Millennium Pools was willing to take on a small pool repair project involving replacing some coping bricks and some waterline tiles. They were prompt in setting the appointments for both estimating the work and completing it. Overall very satisfied with the work and customer service Millennium provided. Most others we contacted wanted to do a much more expensive complete renovation rather than a small job. Millennium was easy to deal with throughout the process of our pool repairs and we would highly recommend them. they treated us as a valued customer despite the small scale of our project!

Finn and Mike did a very good job and lowered my pool water, replaced broken tiles, and make other useful recommendations. Job took 3 hours which was as estimated. Will be looking to use them for additional work.

Everything was done on time as promised. Courteous and knowledgeable employees and cleaned they up completely when they were done.

They came out to do an initial assessment. The fellow tried several things and determined the skimmer needed to be dug up. He said he would put in a work order for that. We waited a week. I went back on Home Advisor and asked for the service again. We never heard anything back so we went with another company. Too bad because we will be spending several thousand dollars with the other company. I would say their customer service is really very poor.
