I would give this business zero stars if I could. I purchased a Groupon and when I called to confirm scheduling (which I did through the online service), the individual was extremely rude and said she was not taking any new customers at this time. When I questioned why I was able to make an appointment online if she wasn't taking any new customers, she said she was only taking customers who were paying full price at this time. If I wanted to use my Groupon, I would have to wait until next year, aka when the Groupon expires. Meaning I would have to pay full price anyway, defeating the purpose of a Groupon. When I said I was going to contact Groupon about this, she said "you do what you have to do sweetie." I was, and am still, utterly disgusted by her response. Really upset that I cannot get a refund for this (Groupon bucks only), and thoroughly shocked that this business has any good reviews at all. Completely unprofessional and duplicitous in their business practices. Don't waste your time or money.
