Molinas painting

Molina's submitted a very competitive quote to renovate my master bath. The job included replacement of the tub, replacement and upgrade of the plumbing and tub/shower fixtures, removal of all existing old tile, replacing it with new floor and wall tile, replacement of the old vanity with a new custom Black Walnut vanity (by Goose Woodworking), installation of a new faucet in the granite countertop, a lot of plumbing replacement and some electrical work, finally installation of a new glass tub shower door. Throughout the job Saul led his team to do the work quickly and with excellent attention to detail. The job was 75% done when we had a hitch with the custom vanity, (my fault). This delayed the last part of the job for a month. Saul promised to come back and finish the job when the new vanity was received. When the Goose Wordworking vanity came it was perfect, Saul and team promptly returned and did the balance of the work, also doing several detail checklist requests I made note of during the down month. All in all, the job was 100% of what I wanted, Saul and the team were prompt and worked fast and well. The few inevitable problems that came up were solved expertly and quickly. I have no complaints at all, will definitely have Molina's on my short list for future projects. Highly recommended!

They did an outstanding job and I can highly recommend them. They are very careful and meticulous and Saul is very knowledgeable about painting. They cleaned and scraped very carefully before painting and their attention to these details showed in the beautiful final product. Very reasonably priced, too.

Molina’a LLC Painting & Construction is a Gem! As my husband and I looked for a company to paint the door and garage on our home, I was very nervous because I consider the door a major first impression (& I am a major perfectionist). So, off to Home Advisor I went to find a company with dozens, if not hundreds of excellent reviews. When I posted my request, as an outlier, I included Molina’s Painting along with the big companies with hundreds of reviews. Within mere minutes, Saul personally called me back. He seemed so professional and knowledgeable, despite not having a ton of reviews, my husband and I decided to give him a shot. He came to my home to assess the job first. His price was fare and when asked, he provided his expert opinion on my paint choice. Saul and Dennis arrived on time on the scheduled day and did a PERFECT job with painting my front door and trim!! He even went to purchase the paint I sent him, which was not available in my local Home Depot. As for the job, the painting was done precisely as I wanted it, they ensured the high gloss finish and color change (from dusty dark red to shiny navy blue) was completed within the day. The door trim in bright white never looked so good on my five year old home. They even freshened up the sad white paint on the my two lion statues on my front steps—now, they gleem with pride. We were so impressed with the first job, we had Saul and Dennis complete a paint overhaul of the lattice around our back deck, along with power washing and sealing the untreated wooden deck. Again, they completed the work in a day and left the project 150% better than when they started. To add to the great first impression, Saul agreed to seal two windows that are leaking and to return to touch up a ding in the new paint my 125 pound dog made in the front door. We have a large home and many projects inside and outside. Molina’s will be the first company we call in the future (We just hope he does not get too busy for us)!!
