MaxiMaids is great. They are very friendly and professional. They are courteous and respectful.

I think they are very good and I started working with them 16 years ago. I think they are very good and if there has ever been anything that is not quite right they are very willing to listen to my suggestions and correct it. They are easy to work with as far as the scheduling. Their pricing is very reasonable. We would not have kept them that long if we were not satisfied. I don't hear of any cleaning service that is perfect and I think they are probably the best that we could find for what we want to have done.

I will never have these people back in my home again. The cleaning they did for me ended up causing and costing me much more than any help I expected. They actually left damage to my newly modeled bathrooms. They arrived late, had an attitude because I had called, but worse of all when they left the house just didn't smell right. Clean, I guess, not like clorox exactly but a smell that reminded me of school. I sprayed some febreeze and figured it would disappear but as it lingered it bothered me. I started looking around and found nothing. Later that night as I was getting ready for bed I look over to the Jacuzzi tub in the master bath and noticed it had black liquid leaking out of the jets and fixtures. I was horrified. I called for my husband. We checked the remaining baths in the house, the showers, kitchen, etc. to find the same. The O-rings and all the nickel fixtures were completly black (all less than a year old). All we could think about was the jets in the Jacuzzi, it was only 6 months old and the first one we ever owned. I called MaxiMaids first thing the following morning to explain the problem and after a lot of complaining they finally agreed to send someone out to look at the problem. First they tried to tell me it was mildew that had built up in the tub! I explained that it was NOT, that the tub was brand new just installed in Dec of 2011 and only used 4 times. Also how did they explain the other bathrooms (like the guest bath that had not been used yet)? When I didn't buy that they tryed, "since it is so new the fixtures had a plastic coating on them that turned black when they were cleaned for the first time". Again I explained to them, NO this is not the first time the tub had been cleaned. After running out of ideas they finally admitted that one of the women that cleaned my house that day mixed her own cleaning solution at her own house to use at work. The mixture was of bleach and dishwashing liquid (and they were supposed to be using all orgainic cleaning supplies)!. Now I don't except anyone working at MaxiMaids to have a Chemical Engineering degee but this combination in the right amounts could have actually caused a lot more damage than what it did, thank God it didn't. However it does explain the bad smell in my house. When they did come out and admit to their mistake they said they would have a plumber out the next day to see if any damage was done to the tub........well it has been 90 days this week and we have not heard a word.

They are always professional and work quickly and efficiently. I receive a two hour window about 24 hours prior to the day of the cleaning and the team always shows up during that window. The quality of the cleaning varies from team to team from as high as superior but never below average. They will strip and change sheets on two beds as part of the service and place the dirty laundry in the laundry room and the trash in the garbage can. I am very happy with the work they do and will continue to use them.

They were ok. Called one day and they came out on the next.

They clean my house from top to bottom. They are very detailed and there is nothing that needs improvement. They do a great job. Even when there is clutter to work with, they move it out of the way and do a great job of cleaning.

I contacted MaxiMaids because they also offer home organizational services. So, not only to they clean they also help out with other things around the house. I'm finally at the end of recovering from a high ankle sprain plus a slow healing bone in a 3 level townhouse. My expectation was that it would take a long time and be expensive. The two ladies that showed up in the window provided dug in and helped me out tremendously. They did a great job and where very patient working along side me - more like me working along side them. I feel like when they were done my whole house was just immaculate from stem to stern. I wish I could keep them on a weekly basis but the price quoted for on-going weekly service is much higher than the current market conditions. So unfortunatly, I can not continue to work with them & wish I could

The service was inconsistent. It ranged from extremely good to satisfactory depending on the crew. The cleanings that were just okay lacked attention to detail. They missed big cobwebs, didn't get obvious dirt out of shower grout, or didn't arrange items nicely. Once they did forget to vacuum a room. We called the service center to have them come back and finish. They did get back to the house quickly to rectify their mistake. Had I been there to personally manage each cleaning, I'm sure each cleaning would have been great. But I expected them to manage themselves to complete the tasks. Also, their scheduling system could be frustrating. You give them preferred windows in which to arrive, but they wouldn't tell you until after 5:00 PM the day before they came what time window was actually scheduled. Since I didn't give them a key, I wouldn't know until the last minute if I had to make sure someone was home to let them in and out.

Multiple problems even getting appointment set and agreeing to terms and pricing. Decided to cancel appointment.
