Moore's Drapery Installation

Poorly; unacceptably badly. I'd originally called Mr. Moore on April 20, 2017, and left a message. He returned the phone call on May 8 and quoted my husband a very good price for the work noted above. Soon after that, after we'd obtained two other estimates, I called him back, to give him the job; and I left a message again. After not hearing back for 2-3 more weeks, I called again, on June 1. Mr. Moore returned the call on June 2 and said - in a very rude and "don't bother me" tone - "I can't help you: good luck." He did not acknowledge that he'd given my husband an estimate or offer to change the rods, something which his business's name indicates he can do. I'm giving him the rating noted and detailed mainly because of his rude, brusque, unhelpful, and unprofessional demeanor. I give him this rating also because he was so slow to respond that he caused me to noticeably delay my responses to the other bidders. I will not consider this company again, let alone hire them/him. If there would be no other drapery company available to help us in the future, I would do the work myself before contacting Moore's Drapery Installation in Springfield, VA.
