Save yourself the grief and hire them. I had some pretty disappointing companies give me quotes and NK came in under the industry average and worked like crazy to get me what I needed faster than anyone else could. Great communicators and made sure I wasn't getting ripped off on my materials. They hit a number of challenges and just went with the flow. So patient and polite.
