just took a damp cloth and quickly wiped each sill instead of really cleaning them. I was disappointed in the quality of the service because of this.

I was given a ball park estimate over the phone when I called. The final price was exactly that. Steve and Dave arrived right on time and got started. Best window cleaning I've ever gotten! They did a great job .I was also very impressed with their professionalism and common curtsies. These two guys went way above my expectations!

The young guy arrived when I was told he would on day the work was to be completed. I showed him around the outside of the home and confirmed what we wanted and he went to work. I think he worked for about 3 hours.

I was given an estimate over the phone and scheduled the work for the following week. The employees arrived on time and introduced themselves before starting work. Two on the outside and one inside. They had their routine down pat - were fast and neat.. It was so nice to have all the windows in the house clean all at once. I was very pleased wih the whole experience.

They arrived on time, did a good job, were responsive to additional requests I made on the day. The pricing was easy to understand. They actually do windows on a per window price. They came back when requested to clean up some over-spray that spotted on some the skylights which wasn't evident when we looked at the final job at the end of the day because of the angle of the light. We were very satisfied with the results. Just a note, they did a nice job on the trex decking. There is a lot of information on the web about how to clean trex decking with low pressure and scrubbing. Old Dominion assured us they have plenty of experience with trex and pressure washing. My own sense is that no decking, trex or otherwise, will look as good as new after pressure washing. Ours looks a lot better but the finish is duller than the original. You need to manage your expectations if you are expecting it to look like the photos in the trex brochures once it is power cleaned. We would definitely use these folks again.

The results exceeded our expectations and were well worth what we paid. Do specify if you want special screen cleaning (we did not), sills cleaned and any special problems that need to be worked on. We were asked to answer questions about these services before we were given the original bid. Carl made sure that we understood what we were paying for every step of the way so that there were no surprises by the end of the job. I very highly recommend this firm because of their clarity as they work and professional conduct. As others have noted, this company is a super star in window cleaning.

Very pleased with the results. He arrived about 15-20 minutes later than I expected, but that wasn't a problem.He was here for about 3 1/2 hours. They were very responsive when I called and provided accurate estimates.

Great experience. Very helpful and friendly when I called for an estimate. Selected this company over 2 others from whom I got bids. Able to schedule service very quickly. Workers arrived on time and were thorough and friendly. They were able to do a little extra work on the large picture window to finally get it clean between the large panes of glass - well worth a little additional expense at the last minute. The only thing that would have made the experience even better would have been if the workers could have worn some covers over their shoes when cleaning throughout the house. We definitely plan to use the company again next time around.

Windows are wonderfully clean. They even returned the shades and blinds to the states they found them. The basement floor is incredibly shiny.

Just before Christmas, two young men arrived on time and quietly went right to work - one inside and one outside. I have a house of many windows - some on a high second story where the ladder needs to be precariously situated. They did a superb job. I highly recommend them and will be calling them again.

Two men showed up at the designated time and were courteous and professional. They went straight to work and completed the window washing in no time and the windows looked great.

They were very punctual, in fact, early. They seemed to be very responsible and did a good job pressure washing the fence.

I called for an estimate and provided the number of windows in my home. Teri gave me an estimate over the phone and was polite, professional, and efficient. We scheduled the job for the following week. Teri said if I called early in the morning of the work day they could tell me what time the worker(s) would arrive. I called that morning and was told that Carl would be at my home within an hour. He was. Carl seemed to work very efficiently and carefully. When he removed the screens, he placed them on a mat so they wouldn't get dirt on the carpet. The top of his ladder was wrapped with some type of cloth so it wouldn't mar the walls or window trim. He removed his shoes and wore booties when he was in the house. Carl was polite and professional and we actually enjoyed having him in our home. It was clear that he took pride in his work. There was one mishap and I have to take at least part of the responsibility for it. I left a decorative glass bottle on a high windowsill over my kitchen sink. I told Carl he could hand it to me but he said he could just move it to the side while he cleaned that window. The bottle has a stopper that does not fit tightly and it fell out when Carl moved it. The stopper chipped the glass on the light fixture over the sink. Carl immediately offered to replace the broken glass. We reported it to the office and they deducted the price of the replacement glass from my bill with no hesitation. The windows look great!

Employee showed up on time and on a weekend, and did an amazing job cleaning our very old and dirty windows. Employee was professional and asked questions before beginning work to ensure the job was done correctly.

Window cleaning crew arrived four hours before anticipated. I was gardening and did not expect them so early so beds were not made, etc. Cleaning crew came right in our home, moved dirty interior dividers in windows onto pillow cases and unmade beds. Stood with dirty shoes on granite countertops in kitchen. Failed to replace a window screen in one of the bathrooms. Windows, however, are sparkling clean. Despite minor annoyances, would use again because of price and they did an excellent job at cleaning the windows. The company was also EXTREMELY helpful and responsive in scheduling a last minute cleaning. Note to future users: Call to confirm arrival time day of job.

Moved to the area this year. Windows in our new house must not have been cleaned in years. We are now having our first guest and didn't know who to get. Checked Angies List and they were actually able to get me in the next day. Be prepared that the usual wait is 2 weeks. I just got lucky!! They did a fabulous job, were very clean and professional. Will definately use again.
